I used to have a nice butt but i let myself go due to depression. Your workouts have helped me a lot. I've been doing them for one whole month every day for 30 minutes and my butt is rounder and firmer. I really wasn't expecting to start seeing my old self back. I nearly shed tears the other day when i noticed the change.
I feel you honey! I’m 46 this year and after 3 Kids although I do have a flat tummy and little abs my butt was letting. Me down literally it just wasn’t the round right butt,ironically I use to hate but I have found these exercises have really helped me get it bqkc even though I’m only 7-half stone I’m starting to feel good about myself ❤the fact I can fit it around my kids and cleaning and cooking,this and her 7 min abs and I’m super happy! Who needs to pay personal trainers or a gym memeber ship when it’s all free on TH-cam x keep going and it also helps lift us out of that black despair god know that’s not easy,take care of yourself your worth it! ❤

You’re a life saver, I’m a small girl and had a small butt, and with your workouts it’s bubbly now, even if it isn’t too big it’s round and desirable. Even my boyfriend noticed it. I do 2 of your workouts a day and have 2 rest days, this is genuinely amazing, continue the good work! (This one and the workout with only squats are my favorite)
@@maryjane2393 Hii!! Thanks for your comment! Usually I do Viviana’s and Jane Kate’s workouts, she also does great workouts without squats or equipment. They both have a huge variety of exercises. Honestly, I usually do Jane’s because it’s easier to do since they’re mostly on the floor; you can do it in your bed or in any part of the house. I also do “only squats” workouts from Viviana to get used on how to squat properly. I also watched a video in tips on how to squat better. I also recommend drinking a cup of soy milk a day and at least 3 nuts a day since they are omega-3 fatty acid rich and can increase butt size; either way, eating eggs, rice and salmon can also boost your butt. If you have a pool at home or a community pool, there’s also pool workouts that help you train your legs better and handle better these kind of exercises (since they also workout legs). Finally, don’t forget to have 2 rest days a week, or else your muscles won’t grow! If you’re on your period, also don’t workout; rest because it will do more harm than good. You can injure yourself. And if you believe on subliminals (I’m kinda skeptical so it doesn’t work on me, but it can work on you) search “fat ass project subliminal” and hear it between 5-10 times a day and you can also see a difference :3
Thanks for the tips! I tried Janekate workouts but I didn’t feel them as well as Ivana’s workouts. They didn’t work for me. Sometimes you gotta go the hard way if you want to see results 😀 also I guess we are all different but there is nothing wrong with working out during you period. I alway do but I don’t usually get any tummy pain so that’s why it doesn’t bother me ☺️
So like I've been using this video as a part of my workout routine everyday (with rest days) for about a month because I hated when boys from my middle school, my comment section on TikTok, fake friends, and literally everyone said "You have a nice body but like need to do some squats" "You have an hourglass but workout your butt more". I have had ENOUGH of that bull crap so this video literally saved my life and my ego. My butt looks better than ever, I LOVE YOU IVANA!!! ❤❤

this WORKS!!! I’m not kidding. DO 👏 IT 👏 I’m on day 8 of doing this workout, plus 3 sets of 10 hip thrusts with a barbell also. I’ve also been adding weights to the glute bridges, and THE PROGRESS!!!!! I have the flattest booty, and in just 8 days i’m already seeing and feeling progress!!! My booty is more firm, it’s stronger, and I can already see a little bit of growth. I’m SO excited. Don’t forget to take rest days, those are soooo important. Started a week ago. I make pictures every week, so a picture before i started and now a picture... a week later. And i already see a difference. Day 7 was really hard, my body was shaking when i did the workout, but i'm not gonna stop! I'm so curious what it wil look like next week. But the most important thing is.... it's working!!! today makes this my first week of doing this with one rest day which was friday, i started last sunday and i’ve already started to see a difference. a couple months ago before i started working out my booty i had these boxers that fit perfectly around my legs and now i put them on and around my legs the boxers have stared to faint as in their stretched out. ( they haven’t faded because i’ve only worn them a few times ) this has honestly made a difference and made me feel a lot more confident in my body. Thank you!!
I’m on day 5 of consistently doing this workout everyday . It gets easier !! I also squeeze my abs and pelvic floor muscles while doing this so that I get the most benefits ! I am yet to see results but I will update you 😊
Update girlie❤💋 Tips: try to eat more proteins and oats and cut less on the fried food, drink lots of water. And make sure to take break days or you won’t give your booty time to grow!!❤

Me duelen los brazos, los glúteos y las piernas tanto que éstas últimas me tiemblan un poco para caminar 😭😭 día 3: Por ésta ocasión dolió un poco menos, mis brazos aún duelen y un poco los glúteos cosa que es algo positivo. Obviamente no he visto cambios aún. día 4: Dolió, pero un poco menos que el día anterior, incluso dejé de dar pausas y seguí sin parar en algunos ejercicios ya que tenía más resistencia. día 5: en cierta parte lo sentí igual de doloroso que ayer, la diferencia es q logré tener un poco más de resistencia y solo paré de 2 ejercicios después de hacer varios seguidos!! 2da semana 💗 día 6: Estoy emocionada pq estoy viendo cierto cambio!!

I’ve been doing it for one week 6/7 days and I have to say that not only my thighs slimmed down but my butt had also pumped up and I can definitely see my body changing! Day 1:✅ Def worked butt is burning Day 2:✅ Didn't burn as much Day 3:✅ Muscles are feeling tenser Day 4:✅ Booty is really burning and shaking like hell🔥 took one week rest: (summer camp) sorry, I forgot to update Day 12:✅ Muscles are burning more than before, harder to do Day 13:✅ from the start to now, you can really see a bit of a difference Day 14:❌ Skipped got 4 teeth pulled out Day 15:✅ My mom noticed a difference, it's getting harder to make myself do it but girlies yall got this💪 Been doing this on and off for 25 days around, 100% recommend it. Start: January 23, 2023 . Day 1 (1/23/23) - It was easy up until we switched over to donkey kickbacks. Oh my gosh it hurt my butt a lot, but that’s good because I felt results! Obviously don’t see anything yet though. Day 2 (1/25/23) - Phew. So honestly - I almost gave up. Today felt a bit more difficult for me, especially the 3x pulses. I have excellent news ivana. When I started working out with you, I started with no equipment. Then I started using 15 lb weights while doing G bridges and squats. Now I am up to using 50 lbs and an x-heavy resistant band! And my legs and butt are a great shape, because of you and your motivation, love, and excellent videos! Holaaa a todos hoy fue mi primer día haciendo esta rutina la verdad siempre que me pongo pantalones apretados no se me ven bien y me causa inseguridad, por ver qué no tengo nada de gluetos así que deci intentar con esta rutina la voy a hacer por 3 semanas ✨, y les voy a estar actualizando aver si me sirvo, la verdad opino que esta rutina si me quemó muy bien los glúteos y las piernas se siente el trabajo en las piernas y gluetos, eso fue lo que me gustó así que me quedaré con esta rutina por 3 semanas❤ espero lograrlo!! Nota* lo are 3 veces por semana. Empiezo: 4 agosto 2023 Día 1: ✔️ completado Día 2:✔️ completado (apenas termine las piernas se me hincharon jaja y las tengo duritas y los glúteos los siento normales pero aveces me duelen si se preguntan si veo resultados en el día 2, aún no o tal ves solo poquito siento un poco los glúteos más duros o no se, pero hay que seguir la rutina😊 ( hoy estamos a lunes 7 de agosto, regreso el miércoles :) Día 3: Completado✔ Sentí que Me igual como los otros días, vamos por mas días si se puede🔥💓 Día 4: completado✔ la verdad estuve ocupada y no hice el viernes ni el lunes estaba ocupada pero hoy volví de nuevo la verdad termine muy sudada y cansada nos vemos el viernes :))

Doing this workout all summer! Starting today June 2nd and I will update you guys! Day 1: First half was hard the rest was easier, a little sore. Day 2: I can really feel the burn and it starting to work now. Day 3: beginning was harder from being sore, see some difference slightly. Hey ml! don't be disappointed with yourself! When I first started my workout journey I could barley get myself to do it for a week. Do not give up! Also remember, you don't have to want to do it, but you can just keep going even if you don't want too! And I know its easier said than done, try doing this workout every two days or three days and slowly decrease your break in between workout days and I promise you will be able to do it!!
Guys this actually works!! I am doing this and a leg/thigh/bug workout too by another channel, so i cant tell exactly which one is giving results but stilll. Anyway i do this every other day (abs the other days) and even my sister noticed my legs were thicker (she obviously wouldnt say my butt is but i could tell it is 😂😂) Anyway highly recommend!!

this workout really does burn i’ll actually keep y’all updated until i give up😭 i have good results the workouts i use are this one and the toning full body pilates by lily (amazing results) i also do 20 sumo squats at the end of each workout and i fast. i eat at 12:00pm and then eat again at 7 or 8 and have a healthy snack around 4 but for the rest of the hours i js drink water. make sure to drink water or you’ll get cramps during these workouts but day one for this: burns but worth it

You’re a life saver, I’m a small girl and had a small butt, and with your workouts it’s bubbly now, even if it isn’t too big it’s round and desirable. Even my boyfriend noticed it. I do 2 of your workouts a day and have 2 rest days, this is genuinely amazing, continue the good work! (This one and the workout with only squats are my favorite)

@@maryjane2393 Hii!! Thanks for your comment! Usually I do Viviana’s and Jane Kate’s workouts, she also does great workouts without squats or equipment. They both have a huge variety of exercises. Honestly, I usually do Jane’s because it’s easier to do since they’re mostly on the floor; you can do it in your bed or in any part of the house. I also do “only squats” workouts from Viviana to get used on how to squat properly. I also watched a video in tips on how to squat better.
I also recommend drinking a cup of soy milk a day and at least 3 nuts a day since they are omega-3 fatty acid rich and can increase butt size; either way, eating eggs, rice and salmon can also boost your butt.
If you have a pool at home or a community pool, there’s also pool workouts that help you train your legs better and handle better these kind of exercises (since they also workout legs). Finally, don’t forget to have 2 rest days a week, or else your muscles won’t grow!
If you’re on your period, also don’t workout; rest because it will do more harm than good. You can injure yourself. And if you believe on subliminals (I’m kinda skeptical so it doesn’t work on me, but it can work on you) search “fat ass project subliminal” and hear it between 5-10 times a day and you can also see a difference :3

Thanks for the tips! I tried Janekate workouts but I didn’t feel them as well as Ivana’s workouts. They didn’t work for me. Sometimes you gotta go the hard way if you want to see results 😀 also I guess we are all different but there is nothing wrong with working out during you period. I alway do but I don’t usually get any tummy pain so that’s why it doesn’t bother me ☺️

this WORKS!!! I’m not kidding. DO 👏 IT 👏 I’m on day 8 of doing this workout, plus 3 sets of 10 hip thrusts with a barbell also. I’ve also been adding weights to the glute bridges, and THE PROGRESS!!!!! I have the flattest booty, and in just 8 days i’m already seeing and feeling progress!!! My booty is more firm, it’s stronger, and I can already see a little bit of growth. I’m SO excited. Don’t forget to take rest days, those are soooo important. Day 34: My head is freaking killing me. I didn't know if I wanted to continue to push through or not. But I did, at an unfortunate cost.
Day 35: My head feels better and I'm doing this twice. The first time I feel really energetic, but I know that the second time I'm going to be a little bit more slowed down. Edit: This time was also good, but I feel like I want to change up my routine a bit.

Day 37: Did this, and I'm sweating a lot. I had a lot of energy in this one but not enough burn. Trying a second time later on in the routine. Writing this at one o clock. Edit: The second time was alright. I got really distracted by the music I was playing so I didn't really do much. It still burnt tho!

I make pictures every week, so a picture before i started and now a picture... a week later. And i already see a difference. Day 7 was really hard, my body was shaking when i did the workout, but i'm not gonna stop! I'm so curious what it wil look like next week.

today makes this my first week of doing this with one rest day which was friday, i started last sunday and i’ve already started to see a difference. a couple months ago before i started working out my booty i had these boxers that fit perfectly around my legs and now i put them on and around my legs the boxers have stared to faint as in their stretched out. ( they haven’t faded because i’ve only worn them a few times ) this has honestly made a difference and made me feel a lot more confident in my body. Thank you!!
I’m on day 5 of consistently doing this workout everyday . It gets easier !! I also squeeze my abs and pelvic floor muscles while doing this so that I get the most benefits ! I am yet to see results but I will update you 😊

día 3: Por ésta ocasión dolió un poco menos, mis brazos aún duelen y un poco los glúteos cosa que es algo positivo. Obviamente no he visto cambios aún.
día 4: Dolió, pero un poco menos que el día anterior, incluso dejé de dar pausas y seguí sin parar en algunos ejercicios ya que tenía más resistencia.
día 5: en cierta parte lo sentí igual de doloroso que ayer, la diferencia es q logré tener un poco más de resistencia y solo paré de 2 ejercicios después de hacer varios seguidos!!

Day 1 (1/23/23) - It was easy up until we switched over to donkey kickbacks. Oh my gosh it hurt my butt a lot, but that’s good because I felt results! Obviously don’t see anything yet though.
Day 2 (1/25/23) - Phew. So honestly - I almost gave up. Today felt a bit more difficult for me, especially the 3x pulses. But I pushed through - this really energized me ! I didn’t feel any lingering pain from Day 1 either, so that was good!

I have excellent news ivana. When I started working out with you, I started with no equipment. Then I started using 15 lb weights while doing G bridges and squats.
Now I am up to using 50 lbs and an x-heavy resistant band! And my legs and butt are a great shape, because of you and your motivation, love, and excellent videos! Thank you for changing my life my love ☀️🥰🥰🥰❤️ Just recently someone told me “whatever exercises you’re doing, keep doing them because they are working! Your legs are tight not so flabby any more!”

I did this about 4 - 5 days a week fo about 2 weeks and it works! My boyfriend even asked me if I have been working out my butt. I stopped because I got lazy but next month we are going on vacation so I'm gonna get back on this to make sure my butt is perfect!

Doing this workout all summer! Starting today June 2nd and I will update you guys!
Day 1: First half was hard the rest was easier, a little sore.
Day 2: I can really feel the burn and it starting to work now.
Day 3: beginning was harder from being sore, see some difference slightly.
Day 4: was abt to collapse, slight difference
Day 5: can see a difference, can really feel it.
Day 6: was great I ate that up.
Day 7: ONE WEEK IN it’s going great, sore but my butt is rounder and fuller and definitely a bit more plumped up.
Day 8 and 9 (rested?
Day 10: was good felt strong see a lift and rounder form.
doing this everyday for 30 days!
day 1 : burned a lot, took 10 second breaks in between each one
day 2 : burned less, took fewer breaks. can see a little difference
day 3 : still burned, but not as much as the previous days. took only 3 five second breaks. didn’t see much of a difference
day 4 : fg abt it, so sorry.. 😭
day 5 : burned a little more than day 3, maybe that’s just because I skipped day. but, other than that, it felt ok. didn’t really feel any changes.
day 6 : burned more than day 5 and 6, pretty excited to see the results on day 30 tho!
day 7 : my arms hurt, my back hurts, my butt hurts. IT ALL HURTS!
day 8 : did the whole workout pretty easily. can very much see changes!
day 9 : did the workout easily yet again. took no breaks in between.
day 10 : just like day 9 and 8. not really seeing changes tho.
day 11 : just like the past 3 days. not seeing changes.

Day 1✅: very good! I wasn’t sore after but just by doing the workout I can tell it’s gonna work
Day 2✅: I’m alittle sore but that means it’s working!
Day 3❌:I didint do it due to lack of motivation, which I’m very disappointed in myself in.
Day4✅: I did it!! It feels so good to do it back, It definitely good easier and I can see a little difference !
Day5✅: it’s getting way easier! I Can see changes, I’m almost to a week !! but ima keep doing this as long as I can

Hey ml! don't be disappointed with yourself! When I first started my workout journey I could barley get myself to do it for a week. Do not give up! Also remember, you don't have to want to do it, but you can just keep going even if you don't want too! And I know its easier said than done, try doing this workout every two days or three days and slowly decrease your break in between workout days and I promise you will be able to do it!!

Guys this actually works!! I am doing this and a leg/thigh/bug workout too by another channel, so i cant tell exactly which one is giving results but stilll. Anyway i do this every other day (abs the other days) and even my sister noticed my legs were thicker (she obviously wouldnt say my butt is but i could tell it is 😂😂) Anyway highly recommend!!
Going to update this Weekly (writing if I did them or not along with the days it got easier) also doing another workout for abs.
Day 1:✅- Took no breaks but was struggling on a few of them.
Day 2:✅- Was very sore but pushed through.
Day 3:❌- Sick
Day 4:✅- Still was recovering from cold took a few breaks. Though I did notice a difference.

Day 1: stretched first and did a work out before this one. Felt the burn. Didn’t finish it but got till about 9 minutes of it.

the workouts i use are this one and the toning full body pilates by lily
(amazing results)
i also do 20 sumo squats at the end of each workout and i fast.
i eat at 12:00pm and then eat again at 7 or 8 and have a healthy snack around 4 but for the rest of the hours i js drink water. make sure to drink water or you’ll get cramps during these workouts

day 3: SORRY FOR SUCH A LATE RESPONSE! i don’t workout during PMS and my cycle! but i will admit, i have skipped a few days. but! i did it again today and i finished day 3 and it made my legs and glutes sore!! i do workout quite a bit at my work! the most exciting part is that my boyfriend thinks my butt has grown a little bit since doing these exercises!

Day 1 - It kinda hurt to do these as my legs are not that flexible, so currently i got up to 8:50 max , i’ll try and see if tomorrow is any better.
Day 2 - Oh my god im sweating sm😭 i tried to do more and i did!! i got all the way up to 10:16, my arms hurt like hell and yet i havent been able to complete this video yet😢. And i may or may not be crazy but i swear i see results??? Or its probably cuz i have a different type of shorts on today .. I hope I can finish this video soon enough. ( rest day is tomorrow ) !

Day 4 - Guess who finished the video!! Yay, anyways, im definitely sweating a bit more and I feel sore, but its not that bad. I think my butt is looking a bit better today!!! This is so worth it, very much still not that flexible.
Day 5 - Oh my, still sweating a whole ton, i feel the burn and i honestly see a difference already. I took a picture on day 1 and compared to now, i can absolutely see a lot of differences, to anyone who wants to do this, definitely try it!!! its very worth it.
Day 6 - Rest day.
Day 7 ! - im not sweating a whole ton, i think im getting used to the workout , I see no difference currently but it has grown.
Day 8 - This is officially 1 week of doing this, im still not seeing that much of a difference, but its still a week so i’ll trust the process!!
