    Amy you're such a gem on TH-cam I swear. I'm quite out of shape and overweight and your workouts have never failed me as a beginner. I finish feeling full of energy, accomplished, and like I did something good for my body rather than being in pain and unable to finish. I set my timer to 10 mins but always end up finishing your workouts!! Your low impact vids have become something I look forward to and can count on to actually be low impact yet challenging. You're the best! Thank you for being encouraging, accepting, and attuned to when water breaks or simplified steps are needed. You're truly gifted. Love your energy, love that you switch things up rather than exhausting us doing the same moves for a full minute - I always stay intrigued and never dreading the next move. You ACTUALLY understand a beginner workout and when to push. You are literally phenomenal and I cannot wait for more vids to come. When I first started working out I came across your other low impact video and it gave me the encouragement to keep going. Your ability to pin a perfect beginners workout is unmatched. I cannot say enough good things about what you do! Thank you for being a happy and healthy part of my fitness journey. So grateful for this space.

    Wow. Im a seasoned martial artist with back problems. Just had a spasm last weeek and still recovering. This was great for rehab

    This is such a great workout for someone like me who is very out of shape and has bad knees. genuinely low impact and easy enough for me to go the whole 19 minutes (a major accomplishment!). Amy is encouraging but relaxed, not too perky, and gives different choices to make the exercises easier or more challenging. Excellent! Thank you, Amy!

    That was really fun! I'm a beginner at work outs and I have felt intimidated by starting out, but I've been feeling so much better by exercising regularly while following your videos. They're very clear and encouraging. I'm very grateful for the good work that you do!

    I haven't exercised in way too long and have a messed up ankle from botched Achilles tendon surgery but I was able to complete this work out. It was slow and it definitely made me sweat a ton. Highly recommended for someone with bad ankles and knees. (Only one I couldn't do was near the end and only on my bad side.)

    I know I've commented before but I just wanted to say how much I appreciate these low impact workouts. I have an old groin injury acting up and I've had to slow way down for a couple of weeks. These are a lifesaver!

    I know this is an older one, but I really appreciate it. I gained quite of a bit of weight and fell out of shape during the COVID lockdowns, and have been having a hard time finding work outs that I could get through that didn't make me feel worse. Baby steps!

    Thank you! I did this workout when I was starting off in my weight loss journey, it was a great big help with my exercise routine. Unfortunately I recently suffered a work injury and have been slowly getting back to exercising as my Dr prescribed. So here I am watching and exercising to your video. I feel so accomplished and your videos help me greatly.

    Thank you Amy! Thank you!!! This is the first 18 minute workout I've been able to complete in years. So many videos are mislabeled as beginner. They rush me through learning moves and expect me to be at intermediate level by 5 minutes. It's so frustrating. You provided so many move options that I will be able to grow with this video. I will look for other videos from you as well. I truly can't thank you enough! ♥️

    Thank you Amy for a workout that I actually enjoyed, and was not intimidated by. It's been a long while since I've committed to a work out routine, or even worked out for that matter, I'm now 43, in a slump in my life, and am trying my best to get into a workout routine, that not only feels rewarding, but doesn't kill my knees & spirit.....I believe your 19 Minute workout will do just nicely, until I'm ready to advance. When advancement comes, I'll be sure to look into what your next routine is. Thanks again Amy for your video.

    Loved this workout! I am no newbie but I need to stretch more, and I have been having knee and hip flexor pain from my regular routines. This workout STILL gets you going without overdoing it! Plus the bonus is that I got to imagine myself training to be the next Mike Tyson- THANK YOU 🥰

    Nice vid, ive got bad knees so the squats and lunges at the end were not possible without pain, but i did a lighter version. The workout got my heart pumping, well done !

    I am 70 years old and in pretty good shape. I have been using this workout for a while. I wish it was longer. I usually try to do the Low impact HIIT workout as well. I have difficulty with squats due to history of herniated disc. When I started doing more squats, I ended up with sustained back pain. Was wondering if there is a kickboxing workout with just kicks and not jumping. Any suggestions?

    Love this workout. I am 2 months postpartum. I have a small diastasis recti around the belly button. Are kickboxing workouts safe for diastasis?

    I just started working out again and started by doing this every morning. I added wrist weights and sweated twice as hard (2lb each) but I did it and if I can anybody can.

    Is there anyway you can take that terrible music off. I have to turn the volume down when start the video, then I have to turn it up to listen to your instruction. It would be much nicer if I did not have to do all that just listen to your video.
