    I just started my 2 TB a day flax seed regimen yesterday, 1-29-2021 Primarily to reduce my blood pressure but I would not mind less itchy skin, thicker hair and stronger nails. Wish me luck.

    Hello ma'am. I found out about flax seed on google but your great video has really educated me more about it. I have to tell you one of the first benefits I have noticed within two days of getting a tablespoon of ground flax seed in my diet was that the nerve pain in my feet is much better. Im sure the other things you spoke of will come along before long. Thank you so much for your video. Really enjoyed your energy!

    Thanks, I’ve been eating four tablespoons on ground flax in my oatmeal five days a week for thirty years. I have good cholesterol and BP. It aids in digestion also, if I go off of it for a week, things slow down and get scattered if you know what I mean. Nice lady, video and channel.

    Wild caught marine collagen is my weapon of choice for good health... Collagen is the most
    abundant protein in the human body. It's found in our tendons, ligaments, skin, muscles,
    bones, and blood vessels, and it plays a vital role in maintaining our overall structural integrity.
    It also contains 18 amino acids. You can't go wrong with this type of collagen

  • @russelldemello9493
    @russelldemello9493 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    I saw a video by a different lady who said ground flaxseed is already going bad after just 5 or so days so if people get ground flax seed it's potency is already diminished substantially because of the time it takes from being ground down to getting it to the store shelf. She talked about it being transported and warehoused and whatever else in less than ideal conditions. Hence, she's saying that by the time you buy ground flax seed it's probably already diminished a lot so the only sure way to consume flax seed is to buy the whole seeds and then grind them down yourself. What say you Sophie?

      There is no reason why not. Tons of good omegas. A little flax here and there for him, but not necessarily huge tablespoons.

    OK I heard that you can also have a negativity on estrogen with flaxseed too. Does it depend on the woman or is it a 100% good for estrogen? That’s what I was a little concerned about because I bought some flaxseed oil and then I got stuff with flaxseed in it, I am turning Whole Foods Plantbased as well

    Hi, I thought you said you are on whole food plant based, then why are you eating yogurt? Is it a ecial kind of yogurt? I am new to whole food plant based, and want to do it right. I just bought my first container of ground organic flax seed this week. So easy to add it to my brunch. 🌷

    I heard you must grind them yourself and eat them fresh(within 10 minutes)or they start to go rancid. I put 3T in a coffee grinder daily and add to my smoothie
