    I love your videos😊. I wonder whether you would consider doing some ‘improver’ videos for people like me who have just about mastered the beginner workouts but are finding the challenge videos quite difficult. 🤞🏼 😊

    I’ve just turned 20 and unfortunately I’m really unfit. I’m going into a physically demanding industry and I want to take care of my body, weight and looks aside. I always struggle with motivation and forming habits - starting out always makes me feel so silly and embarrassed which has resulted in a number of false starts. Your videos feel so friendly and so adjustable that it makes such a big difference and even though I’ve stopped multiple times and I’ve never really built up a streak, the amount of times I pick my weights up and do a workout is slowly getting more and more frequent. Hopefully this is a good sign for things to come and we can get through this journey together! Keep it up, and I’ll try my best to too :)

    Loved this! I am not a beginner, but I felt drained today, wanted to move but not too hard. I used 15# weights and just made some of the moves a little faster/deeper to make it a little more challenging. I'm drenched!

    This was a great workout. I haven’t been able to workout in 3wks. I tore my left calf muscle and it caused a hematoma ( no blood clot, yay). This has been so painful yet. I wanted to workout so bad, but take it easy at the same time. Thank you, Amy for great workout.😊💪🏼

    I love the standing workouts without the high impact! Would love some at the intermediate level! 20-30 minutes make it possible to do almost any day! Thanks for all of your amazing workouts!

    This is my "comfort" video. I had two surgeries this year and both times, after a 2 week hiatus, I used this video to get back into working out with you. I had a rough go after both surgeries and this workout allowed me to ease into movements I could achieve physically with a routine I could handle mentally while healing. I love that the moves are basic and that the time is manageable for beginners or for anyone that is rehabilitating. I did this workout everyday for a week after each surgery, increasing my weights little by little until I regained my confidence and the strength to move back into my routines with your 25/30/35/40 minute videos. Thank you, Amy! :)

    7 months postpartum and not as much time to exercise as I’d like. This was the perfect length and I could easily modify to kick things up a notch in areas I felt stronger in.
