Hey Michelle, I have a question. What am I doing wrong? I workout four times a week. I do workouts for four years now. I'm gonna turn 40 next year. I'm doing your lovely workouts and sometimes others. A Mix out of Cardio and Strength. This as Information. But I JUST CAN'T LOOSE WEIGHT😢🤪🙄 the opposite is happening, I'm actually gaining weight and I'm pretty frustrated about it. I eat healthy most of the time, I hardly drink any Soft Drinks, I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol AT ALL! I look so bulky now, I don't like it. WHAT IN THE WORLD AM I DOING WRONG?! @@MelliBibLi a few things: 1. SLEEP! It’s a must 7-8 hours. 2. Track everything you eat ,don’t guess on portion sizes. 3. Be consistent in your workouts, train full body strength 2-3X/ week, sprinkle in some cardio, stretch and mobility training weekly. 4. Move more in your day, that means walk, stand up, get at least 10,000!steps daily! 5. Your diet should focus on Whole Foods, up your fiber and get .7-1 gram of protein per pound of your goal weight. 6. Talk to your Dr. maybe you’re in perimenopause and your hormones are not functioning the way they used to. That can cause unexplained weight gain when you are doing all the above.
