WOW! That was killer! At first I thought this is to easy but dang it builds up on you! I love steady state cardio, I took no breaks just kept moving and this almost 70 year old gramma burned 220 calories! Heart rate was in steady state! Thanks ladies for the sparkle!

*i love cardio workouts like this with equipment! it progressively got more difficult as the workout continued and i had to take some breaks but i’m done! man those ankle weights add so much intensity. 476 active calories and 562 total calories burned and counting on this pretty sunday!*

I am 48 years old, I have multiple musculoskeletal conditions, and that has not stopped me! Now, I exercise every day with you, I have your exercises saved on my playlist, all the ones I can do and I am increasing! This is a big challenge for me, but I love it!
