Love all of your workouts, but especially the 10 min options. Such an efficient investment of time and energy! And standing-only means I can do them mid-day without getting on the floor and feeling grungy. ❤❤❤
This is my very favorite quick hiit. I do it at least once a week as my afternoon movement break (in addition to do the daily calendar workout). I keep going heavier with the weights I use. Getting so strong! Thank you!

Just added this as a finisher to your Full Body Pyramid Stack and it was fantastic!!! The kettlebell definitely gives this workout a different feel when working the core and I love that it was an all standing workout!!! Terrific!! 💯👐👐
Would love to see more like this for standing since I can’t get on the mat because of my rheumatoid arthritis it’s easier to stand but still get the work done thank you Amy ❤
Just went biking to pick up some christmaspresents, and home again I wanted to finish with this quick workout. Excellent quick and effective core and abs workout. Nice to have shorter workout options if you are busy🙂
