Your 20 minute workouts are perfect! By the time I get the kids to bed I don’t feel like working out, so 20 minutes is just right to feel like I’m not committing my whole evening to working out.
On days that I don’t feel like working out, I always come to this channel. It’s a good challenge without killing me and Amy’s workouts all fly by. This was a good one. My arms will feel it tomorrow!

Worked up a good sweat! Nice and complete 👌 especially if you're looking for a strength routine that will just tie up all of the other exercises you did and don't have much energy for the more intense workouts which you also have in abundance! Thanks Amy!

Thanks for the quick full- body workout! I definitely modified the combo move "swing/ tri/ curtsy" for myself. But other than that all the combos flowed nicely.
As a stay at home mom I struggle with getting long workouts in so these shorter ones are perfect! You are the only trainer whose workouts I dont dread I love these and look forward to them. Also love when there's almost no repetition 😊

You have been a life saver during quarantine! My cousins and I in 3 different time zones started working out together during quarantine doing mid-day workouts. We have done MANY of your 10-15 minute workouts together. We love them! We had a bit more time today and did this one. We all loved it!
