    Ladies, here's a tip which actually worked for me. In case u think the problem of always keeping the exercises unfinished, do the harder yogas first. For example, I find the squat jumps quite hard, so I generally start my exercise with it. Then move on to complete the easier ones. No matter what, Never ever give up! YOU'VE GOT THIS BAEBS!

      @@abbymopal5076 my friend recommended this to me because I was looking for butt workouts and she said she did this every other day for 3 weeks and got noticeable results.
      Your diet can help you achieve these results a bit quicker too by adding more protein. Protein helps not only built but also protect muscles. Having protein before a workout helps you build muscle and having protein after a workout can help your muscles feel better quicker (meaning you’d be in less pain after the workout than you would be without protein) so eating things like brown rice, quinoa, eggs, Greek yogurt, peanut butter (or any nut butter, or straight up nuts in general), etc.
      I hope that answers you’re question and helps you a bit more! I’d also advise measuring yourself so that you can see the improvement even more clearly to help encourage you if your not seeing the difference with your own eyes. It can be hard to spot differences in our own bodies since we see ourselves all the time so having that number to prove it’s working can really help reassure you. Good luck on your fitness journey!

    you guys.. this definitely works.. i’ve been doing it for 6 days, and it’s awesome.. it’s not hard at all. the first day is hard and the second day you’re just sore. but after the 3rd day , it becomes easy and passes by fast. definitely do it :)

    hey yall so I started this workout yesterday and imma keep yall upgraded
    Day 1: got rlly tired and my legs hurts (btw I recommend listening to music while doing it idk it makes the time go by faster)
    Day 2: my legs were already hurting so it was more difficult but I still made it thru (also didn’t help that I got a painful vacine on my arm & fever from it)
    ➡️btw i took breaks between the video on both of those days bc it’s exhausting and I don’t wanna force myself too much
    Day 3: break bc taking regular breaks allows your body to recover and repair (I also had a stressful and exhausting day so this was the perfect day for a break)
    Day 4: failed to do it, im sorry (def gonna keep a alarm to remind myself to workout since i forgot this day)
    Day 5: did it with ease and my mom commented my butt looks fuller (when ur mom says it yk it’s true lol)

    Day one :✅
    Feeling great after this, can’t wait to keep going for the rest of the week. It wasn’t that hard and I could do all of them pretty easily, but when I keep doing it I know I’ll see progress! Ill be back tmr to record again!!
    day two: ✅
    kinda felt like it was harder today only because i was sore from yesterday because i did a bunch of working out and went on a run yesterday but got through the workout! already seeing a major difference from before i started 2 days ago
    day 3: ✅
    not very sore today somehow! workout was pretty easy! already seeing so much progress from the first day! if you haven’t started yet i totally recommend!
    day 4: ✅
    Super sore from yesterday because i did a bunch of workouts and i went on a run and had soccer all on the same day!

    Pretty good workout today and it was easy. also unrelated but i was doing wall sits and i did 7 minutes 29 seconds as a wall sit!

    I have been doing this and her boobs workout for 4 months now without break. I do it alternate days. Takes a total of 20 minutes but my body has changed a lot. It’s insane. My body is super toned and I have gained booty. I feel proud of my journey so far and I love looking at my body now. It’s super toned. Keep going guys. Especially during the time when you see no results. You will eventually. In 2 weeks only I started seeing a difference and now in 4 months, I could see a great change. Have a healthy diet alongside and you’re good to go!! All the best. Will see you after finishing 8 months!!

    I DID THIS 7 DAYS IN A ROW! Let me tell you, every minute of this workout is WORTH IT! I FEEL way more confident, I LOOK better than ever (and i just had a baby 8 months ago... so that is major for me) Everyone on this journey here, keep at it!! I felt like skipping nearly everyday, but just getting my growing booty up and doing this changed so much. BTW, every single time at 5:55 , the beat would drop for the second straight leg kickback and I would kick that leg back soooo hard. It was perfect. Thank you for a better growing booty, my husband will take notice soon. 🌻🍑

      @@pardoned9613 focus on getting ur strength from your butt instead of ur thighs. Thats why u get the pain there mostly. But even if you do it right u should expect them to hurt aswell. Its totally normal.

    Day 1: ✅ - a bit tiring nothing to much, just laid on my bed at the end for a while
    Day 2: ✅ - A bit sore, nothing too much
    Day 3: ✅ Got tired, started feeling a bit dizzy, nothing too big.
    Day 4: ✅ forgot 😭😭😝
    Day 5: ✅ - just finished. feeling fine, starting to see a bit of a difference
    I’ll update more. Like so I can remember!
    Edit: sorry I forgot to update whoops. But I did it for 14 days, and yes I got a big difference, I’m so much more confident now

    I WILL PROMISE TO KEEP MYSELF UPDATED. planning to go for 2 weeks (repeating 2 times a day, if i can)
    DAY 1: just finished and im sweating:'), my heart is pounding so fast, i feel so unfit lol. my bum hurts but maybe thats a good sign that the exercises were working on those areas:), will come back tmrw
    DAY 2: my bum was sore from yesterday lol. i did the workout and again feel very out of breath. i have a good feeling that this is gonna work:)
    DAY 3: i felt that the workout is SLIGHTLY easier now. i don't know if im hallucinating but my butt looks rounder:) this only motivates me more to continue!
    DAY 4: it's aways the last 2 exercises that i struggle with lol, but im performing better with them overtime.
    DAY 5: going goood, i can feel the tension in MY BUM AND it feels ike its getting shape
    DAY 6: idky but i felt rly tired and didn't complete most exercises in time. BUT GUUUYS, I CAN DEFINITELY SEE A DIFFERENCE. it's looking rounder:)) im going to continue going on for 1 or 2 more weeks
    1 WEEK: it's a bit a week since i did this and i can genuinely see a difference. my mum even noticed it lol:') im rlly happy that this is working, gonna carry on 💪

    I started today, I will keep an update to see it it works on me!
    Day 1- ✅ I felt the burning on my legs and sides so thats good
    Day 2-✅ I’m super sore from Day 1 which means its working, I did the workout again today
    Day 3-✅ Even more sore, I’m already seeing a difference on my butt
    Day 4-✅ I’m a little sore now because my body is getting used to it but I’m definitely getting results
    Day 5-✅ I’m no longer sore! My butt looks better than what is was
    Day 6-✅ Not sore, getting results
    Day 7-✅ Still going

    Going to be doing this 5x a week!
    Day 1:✅burned so much, didn’t manage to finish the whole workout but progress will be made
    Day 2:✅my legs burn so much, had to take a lot of breaks in between but managed to finish!
    Day 3:✅legs are still burning so much, took a lot of breaks but managed to finish the whole workout, also seeing little results so motivates me to carry on!
    Day 4✅legs are on fire, finished workout no problem. Really felt the burn today
    Day 5✅hurt so much but kept going!
    Day6- had a rest day!!!!
    Day7✅starting to see results, looks bigger than usual not by much but progress!!!
    Don’t worry guys I’ve been doing it, forgetting to log results 😅
    2 weeks in - looks more fuller and bigger!! Adding a lot of protein to my diet has been helping me to grow it more!!!

    Everyone is updating their progress so im going to join in.
    I use resistance bands starting out with medium but plan to switch to the heavy once I'm comfortable.
    I eat between 3200 calories a day and 3500 calories a day HIGH IN PROTEIN! Feed your muscles or youre not going to see the results you want. I also drink protein shakes.
    Day 1 : miserable lmao legs felt like jelly and I considered quitting 😂 (definitely didn't. Dont give up!)
    Day 2 : today I was super amped after my first rep. I did this routine twice with a 1 minute break in between. I'm definitely feeling the burn from yesterday and today. Im motivated knowing its actually working the muscles I want worked out. If you're not feeling the burn just beginning, fix your posture! This workout routine will have your butt and legs burninggggggg.
    Day 3 : workouts seem easier but I still felt it afterwards. Im able to do more without pausing and taking breaks.
    Day 4 : rest day.
    Day 5 : rest day. I was still very sore from my workout. I did this workout 3 times on day 3.
    Day 6 : didnt feel sore after doing this workout twice. Legs did feel like jelly for a while lol form was perfect so I know it was still effective.
    Day 7 : I have upped the time count for each rep and noticed the burn comes back after doing the entire routine twice LOL idk about yall but im obsessed with the burn feeling.
    Going to keep doing this workout among others by Ivana. I'll be back on day 30! Xo

    Day1: DONE! Last few exercises were a bit hard but I did them at my own pace!
    Day2: Still hard!
    Day 3: a bit easier and completed the last few exercises fully!
    Day 4: Great!
    Day 5: much easier!
    Day 6: used a resistance band so it’s harder
    Day 7: I already see some results lol!!
    Day 8: I feel great pretty easy

    Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following nextlevelddiet fat loss meal plan for 6 weeks now and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body 😊Great video Ivana, keep up the good work!!

      The workout will not do anything at all for your butt size. You need to add more and more resistance over time (like ankle weights) or increase reps.
      Also these are mere isolation exercises so I would do them a) either to active the glutes prior to lifting weights or b) as a burnout after lifting weights. It is good to work out the glute medius, which is often neglected but very important. So this workout isnt completely useless, but it wont give anyone a thicker butt. In order to grow a really big butt you might need to hip thrust maybe double your bodyweight. It's a long process to get there.

    I have been doing this a little over a week and see massive results. If you are debating on wether this workout is effective or not it 100% is. When I first started there were some exercises I was unable to do such as the crab walk and the one where you squat and move your knees inward. Now i can do them both for nearly the entirety of the timer. I have made so much progress in this workout starting with nothing lol.. absolutely do it!! Good luck everyone ❤️❤️

    I’ve been doing this workout for about 3 months, being as consistent as I can. (I had to not do it for like a two weeks since I got sick) and I’ve seen such a big difference, I took pictures on day one and just took another one a couple days ago and the difference is was so noticeable. I’ll update in like a month and tell you if there are still more results

    Day 1: this was WAY harder than I first originally thought.. I’m dying… dehydrated- and not to mention a huge headache!! Just hugged a bunch of water and I’m trying to stand up to keep my legs moving!! I never realized how hard this was going to be- and how much I really needed to work out. Usually I drop a workout routine the third day of. But for this one- I’m determined! Right now I’m already regretting and thinking about quitting- but I gotta do this! I’m here to journal my journey and hopefully after this sappy talk I don’t give up. Wish me luck ladies!
    Day: 2 it as a little bit easier but just a smudge today! The squat hold abduction and crab walk is definitely the hardest ones for me but I ended up getting all out for this work out! I’m proud of myself cause I was already thinking “I have work today and I have to walk there- I don’t have to work out” but that was wrong! You can’t let the grind stop. I’m proud of what I did today! Let’s keep it going ladies:)
    Day: 3 I was really wanting to skip out on this one and take a nap with my classic excuse “oh I’ll just do it after my nap” but NO! I did it because I knew I had to do it in that moment. This day seemed a bit easier but I couldn’t tell if I was slacking or not- but in all I’m glad I went through with the routine. Of course, the last three worked me out to my limit. This time it was the jumping squats that really had me burning!! Now I’m stretching cause I haven’t done that the last few days and it feels great. If I can do it you guys can too! Hoping to keep up the great work! You got this ladies:)!

    Edit: I’ve been doing them for 6 months now. Sometimes every day sometimes every other day but I don’t see a huge difference because I’ve also been losing weight. My butt doesn’t look bigger necessarily but it’s a lot rounder and lifted than it was before. So overall it’s worth it. I’ve also been going to the gym the past 3 months and I do the seated leg press which I think added to results
    I’ve been doing these for a week and I see so much progress so far! I used to have flat upper butt but now there’s muscle there so it gives my butt a more round appearance! I think the biggest results have been in my thighs tho because they used to be super jiggly now they feel a lot more firm! I plan on doing these workouts for a month and then go to the gym for bigger results 😁

      @@ceryssx. I’ve still been doing them every day and my upper butt has got bigger and it’s really lifted my butt. It’s not huge difference tho I think to see bigger differences you’d need to be lifting weights and also trying to gain weight! But this def works

    Been doing this workout for 30 days already! I already have a big booty this routine has helped me tone my booty muscles. Rest is very important as well so I actually work out every other day. I drink a protein shake and use resistance bands and a 20 pound barbell weight included in this as well. I really love ivana she is positive and keeps me pushing myself and without her confidence and motivation I wouldn't have gotten this far! It's worth the dedication and consistency 💋❤️

    So for anyone who’s curious if this works. I’ve been doing it for about two weeks now and I feel like there is some difference which is making me more confident. It would probably work better if you eat as much as you need to unlike me...
    Overall I think this workout is good cause it did help with confidence since I see little changes which would probably be more noticeable if I wasn’t so used to seeing my body everyday

    these comments are motivating meeee everyone is saying they have seen results im gonna actually try this
    day 1: it was tiring and i definitely felt the burn lol my legs feel wobbly
    day 2: very sore from yesterday but today felt a lot easier than yesterday
    day 3: taking a break today i think i’m going to do this workout every other day. i’ll probably do it 3-4 times a week. also my legs are still sore but not as bad

    This was BRILLIANT. I Tried to do this workout some months ago and i just couldn't and gave up (I have tilted hips because of scoliosis so i have stability issue). But i tried this today and could easily finish the whole thing! So proud of myself for working hard on my body and so grateful to you!!
