I am 48 years old, I have multiple musculoskeletal conditions, and that has not stopped me! Now, I exercise every day with you, I have your exercises saved on my playlist, all the ones I can do and I am increasing! This is a big challenge for me, but I love it! Perfect session for heavy-flow period days, when you just feel like an ugly, bloated, lazy goo and you really have to talk yourself into a workout. I got a bit of sweat, upped my heart-rate, and felt better afterwards! The music was chill and summery, time flew by...

Tengo 56 trabajo de limpieza y por uso constate de mis manos me duelen las muñecas, los dedos, las articulaciones, me dicen que tengo osteoartritis, de chica practique gimnasia olimpica , ciclismo, patinaje en ruedas, atletismo, un poco de yoga en fin me fascina hacer deporte pero con estos dolores de mis articulaciones me da miedo por que siento que me voy a lastimar .... Felt good to move without pounding! I love the kickbox and standing cardio workouts! 4-5-24 So controlled and intentional; really fun and fast, too! 6-7-24 Loved it on 8--2-24; this one is a keeper for sure!
Wow!! I love this workout, I am 65 live in an upstairs condo so can't do treadmill or to much jumping around and this was amazing, definitely brought on the sweat!! Thank you Michelle and the Driveway Gang for what you give us here to keep us moving!! 😃🥰

Wow this was a rejuvenating workout Michelle! It did bring my HR up and kept it there, but not to high at all that it made me want to stop. It was like a brisk nice walk! And it felt good. Please do another one just like this! I love the idea of steady state no jumping and just moving using light weight to do the job! Thank u! Came back to edit this to say, by the way how do you come up with so many moves for so many workouts? U are amazing!

This is a fabulous workout. I did it last week and decided to take your advice, I ordered the wrap around wrist weights. Just did this video again this time with the wrist weights, wow who knew 2lbs could add so much more to your workout. Fun fun fun! Love love love ! I know it’s not all about the calories but I was shocked that I burned almost 200 active calories. Typically in a 30 minute cardio with other instructors I am lucky to hit 100 active calories. I only used the hand weights 1/3 of the class . Definitely a keeper

REally liked this one. I did it with 5 lb ankle weights, 5 pound dumbbells and a band around my thighs. Challenging and fun.
