Wow what a workout! It did feel a bit long I did take extra rest to get my breath and a drink. Lifted heavy where I could and light when needed, I don’t feel bad about that. I did curse you Michelle at the end when you said burpees I could not do slow but moderate! Ha ha. I feel fatigued in a great way!! Thanks I’m really trying to push myself

Complete and tough. The unilateral triceps with isometric was a killer followed by the tricep push-up.👀☠️Loved the format, went as heavy as possible and body is tingling. Thank you for so much effective creativity.🙏🏾💜🌺💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾🧚🏾♂️

I think I'm the only one that thinks that no repeat workouts actually feel longer than repeat ones. This was a good one though. Love all the compound movements!
I know what you mean. I like variety but I much prefer if a move is repeated twice or even 3 times. Makes the time so much quicker. Thanks for the workout though

This was excellent as usual, BUT.. with a 60 minute routine we need a 60 second breather in the middle and most important- a countdown clock so we know how far along we are. It's motivating and important.
The older workouts don't have the timer and clock...all new content does. Yes, it does help.😘

I'm going to be honest...I only know of Anna being the only woman to wear men's deodorant 🤔. But it does make sense, I guess they think men stink more than women
