    I was out of commission for a week and a half, pulled a tooth, and was infected, haven’t completely healed yet, but I missed working out, so I did this workout this morning, low impact for me, for next few days. I enjoyed every moment of this workout. Hopefully I can get on the November next level soon. Thank you Amy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

    Since the pandemic you have become my goto workouts...even as it is safe return to my gym, won't do it as I spare myself a needless hour round car trip! A retired 75 year-old science teacher I had taught, after school, a varity of fitness classes on-and-off so have a bit of fitness training....but your videos are supper for all levels & ages. It is wonderful to just follow a very capable leader!!!!!

    I don't comment often, but this is my new favorite to go to if I'm under the weather, or sore. I'm going through fertility treatment and what you can do is limited and this is absolutely perfect with no floor work, total body, and modifications. Thank you!!!

    I had a full rotator cuff tear in left shoulder and had surgery...so i have been pretty inactive for quite a bit...Your low impact workouts are just fantastic!! You are such a great teacher!! Understanding how everyone is at a different level!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT VIDEO'S!!

    Another good one. I love that you give options of the moves. Being pregnant I get lost if I can’t modify a move with thinking on the spot. I am loving the high intensity options and not having to jump or get up off the floor 😂 thank you x

    Thank you Amy for a no-lunge, no-squat workout! I have several bad joints (age) & recovering from weird thing in sternum-clavicle joint that is diagnosed as (more) arthritis. Please make more of these kind of videos and keep up your positive attitude & encouraging comments

    Love your workouts and have been doing quite a few of them over the past few months along with others on youtube. Being a 73 year old woman, and having done many workouts over the years, it is nice to see so many which are more low impact as opposed to high impact which were popular back in the day. You still get a really good workout, will feel it the next day. These types of exercises along with weight training are great. Moe

    What a joy to find routines to do in an apartment. This cardio is ideal to also do with my daughters, due to the covid at school they do not do sports activities and the girls are very still throughout the day, they have gained weight. Please make more videos of cardio hitt full body for apartments ideal for not disturbing the neighbors with the jumps

    I hadn’t worked out in a few days and to make myself get back into my routine this seemed like the perfect option at the perfect time. Little did I know that I would have such an intense workout still with what seemed like small, easy moves. I’m as sweaty as I normally am!

    Just subscribed yesterday and so glad I did so that I was notified of this new workout! Love your format and presentation style and that you demonstrate ways to increase the cardio of the exercises without going to high impact. I can no longer do high impact because of hip surgery, so this workout is perfect for me. I added it towards the top of my workout playlist so I will come back to it frequently!

    Been doing your workouts for a year now, and glad that I found this one! I have to lay off my knees recently because of Lyme disease-induced joint inflammation, and this is one of the few workouts I've found that actually does anything for me while keeping the pressure off my knees. I'll be doing this while I'm on my treatment!

    Thank you Amy! Recovering from major knee injury and this helped as squats and lungs which are my favs, as well as burpees:( are not an option until things heal properly. Could still take it up a notch and took out the rest periods for more cardio.

    This is so accessible I was able to do a third round. I did use 1 lb weights the first two but had to leave them out of most on the 3rd to save my shoulders!!

    I have not exercised in over 6 months so I'm super unfit. I just found your channel and work outs and I really enjoyed this low impact work out. I will be back to do more of your beginner workouts and then hopefully progress to my 2020 fitness levels. 😊

    Yes, more of these, month 3 of a meniscus tear at 60 years of age. :-( Brought me to a dead stop and not moving is soooo frustrating! I miss long walks, horse riding and dance classes. Started slow with a bunch of chair stuff, some upper body work outs and chair cardio, now first standing cardio. Feels good but tomorrow will tell...

    Thank you for the video. I am on the mend from some plantar fasciitis so was looking for some thing that I didn’t have to jump around a lot and came across your video. It was perfect. Got my heart rate up and had minimal pain in my foot. I am glad I found your video.

    Oh my! I am sweating all over my laptop! I'm used to 45 second active rounds on most of your videos, so I added a few seconds & pretty much was able to do the advanced level on each move, so got a great workout. But my sister who is just beginning could do the first level when she works up to exercising this long--so versatile for different levels. Awesome!
