    One of the things I love about your workouts is that even if it is core that is the main thing, the rest of your body is working hard too! :-)) LOVE it Amy! :-))

    Great workout! I was short on time today and my legs were tired but this was perfect. My husband was able to do this workout with me without bothering his osteoarthritis in his knee. Thank you

    I've been doing Amy's workouts since August and haven't stopped since. Her workouts saved me from being so down especially during this pandemic. The exercises are dynamic and doable for every type of physical capability. You only have 10 minutes to spare? You're pregnant? Or just prefer to work out standing up? She has all those options. And she's so relatable and down-to-earth that I don't feel I'm following an unforgiving robot but someone encouraging. More power to you, Amy. And to everyone who's struggling too during this pandemic, keep going. It's not always shitty days.

    Thank you Amy! Tu es super dynamique, fun, cohérente dans ta pratique. Tes explications sont complètes, précises, faciles à comprendre. C'est facile de suivre tes work-outs. Et surtout, ce n'est pas ennuyant. J'ai essayé plusieurs de tes work-out et celui-ci est tellement amusant à faire que je le répète jour après jour depuis 1 mois. Je vois une meilleure tenue du tronc et des jambes plus fines. Je me demande si mon corps atteindra un plateau si je fais toujours ce même workout. Est-ce que tu en as un autre dans ta collection à me proposer qui lui ressemble? Les standings core work-out me plaisent beaucoup.

    What a FANTASTIC workout! Not only for core but arms and some lower body that got my heart rate up, too. Love that these moves are some that I have not done before- really challenges the balance/core.

    first time for me to follow one of your dumbbell workouts, usually do KB's. I used a 5kg weight and managed to complete the class. I am sweating and enjoyed the new moves. Workout went really fast. Moves explained really well....Thanks Amy :)

    First time tried with light weights--good thing given the overhead moves & my shoulder issues. Tried a bit heavier weight today, though slowed to protect back & mostly kept to shoulder level, & down low on windmill. As long as I'm careful, I can do this one, stretching and rotating wrists every so often. Thank you for another medium-length workout!

    Thanks, Amy, for another great workout. It's good to have a slightly longer standing abs workout. I'm going to couple it with your 12 minute standing workout. That will make for a good workout for my Wednesday abs. Also wanted to say that the first workout looked so easy initially, but I very quickly felt my abs working!!! Oh - and I love it when I supposedly working my abs, but get a bit of arms, bum and legs. :-) :-)

    Hi Amy. Question about the windmill exercise: Where exactly should you be feeling it? I don't seem to be feeling it anywhere (more of a stretch than a strength) and wondering if I'm doing it incorrectly or just don't have heavy enough weights.
