i found this on a whim bc i realized i didn’t have any lower body focused workouts for my routine, and my god! i’m glad y’all ain’t acting like it’s easy peasy bc i was on the floorrrr 😭 i’m def adding this to my routine, hopefully in a few weeks or months i can check back in and give my results! if anything, it’s a good way to get my heart pumping lol. edit 7/28: i almost threw up after doing this so i ended up getting discouraged for like 6 months 😭😭 im starting to workout again! i'll update when i finally start doing this specific workout again, and when i actually start seeing results from it :) sorry to everyone waiting lmao my body isn't built like that (yet)
