I will be 47 this month and I have learned to keep my mouth shut. I am also learning to watch my facial expressions as they have gotten me into big trouble. Burned multiple times. Every year is a journey, never stop growing for YOU. In the end, it’s just me and the Lord.
@@myxgoode9722 how? Well I got humbled “after” age 40, and every year after that got worse. You learn, one just learns. Seven years of suffering for me and my mouth, I learned. I’ll be 44 years old in August and I’ve learned how important it is to take risks. Try something new, even if it’s small. It keeps life interesting. I’ve also learned that it’s okay to let go of people and things that are not in alignment with me and where I’m going. It can be painful but necessary to let people go when it’s time or if you’ve been given a sign that they don’t belong in your life. New and better things will come ❤

Happy Birthday Sophie! Welcome to the 60’s club!! Wishing you a beautiful day! I have learned that when people hurt me, it is due to their own insecurities or regrets and that it is never too late to follow our dreams and passions! Thank you for all you do for so many! 💕
Happy birthday! I am new here and really enjoyed this video. I had two heart attacks and a mini stroke last year from Covid and my life lesson is to treat each precious moment with reverence and recognize it for how sacred it is. The fact that we are only here because of our next heartbeat and breath is a miricale in itself. Don't take life or each other for granted. In the end, it's all about the love.

Oh, me too! 60 on the 9th of December and I have all kinds of great things planned for my birthday week. My father died at 50, and when I think of all the things I've been able to do in that extra decade that he never had, I'm just so grateful to still be here.
One big lesson is that don’t believe people who said you are not enough(smart enough). Actually I am enough, I completed my PhD and still I feel like I have many more milestones to achieve. I am just starting my 40s. Thank you for being a lamp for us !!
CONGRATULATIONS - that is such an achievement. My daughter was told she was not smart enough and is about to go to one of the best veterinary schools in the world - go figure.
Found this channel on my 48th birthday and so grateful to see your video ! One of my life lessons I've learnt over the last 28 years is " The grass is not necessarily greener on the other side, it's greener where you water it "
In my 20s I learned to stay very close to God ,to mind my own business, focus on my journey and accept the hellish moments of it and the nice moments , especially to stay a life long learner to better myself and live an interesting life .
Hi, I had my 60th birthday last Thursday and I'm so happy that I have found your channel. I have learned that people don't always have your best interests at heart, that selfishness is unfortunately a way of life for some people, also to never judge anyone, because you have no idea what they are going through, that life is a wonderful lesson, that others thoughts, feelings and emotions, even if towards me are not my responsibility or my karma and the biggest lesson for me is that forgiveness is one of the most difficult lessons to learn, if we ever learn it. Love, compassion and gratitude have been the most liberating lessons for me, but my story has been long and difficult. Take care all x
Happy Birthday Sophie ❤ I appreciate your life lessons. 3 of them I like the best are: 1) Do it anyway.. done is more than perfect.. 2) Never too old.. never too late.. Never give up.. 3) Say big huge YES to life.. many thanks. At my 51 what I've learnt and I'd like to share with you is : a "bad" situation / experience turns into advantage or the greatest gift over the time.. it's for good even though you can't see it at the very moment.. I keep saying myself whenever anything happens different way than I expected to be.. Much Love ❤ Sarka
I learnt that EVERYTHING that I want on the outside can be manifested from my internal power. I can project out what I want as long as I raise my own conviction.
New subscriber here! I turned 60 this past April and I have upped my health care regimens, started my own podcast and a TH-cam channel! Amen on the energy vampires…lesson learned! Managing this better. Very good video! Thank you!
Just happened on your channel and what I've learned over time is whatever you need will come to you. I was needing to hear just exactly what you said in your video today, like I already knew it somehow and I just clicked on it. Thanks you're very wise I'm grateful for your insights.
I am 41. My greatest life lesson I have learned over the past 20 years is that hard times and traumatic experiences are the MOST important catalyst for personal growth. ❤
So true. I'v got into more troubles because I'm trying to be too generous just forgetting about my life. Until then , i v never knew what life is. Thankfully I'v evolved and grew up, and I'm just turned 43'.
Good reminder. I am going through a traumatic time right now. My mother is in the hospital with pneumonia and leukemia. And I just had emergency surgery on my sinuses to save my eye. I know this needs to be a time of healing for me. But am hoping and praying this makes me grow personally. ♥️
Happy Birthday Georgeous! 🎉 What I have learnt after my 60 is that I do not HAVE to do anything, I do what I WANT or what I DECIDE to do😊. thank you for a lovely reminder❤
I loved "wash the dishes beautifully" best. Which is really about mindfulness and making the best of the present moment. My biggest lesson is that it's not worth hating anyone and that forgiving others brings you so much more peace and harmony to your life that you can't afford to not forgive. Believe me, I've been through stuff too, but I see how much easier life is for me, living in forgiveness than for those I know who continue to harbour hatred.
59, just out of a toxic narc marriage of 25 yrs. I feel like the rug has been pulled out from under my feet, like I've lost my identity. This video is timely, thanks
That morning magic mindset routine is not dissimilar to one I use and have found to be just what I need to make me feel human again: gratitude, meditation, journaling, work on my vision (your future self point), that kind of thing. It makes a world of difference to mornings for me.
I wish you a wonderful Birthday! Thank you for these 8 golden nuggets of wisdom. I've learned (painfully at times) you must let go of what you believed situations/people to be and learn to accept and deal with how they really are. Life is full of surprises, some good and some not so good. At 51, I find myself still learning how to bend without breaking.
Yes, they are a bummer, and those who are lucky enough to get the help can indeed find an inner source of strength and resilience and that is a beautiful thing.
HAPPY 60th BIRTHDAY SOPHIE ❤.. You’re such a beautiful lovely spirit, thank you so much for sharing so much wisdom! At 72, I must say your insights and wisdom are amazing, you are greatly appreciated and an inspiration to all! Love to you.
You touched on the ones I learned. Removing negative energy people has helped me continue my journey to never give up on my dreams. I would add, learn to trust god more and keep an open heart by letting more pass through and not block the pain.
Happy birthday!! Thank you for all your hard work on this channel. Your channel has helped me focus on my better heath and life style journey. I am turning 50 this September and i have struggled with health issues for the last 15 years. My biggest lesson i have learned is to move everyday and do a little something for yourself. I think we are always focused on helping others or being responsible for our families that we put ourselves on the back burner. I now focused on myself guilt free. What a difference it has made for my mental health as well as my physical well being. Cheers
At 53 I appreciate when I am healthy and moments of joy everyday with,y animals, hubby, friends and esp having all 4 of our parents with us still❤Happy Birthday to you!
You look fantastic. I’m 64 and always been fit and active look years young than my age but in last 6 months my joint health deteriorated. So depressing not to have your health 😢
Happy belated birthday Sophie. I am also Gemini. I have just turned 70 ! Plenty of challenges & so many blessings. My advice would be this; it's never too late to stop putting up with bad behavior ( narcissists ) even if they are blood relatives. I have many challenges, that said I also have many blessings. I am a lifelong student. I know the best is yet to be. Love & blessings to one & all. Liliane
I just watched you for the first time and I have to say this was just the best life advice and a good reminder to refocus myself. I will be 60 next year and you have inspired me to step it up and that there is so much more wonderful life to live.
Point 4: shift focus 🌸 What do you want ? How do you want to feel? What has to happen ? What else is available? What else could be true ❤? Thank you for these questions I'm going to be 29 and has some fear of age but when i saw you in your health comfortable peace with your self graduate talking from your heart ❤l become more clam to face the new age , you are good example to my future self🌸🌿 Thanks from Iraq
You brought tears to my eyes. It all made sense to me. I am grateful. My gift to u is thank you for sharing. You have articulated what is in my heart soul and body. Continue to live your truth. God bless u❤😊
Happy 🎉Birthday, Sophie !!!!! Thank you so much for this …..truly the blessing I needed today ! This year I will turn 60 as well 🙌🥳💥💃, thank You Lord!…..and the most important lesson I have learned these last handful of years is to find something to be grateful for everyday …..in every situation there is a silver lining and when I look for it, I find my Heavenly Father right there, urging me to keep on….to keep loving and growing and striving and enjoying life in its simplest forms as I prepare for the next chapter …..Blessings to you and I am now a new subscriber !!! Thanks again🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
Happy Birthday!! I am 60 too! Its nice to meet you. My best lesson I learned in life is, noone will do anything for me, I have to do the work, hand in hand with God of course!
To my dearest most precious Sophie...two of my favourite lessons that I have learned...in the past month...is this... Follow the truth...and your life will go spectacularly...and...follow the truth...and you will get what you want... I love you...Stan ❤
Amazing video Darling. Happiest of birthdays on this new chapter. I will follow all 8 lessons. I have learned many things over the years . A few are : progress not perfection. Time is your greatest asset- choose wisely how you spend your time. Money management - Invest without fear once you have done your research. Eat super clean. Detox often ( mentally and physically). Travel NOW not later - enjoy the dividends later. Love is the answer. Minimalism is my current focus ( specially when traveling)
Happy birthday! This is my first experience of you and the universe was kind enough to drop you into my feed at precisely the right time. I’m very excited to discover your whole catalogue of wisdom. Thank you. ❤❤❤
Thank you I just found your video just now....... you look so beautiful ❤ I am 64 nov 5th I feel burnt out with health issues and so much pain trying very hard to be positive seeing you thought wow very positive indeed after covid I was so ill I thought I wasn't going to come through but left with fatigue exhausted which made me very negative now I am slowly learning to love myself ❤❤❤
It’s always surprising when I’m watching a philosophical video and hear “this is a big block for so many women”. Because, well, I’m a guy. These same challenges are more universal than many realize. : ) Great video, thank you. To your request, I think the most important life lesson I’ve learned in the past 20 years comes from Anais Nin: “We do not see the world as it is. We see the world as we are.”
Happy Burthday! My greatest learning experience is to live each moment happy and with a goal for the future. I used to be a people pleaser. I. Wiser now and live for God and live close to Him. He carry me daily. Give him all the burdens and just live the dream and make it happen.
Happiest blessed birthday🎉The art of imperfections! Love it❤Just do it! Precious advice energy saving self protection. Avoid negative distractions.Focus on self love self-care and future deposits for forward planning. Daily habits into wellbeing.😊 Do things beautifully! Never give up....keep going.Live with no regrets! Sing a song sing out loud! Yes❤Thank you. No thank you to no no things for you. Appreciate your sharing. Thank you so much for this beautiful video 💜 One of the biggest lesson I have learned is to be patient. Being more patient with everything would have changed my life on so many levels. I rushed into things and did not realize they take time. But I am grateful I am aware of this now and as you say, it is never too late :)
This lady is so beautiful soul, powerful message 💖 and I need this today x 💜 wish you all the best. Izabela I learnt to kerp going and never give up, learnt how to be authentic as to best version of myself in the current circumstances ❤I learnt that not everyone had good intentions and how important is to recognise that
Happy birthday Sophie!! I love your channel. You are a wonderful mentor as we gracefully age. The best things I incorporated into my life as I got older were gratitude and not taking anything for granted, prayer and worship, resistance training, decreased alcohol consumption, and to move every day. Thanks for sharing all your wisdom. Enjoy your day ❤
Happy Birthday! I'm so glad I found you! I just subscribed. My little gift to you is: Don't postpone things you desire for later, get to work now; life can and will pass you by. I didn't get to have kids. I'm still praying for a miracle. Thanks for the encouragement to get going on other things. God bless you. 🌺
Happy Birthday!!! I am coming up on 56 years this July! You are amazing and thank you for all that you have taught me. My husband of 31 years suddenly passed away on May 8th. That has changed everything for me and my children. I guess my life lesson would be to always say I love you before someone walks out of the home. Even if you are having a disagreement. Because you never know what will happen in the next 2 minutes. He left the home at 11:20am. He was declared deceased at 12:03pm. In a few minutes our lives were changed. He drove down the street never to be seen alive again.
Daily use of stop watches and timers are like the curbs that keep you on the track and off the beaten path. Being more aware of time and what is taking up most of yours is key to making better choices. Better awareness leads to better choices that leads to better actions that leads to better results……
Happy birthday, So so true, I'll be 60 next year and ran my first marathon despite many injuries and set backs. Refuse the can't do and go for crazy goals and most importantly have fun along the way
HELLO! I love your presentation and appreciate your brilliant advice and your very attractive self. Thank you very much and all the best for you. Cristel x
Happiest birthday 🤍 notes were taken you inspired me 🤍by end of this year I am turning 38 and I started to realize that I missed a lot by procrastination but as you said never give up and I am currently in my golden era and i will blossom to the best version of me thank you again 🎉
My lesson as I’m moving into my 40s: When I feel lost is when the greatest learning takes place. In that moment, softening and releasing the grip and tension allows for what needs to be understood to emerge. That’s also the time to activate Trust. ❤
Be grateful.🙏 I’m grateful for those little happy moments in my day. Today your video is one of them. ❤ Thank you so much and have a wonderful birthday and happy days ahead.

I'm nearing my 58th birthday. I always struggled with love from other people. Now I choose to love myself harder than anyone can or willing to.

Yeah just forget the past and learn nothing from the mistakes you make as you lie to each other that your doing great at age 60
The biggest lesson I have learned is summed up by a quote from Maya Angelo: “When people show you who they are believe them the first time”.

Great comment, I too am having to be more aware of my facial expressions. They’ve definitely started unwanted conversations.
This is sound advice. I forget these things sometimes too. Thanks for the reminder!

I learnt that EVERYTHING that I want on the outside can be manifested from my internal power. I can project out what I want as long as I raise my own conviction.
100% spot on.
I believe the same.
And if you are open to the right things coming to you at the right time - they absolutely will.
I am 41. My greatest life lesson I have learned over the past 20 years is that hard times and traumatic experiences are the MOST important catalyst for personal growth. ❤
Agreed❤
Happy Birthday just turned 60 June 8, 1964 and this year I learned my Ikigai 💚
And what is your Ikigai?
I love these types of videos, it’s like having a wonderful mother figure sharing her knowledge and life lessons x100 🥰 x
Happy Birthday Georgeous! 🎉 What I have learnt after my 60 is that I do not HAVE to do anything, I do what I WANT or what I DECIDE to do😊. thank you for a lovely reminder❤
Yesss!!!
I guess forgiving means let go , what you meant here . Yes, that's a huge relief. However, other people remain the same eternally.
Thank you for sharing. I’m 46 and a stay at home mother of small children. I really needed these in this season of my life.
59, just out of a toxic narc marriage of 25 yrs. I feel like the rug has been pulled out from under my feet, like I've lost my identity. This video is timely, thanks
Hope your are okay hang in there the best is yet to come you are worth more you keep being you best wishes 🇮🇪💕

That morning magic mindset routine is not dissimilar to one I use and have found to be just what I need to make me feel human again: gratitude, meditation, journaling, work on my vision (your future self point), that kind of thing. It makes a world of difference to mornings for me.
yes - it's non-negotiable for me.
Bend without breaking - love it...makes you more and more flexible.
Happy Birthday ❤️ in my 44 years of life my biggest lesson thus far has been to be my 100% authentic self no matter the situation… be true to myself🙏🏼
It's taken me 46 years to eventually be 100% true to myself
One of my life lessons is that it is never as bad as you think.
I'm 37 and looking around at ppl - the best thing ive never done and I"ll never have - kids. THE best decision of my life
Why?
one lesson ive learnt is mental health issues are a bummer but through resilience and inner strength, you can get thru anything.
Cheers
Yes - what wonderful advice🙂
Happy Birthday to you! I am about to turn 60. Lucky to be alive and grateful. Life has ups and downs but hang in there people!
I would love to see a video on your current morning routine and one that shows specific examples of the "daily deposits" you make. Happy Birthday!
Great idea🙂
Happy belated birthday Sophie. I am also Gemini. I have just turned 70 ! Plenty of challenges & so many blessings. My advice would be this; it's never too late to stop putting up with bad behavior ( narcissists ) even if they are blood relatives. I have many challenges, that said I also have many blessings. I am a lifelong student. I know the best is yet to be.
Love & blessings to one & all.
Liliane
I so agree. And happy belated Birthday to you.
@@SophieUlianoGorgeouslyGreen Thank you Sophie ! 😇
I just watched you for the first time and I have to say this was just the best life advice and a good reminder to refocus myself. I will be 60 next year and you have inspired me to step it up and that there is so much more wonderful life to live.
Thank you very much! You are very beautiful and very wise 😊🫶🌷
Point 4: shift focus 🌸
What do you want ?
How do you want to feel?
What has to happen ?
What else is available?
What else could be true ❤?
Thank you for these questions I'm going to be 29 and has some fear of age but when i saw you in your health comfortable peace with your self graduate talking from your heart ❤l become more clam to face the new age , you are good example to my future self🌸🌿
Thanks from Iraq
I am so glad you are watching from Iraq:-)

Thank you TH-cam algorithm! This absolutely amazing 🥹‼️
Yesterday i turned 60! Giving my best life!
You and I ...Geminis! Happy Birthday.
Happy Birthday!! I am 60 too! Its nice to meet you. My best lesson I learned in life is, noone will do anything for me, I have to do the work, hand in hand with God of course!
Yesssss - I am responsible.
To my dearest most precious Sophie...two of my favourite lessons that I have learned...in the past month...is this...
Follow the truth...and your life will go spectacularly...and...follow the truth...and you will get what you want...
I love you...Stan ❤
Agreed🙂
Amazing video Darling. Happiest of birthdays on this new chapter. I will follow all 8 lessons. I have learned many things over the years . A few are : progress not perfection. Time is your greatest asset- choose wisely how you spend your time. Money management - Invest without fear once you have done your research. Eat super clean. Detox often ( mentally and physically). Travel NOW not later - enjoy the dividends later. Love is the answer. Minimalism is my current focus ( specially when traveling)
I love these lessons!
I love your comment. And you are right. I guess I speak to "women" because most of my community are - but these life lessons apply to everyone.
Happy Burthday! My greatest learning experience is to live each moment happy and with a goal for the future. I used to be a people pleaser. I. Wiser now and live for God and live close to Him. He carry me daily. Give him all the burdens and just live the dream and make it happen.
i’m just admiring the paint color on the wall and beautiful windows and shutters.
Happiest blessed birthday🎉The art of imperfections! Love it❤Just do it! Precious advice energy saving self protection. Avoid negative distractions.Focus on self love self-care and future deposits for forward planning. Daily habits into wellbeing.😊 Do things beautifully! Focus on self love self care self compassion❤
Yes - I'm adding SING OUT LOUD to my list🙂
You are beautiful ❤
Thank you for sharing the tips
What I learned most significant one is learn myself more than anything!
Deep. Thks
Thanks a lot❣️✨️
I learned to be satisfied. Things which used to be important when I was young no more matter. My priorities shifted tremendously.
Izabela
I learnt to kerp going and never give up, learnt how to be authentic as to best version of myself in the current circumstances ❤I learnt that not everyone had good intentions and how important is to recognise that
Happy birthday Sophie!! I love your channel. You are a wonderful mentor as we gracefully age. The best things I incorporated into my life as I got older were gratitude and not taking anything for granted, prayer and worship, resistance training, decreased alcohol consumption, and to move every day. Thanks for sharing all your wisdom. Enjoy your day ❤
Jessica - wonderful, and well done:-)
Happy Birthday! I'm so glad I found you! I just subscribed. My little gift to you is: Don't postpone things you desire for later, get to work now; life can and will pass you by. I didn't get to have kids. I'm still praying for a miracle. Thanks for the encouragement to get going on other things. God bless you. 🌺
What a lovely piece of advice.
I'm so sorry for your loss.
I’m so very sorry for your loss.
Don't worry. Soul never dies. It will live in another plane and move on and on.
Why do something in life that anyone else can do; when you can do something only you can do. Be you!!
Happy Birthday Sophie! Thank you for always giving us the gift of your wonderful advise and inspiration! Wishing you the best always!
Thank you for your lovely comment.
Daily use of stop watches and timers are like the curbs that keep you on the track and off the beaten path. Being more aware of time and what is taking up most of yours is key to making better choices. Better awareness leads to better choices that leads to better actions that leads to better results……
Show love to everyone I smile to everyone.
Happy birthday,
So so true, I'll be 60 next year and ran my first marathon despite many injuries and set backs.
Refuse the can't do and go for crazy goals and most importantly have fun along the way
HELLO! I love your presentation and appreciate your brilliant advice and your very attractive self. Thank you very much and all the best for you. Cristel x

What a great idea🙂
Happiest birthday 🤍 notes were taken you inspired me 🤍by end of this year I am turning 38 and I started to realize that I missed a lot by procrastination but as you said never give up and I am currently in my golden era and i will blossom to the best version of me thank you again 🎉
Happy Birthday, Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us. My biggest lesson that I learned is don't believe everything you think to be 100% true.
What else could be true? - one of the most powerful questions we can ask ourselves:-)
@@SophieUlianoGorgeouslyGreen❤
Happy Birthday! Be happy, a good woman!🎉
My lesson as I’m moving into my 40s: When I feel lost is when the greatest learning takes place. In that moment, softening and releasing the grip and tension allows for what needs to be understood to emerge. That’s also the time to activate Trust. ❤
That is beautiful.
Gosh this inspired me so much!!! First time here and I really resonated with what you said. 64 years old and always learning! Thank you! ❤
Our sixties are when we really get started!!!
washing dishes beautifully touched my heart because that is so deep in the reality 🎉😊
