Did this work out for a month 3 days a week and had noticable differences. My hip dips began to fade and my butt became rounder and fuller. Started with 34 inches when measuring around my butt and ended with 35 inches. Thats a huge change in just one month. The second month only bumped me up to 35.5 inches but I am definitely glad I did this. People definitely noticed a difference and asked what i did to get in shape. So get off your bed and get to it! This actually worked! Once you get 3 weeks in you start to feel like the work outs don't do as much so increase the number of times you do each work out or do them twice in a day.
@@lalrinmawiimawiteii5265 my hip dips are almost gone, saw a huge improvement through these exercises and it makes your thighs a little bigger but not drastically, if you have fat in your thighs you might not notice a difference because the fat will burn while you gain the muscle. I had twig legs so i noticed my thighs get bigger
@@lalrinmawiimawiteii5265 3 times each week for a month so every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, i did the whole work out one time each of those days, for a month. Its important to have a rest day between each workout session so your muscles heal thats how they grow
I’m starting this today! Everyone wish my luck and I’ll put my results Update! Thank you to everyone who has been patient. I’ve had a lot on my plate these past months but I finally got the time and motivation to do this! Yes it did work but not as much as I’d want it to, I definitely would say my glutes are more tight and muscular than before and my bum is lifted.

Ive been doing ds work out for almost 2months... In the 1st day ur body will sore but if u continue it everyday.. U will be satisfied 2 d result.. Most of my friend and cousins figure it out and ask me.. Whats my secret hehehe
Started today. I intend to do it morning and night. Day 1(morning & night)☑️ Day 2(morning & night)☑️ Day 3(morning & night)☑️ Day 4(morning & night)☑️ Day 5(just morning cos my knees were killing me from all that lunges)☑️ Day 6(morning & night)☑️ Day 7(just morning cos of my knees)☑️ At this point, I must say I have noticed a slight change in bum size and lift. Now imagine if I keep going for 3 weeks! Day 8 : taking a break, letting my knees rest.

doing this until june! (yes i’ll actually be updating everyday!!) day 1: done!! felt tiny bit sore no changes day 2: couldn’t do since i wasn’t home sorryyy day 3: I see some changes!! My butt is staring to shape like the one in the thumbnail I’m very excited and still sore day 4: done, slowly getting used to the workout day 5: done and started using the leg resistant bands! (i’m also starting to look a lil curvier!) day 6: didn’t do it since i was at another sleepover day 7: done and feeling gooood day 8: took a break day 9:workout is lowkey getting easier 😌 but im lookin a lil more curvy in the front and back!! day 10: done! ~ gonna start updating when i start getting more results ~ Day 14: feeling way more curvier ~didn’t forget! just been busy and trying hard to keep updating :):~ day 17: done june 24th: guys i have officially finished and honestly i’m looking a lil curvier idk if it’s me or the workout but there’s not a huge difference but it’s there yk!
I wanna share some short story about this exercise which might help somebody here I was skinny and I wanted to gain weight so I decided to search some exercises to do here on TH-cam and I came across this one… then decided to take an attempt and do it I read the comments after day 1 of doing it and I heard people that they seeing results I was eating a lot (not really a lot though but a lot) and I continued to exercise everyday Then I started to see results after 2 weeks Here comes 1 month I started hearing people that “you’ve gained in a good way” this encouraged me to continue exercising Somewhere some how I STOPPED Remember I’m eating a lot not that I was forcing my self to eat, I just have that appetite Fast forward: I continued gaining weight like everyday I even lost some of my clothes I rapidly gained weight in a bad way this time around cause I stopped exercising And HERE I AM AGAIN I’m back here to exercise for LOSING WEIGHT Crazy huh😅 So please just continue to exercise like that even though you not doing this exercise but just DON’T STOP EXERCISING ❤️ And remember exercise depends on how you eat so the way you eating …your body will respond to it whether you wanna gain weight or to lose it.

I'll be doing this 'caus of quarantine. Wish me luck! (36th day: Worked!! I'm happy with my results) 1st day: I think it was refreshing. Hope it works. 2nd day:I am shaking. Day 1:✅ no difference Day 2:✅ no difference Day 3:✅ idk tbh Day 4:✅ I THINK I see a slight change Day 5:✅This is making me less bloated n giving me the hour glass figure Day 6:✅ IM CRYING OF JOY, THIS GAVE ME A HOURGLASS AND MADE MY STOMACH FLATTER! Im also seeing difference in my hips Day 7:✅definitely see a difference on my hips |I will be doing this weekly now, to see more results at a time| Week 2:✅but butt definitely got WAY bigger like I’m taking when I walk it jiggly, but I also do another butt workout every other day. For my hips I don’t really see a difference just yet but it has been only two weeks so. (Btw I do 1 time everyday, at night) Week 3: ✅I could kinda see my hips get a TINY bit bigger, but my butt definitely looking more plump

I've been doing exercises every single day to get bigger hips and butt. 😳😳 and I get really tired but that doesn't stop me from still doing it. I've seen progress and I'm really happy! (I'm trying to get a glow up so I can come back to school beautiful 💅😌)

I already do glute, waist, and pec workouts, but I am looking to focus on building my hips and glutes size. I am excited to try this workout (especially since there are so many positive comments about this workout routine)~ I might return in about a week to confirm that this workout routine actually works. Ive been just watching this in my bed but now tomorrow after lunch I'ma do this I'ma keep y'all updated Day 1: it hurts a little but I'm still motivated to do it can't wait till day 2
✨My process✨ Day 1: My legs are so sore I can barely walk. Day 2: It got easier and my legs weren’t hurting that much. POV: I’m proud of not forgetting to do this Lmao Day 3: I honestly got better at the exercises and my legs aren’t hurting anymore. Day 4: Break time ya’ll ✨ Day 5: may or may not have forgot.... Day 6 : done Day 7: done Day 8 : I started noticing MUCH curvier hips Day 9 : I can see improvement. 9 months later…. im just gonna start this again.. day 10/1 - i feel a bit sore in my thighs but that’s it day 11/2 day 12/3 day 13/4 day 14/5 literally a year laterr wth i literally stopped doing this randomly anyways imma start again tmrw bc i actually have motivation now day 1 - was pretty easy honestly but yeah i have no burn but i am tired and sweaty after this workout! day 2 - idk why but today i felt the burn more and i started getting iffy doing the workout towards the end but i did it... day 3 - i was gonna skip but then i decided to do it, i played some sped up music and today it didn't even burn, and on some of the breaks i did more then the actual workout!! day 4 - i was out the whole day didn't do it day 5 - did the workout 2x for every exercise since i didn't do it yesterday. and when i tell u today was the hardest day.. i swear my knees are shaking and everything. day 6 - didn't do it i was out the whole day day 7 - done, but i can see a small change... DEFINETLY felt the burn today. day 8 - DONEEEE i didn't do the last to excercises bc my sister came into the room we share... and ofc i wasnt gonna do it in front of her. day 9- skipped today but ill do it 2x tommorow day 10- lost motivation since i wasn't seeing changes

OMG! I have been doing this whole excercise for a week and saw some results! BUT this excercise with this other one I found is it! I saw results in a day! My thighs are getting curvier and I am just surprised that I've finally found something to work!
Day 1: my heart was pounding and my thighs throbing. Tip....warm up first and cool down afterwards. Day 2: the pain😭😭especially in my inner thighs. Day 3: I decided to not do the exercises and do the Chloe Ting tight core challenge. So sort of an active rest day. Day 4: I like doing the exercises and it's easier. I do it mornings and evenings now. I still do the tight core challenge. And some of my clothes are loose and my hip dips are disappearing. Day 5: Do this challenge y'all. I suggest you do lean legs workouts too if you don't want bulky legs. Tip*** take for 15-30 minute walks to reduce the pain

Loving all your free exercises!! Thank you Roberta! Started this 3 days ago after doing the 1000cal exercises for a few weeks. Today I did them with resistant bands. Managed to do 3 rounds, was quite hard, sweating so much but felt really good as I pushed myself to carry on going. Hope this gives every motivation to start 💪👍😁

Hii guys I started doing it yesterday (9.12.2020) I'm two days in now. Day 1: it was not that hard but I did become tired because I've haven't done any exercise till yesterday so yeah Day2: I seriously couldn't sit down because my tigh area was hurting so much but I still managed to the whole exercise Day3:it was not that hard but yesterday night I really couldn't walk but today (11.12.20) I guess I did the exercise far better than yesterday, if I can do it y'all can also do it good luck my peeps 👍🏽❤️ Day4: I'm 4 days in now!!!! It was very easy to do the exercise I guess my body is getting used to this, and UPDATE I can feel my muscles getting tight!!! Day5: it was very easy to do and there was no pain!! Take it easy, Biqaa :) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. i’ll document everyday for 2 weeks and say if i see any results March 3rd: just finished my first workout and i am a bit sweaty i really felt the burn in my legs, butt, and even arms! March 4th: I completed my workout ive been sore all day even last night after an hour i couldn’t walk properly. March 5th: didn’t have time to complete the workout but i’ll use today as a break day to let my muscles rest and build up/ heal. still felt very sore March 6th: i still a bit feel sore but i am completing my workout right now. i finished and i feel GREAT! March 7th: i just completed it, it’s so late but IVE SEE RESULTS!!! i’ve been staring at my butt all day in proudness 😂 My butt is lifted! and i noticed it looks a bit bigger. March 8th: didn’t have enough time to complete, busy all day but tomorrow i’m working out twice. March 9th: i feel unmotivated because i didn’t work out today either 😔 please help me guys
Just finished day 3. Before I started, I hadn't exercised in ~5 years, and I was really struggling by the time I got to the last exercise on day one. My legs were shaking, and I woke up the next day really sore. Only on day 3, but the exercises are already getting so much easier. I started with an 87 cm circumference, and I plan to measure and take progress pictures once a week to help me visualize the changes.

I'm starting today. I have a slim body and I'm thin but hopefully I manage to get in shape. Edited: (1 week) i've been doing this for 1 week now and I'm already seeing a bit of the results on my booty 🎉 my sides are getting less flat. (2 weeks) my hips are getting curvier And my butt is starting to get in shape (3 weeks) first day: omg I took a break cuz my thighs were paining when I squat 😭 (Update on 3 weeks): I didn't do work out for 2 days this week. This workout is really effective for glutes. I can see the effect 🔥 I'll continue updating as I can (4 weeks) third day: this work out is really worth it! I can see that my hips are getting curvier and my booty is slowly getting in shape! Although I still have hip dips but it's fading just a bit. (Update): it's now Saturday and I see that it made my hips wider and I noticed that my thighs got a little bit big too! My hip dips are fading a bit. But it looks like my butt is lifted up and rounder. I'll do 1 more week and see the final results because i missed some of the days in the previous week

Hey I have been doing this exercises for two days. My legs are sore. I can't even walk, sit or stand properly. My thigh seems weird. It seems like there's a hard layer on the top of my thigh. I'm really very sacred. Is it normal? Should I continue? Please help me....
@@malakmave oh I'm fine now. Thanks for asking. I did these exercises for 3 months and then I stopped. My butts and thighs looked really pretty. For next 6 months it was still great. Then it turned like the way it used to. I'm thinking about doing these exercises again cause they really helped.

Okay, imma do this: Day 1: It was quite easy: Day 2: I was so sore today, and it was hard to do the exercises due to the shaking. Day 3: Sry forgot to update u guys but the exercises weren't that bad, and I didn't shake at all but I was sore the whole day. Day 4: I feel like my glutes are growing, but don't really see any differences, but hey it's only the fourth day, and the exercises are just becoming easier and easier. Day 5: I didn’t want 2 do it🥺sry guys Day 6&7: it wasn’t hard at all and honestly I don’t see any results and I even did I with residence bands🤷🏻♀️Maybe it will work 4 u guys and maybe I should have kept on going with exercises!! day 1: I did the workout two times in a row because I wasn’t feeling tired after the first time day 2: I'm just gonna do this 2 times in a row every day day 3: done. the bridges and the rise& pile are the hardest exercises for me day 4: done. I don’t see any progress yet

Did this work out for a month 3 days a week and had noticable differences. My hip dips began to fade and my butt became rounder and fuller. Started with 34 inches when measuring around my butt and ended with 35 inches. Thats a huge change in just one month. The second month only bumped me up to 35.5 inches but I am definitely glad I did this. People definitely noticed a difference and asked what i did to get in shape. So get off your bed and get to it! This actually worked! Once you get 3 weeks in you start to feel like the work outs don't do as much so increase the number of times you do each work out or do them twice in a day.

@@lalrinmawiimawiteii5265 my hip dips are almost gone, saw a huge improvement through these exercises and it makes your thighs a little bigger but not drastically, if you have fat in your thighs you might not notice a difference because the fat will burn while you gain the muscle. I had twig legs so i noticed my thighs get bigger

@@lalrinmawiimawiteii5265 3 times each week for a month so every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, i did the whole work out one time each of those days, for a month. Its important to have a rest day between each workout session so your muscles heal thats how they grow

Update! Thank you to everyone who has been patient. I’ve had a lot on my plate these past months but I finally got the time and motivation to do this! Yes it did work but not as much as I’d want it to, I definitely would say my glutes are more tight and muscular than before and my bum is lifted.

I wanna share some short story about this exercise which might help somebody here
I was skinny and I wanted to gain weight so I decided to search some exercises to do here on TH-cam and I came across this one… then decided to take an attempt and do it
I read the comments after day 1 of doing it and I heard people that they seeing results
I was eating a lot (not really a lot though but a lot) and I continued to exercise everyday
Then I started to see results after 2 weeks
Here comes 1 month I started hearing people that “you’ve gained in a good way” this encouraged me to continue exercising
Somewhere some how I STOPPED
Remember I’m eating a lot not that I was forcing my self to eat, I just have that appetite
Fast forward: I continued gaining weight like everyday I even lost some of my clothes
I rapidly gained weight in a bad way this time around cause I stopped exercising
And HERE I AM AGAIN I’m back here to exercise for LOSING WEIGHT

So please just continue to exercise like that even though you not doing this exercise but just DON’T STOP EXERCISING ❤️
And remember exercise depends on how you eat so the way you eating …your body will respond to it whether you wanna gain weight or to lose it.

Easy!! After doing the exercise for 3 days I find it really painful to squat or bend down, but I know it's probably because I don't exercise much.

How to maintain balance diet
I already do glute, waist, and pec workouts, but I am looking to focus on building my hips and glutes size. I am excited to try this workout (especially since there are so many positive comments about this workout routine)~ I might return in about a week to confirm that this workout routine actually works. Wish me luck ~😊 ~ I ended up only doing this for half the week but even with that little amount of time I saw results. So, I think that If I continue to do this I will have a round and curvy bum and hips.

Day 1: my heart was pounding and my thighs throbing. Tip....warm up first and cool down afterwards.
Day 2: the pain😭😭especially in my inner thighs.
Day 3: I decided to not do the exercises and do the Chloe Ting tight core challenge. So sort of an active rest day.
Day 4: I like doing the exercises and it's easier. I do it mornings and evenings now. I still do the tight core challenge. And some of my clothes are loose and my hip dips are disappearing.
Day 5: Do this challenge y'all. I suggest you do lean legs workouts too if you don't want bulky legs.
Tip*** take for 15-30 minute walks to reduce the pain

Started this 3 days ago after doing the 1000cal exercises for a few weeks.
Today I did them with resistant bands.
Managed to do 3 rounds, was quite hard, sweating so much but felt really good as I pushed myself to carry on going.

Take it easy, Biqaa :) It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. This actually works but you have to be consistent. If you stop you will go right back to square one.

i’ll document everyday for 2 weeks and say if i see any results
March 3rd: just finished my first workout and i am a bit sweaty i really felt the burn in my legs, butt, and even arms!
March 4th: I completed my workout ive been sore all day even last night after an hour i couldn’t walk properly.
March 5th: didn’t have time to complete the workout but i’ll use today as a break day to let my muscles rest and build up/ heal. still felt very sore
March 6th: i still a bit feel sore but i am completing my workout right now. i finished and i feel GREAT!
March 7th: i just completed it, it’s so late but IVE SEE RESULTS!!! i’ve been staring at my butt all day in proudness 😂 My butt is lifted! and i noticed it looks a bit bigger.
March 8th: didn’t have enough time to complete, busy all day but tomorrow i’m working out twice.
March 9th: i feel unmotivated because i didn’t work out today either 😔 please help me guys

Just finished day 3. Before I started, I hadn't exercised in ~5 years, and I was really struggling by the time I got to the last exercise on day one. My legs were shaking, and I woke up the next day really sore. Only on day 3, but the exercises are already getting so much easier. I started with an 87 cm circumference, and I plan to measure and take progress pictures once a week to help me visualize the changes.

I'm starting today. I have a slim body and I'm thin but hopefully I manage to get in shape.
Edited: (1 week) i've been doing this for 1 week now and I'm already seeing a bit of the results on my booty 🎉 my sides are getting less flat.
(2 weeks) my hips are getting curvier
And my butt is starting to get in shape
(3 weeks) first day: omg I took a break cuz my thighs were paining when I squat 😭
(Update on 3 weeks): I didn't do work out for 2 days this week. This workout is really effective for glutes. I can see the effect 🔥 I'll continue updating as I can
(4 weeks) third day: this work out is really worth it! I can see that my hips are getting curvier and my booty is slowly getting in shape! Although I still have hip dips but it's fading just a bit.
(Update): it's now Saturday and I see that it made my hips wider and I noticed that my thighs got a little bit big too! My hip dips are fading a bit. But it looks like my butt is lifted up and rounder. I'll do 1 more week and see the final results because i missed some of the days in the previous week

Day 1: It was quite easy:
Day 2: I was so sore today, and it was hard to do the exercises due to the shaking.
Day 3: Sry forgot to update u guys but the exercises weren't that bad, and I didn't shake at all but I was sore the whole day.
Day 4: I feel like my glutes are growing, but don't really see any differences, but hey it's only the fourth day, and the exercises are just becoming easier and easier.
Day 5: I didn’t want 2 do it🥺sry guys
Day 6&7: it wasn’t hard at all and honestly I don’t see any results and I even did I with residence bands🤷🏻♀️Maybe it will work 4 u guys and maybe I should have kept on going with exercises!! And if u want to do it, then go 4 it!! I can totally do it🥰

day 2: I'm just gonna do this 2 times in a row every day
day 3: done. the bridges and the rise& pile are the hardest exercises for me
day 4: done. I don’t see any progress yet
just a tip: if you arent seeing any progress in about a month it may be because you dont take any rest days
