The body is more than capable of doing it, it’s just your mind that needs motivation. Also don’t forget a little protein bar or shake after for quick results!

      They’re right, you shouldn’t do it more than 3 times a week because you muscles need a resting time to heal. By doing it more than the recommended amount you could be causing damage and killing your gains.

    TIPS FOR ANYONE STARTING THIS WORKOUT !!!!
    •do not do this everyday ! For maximum growth your body needs to rest. 3-4x a week maximum, even twice a week will suffice.
    • prioritize getting your protein in. you don’t need an insane amount but make sure that’s your highest macro
    • carbs !!!! carbs are very important for growth but make sure you’re getting good carbs like sweet potatoes and rice.

    I have done this workout for more than 2 weeks AND MY HIP DIPS ARE SO MUCH FULLER like if yk what i mean, they are practically gone but i still continue to do this workout everyday 3 times. I recommend! I used a resistance band and ankle weights:)

    so i’ve been doing this for 1-1.5 months and i’ve seen a big difference on my side, its ‘filled’ a good chunk of my hip dips and i grew about 2in. i also combined this with other glute workout videos too:)

    Y'all I was literally shaped like spongebob lol but now my body is taking shape the more I take control 🙌🏾 I had to take medicine for my depression during quarantine and I gained some weight,I wasn't too happy with it but working out has really given me a sense of control and helped me mentally. Im saying this because when I watched this video and tried to do it for the first time i only got through the first maybe 4 minutes but after that, I ate a bag of chips and said to myself "at least I tried". We ALL start somewhere and that's okay, i worked myself up to doing it 4 times within my workout but it took time because i was new; keep yourself motivated and don't be discouraged, its perfectly fine to go at your own pace, we see the most results and the best results when we are truly kind to ourselves💖

    I’ve been doing this workout for few months now and I just saw my sister for the first time in a couple months and she said my butt had gotten huge 😂 I didn’t even realize! It’s hard to tell when you’re looking at yourself everyday. Been doing this along with taking golden standard protein. Hang in there y’all! The results are real!

    Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I'm following dietarize fat loss meal plan for three weeks now, and my boyfriend has already started complimenting my body😊Great video Annabelle, keep up the good work!!

    If any one is wondering if this workout brings results let me tell you it does miracles I’ve done this workout for a little over a month alternating from one day yes one day no and within the first weeks I saw changes and my hips are way more fuller now it also grew my glutes a little but I love this workout I started of doing it 1 once and progressively doing it more now I do it about 5-7 times a day adding ankle weights and a heavy booty band along with 15 pound dumbbells for the hip thrusts I would totally recommend doing this workout

      Yess I think progressively going up in reps is much smarter because you’ll be encouraged as a beginner but the extra rep helps shock your body your not used to it so it’ll still show results

    Okay guys so I did this for a month every day (more or less, I skipped a few days when I was on my period, plus I ONLY did this ONCE a day and not three times), and I can see a difference already! Even my mom noticed that my old jeans look way more flattering now :) I used the heaviest band in the range by the way, so I always feel like one repeat is more than enough for me haha

      @@sunshinex9399 Once a day definitely worked for me and yeah, it got bigger and also rounder! Honestly doing it three times as she says would probably do wonders but I'm too lazy haha. Oh and I also started eating more protein foods + drinking a protein drink every day too cause I've read that it helps to build the muscle. I'm not a specialist, but I see a difference from this so good luck!

    I ordered a waist trainer and do this exercise every other day cut soda bread and sweets off drink boost protein shakes wear waist trainer 6 hours a day clean diet im trying to get slim thick ill keep yall updated so far 1 week and i feel so much better im fighting depression and this helps so much 😈 ill keep yall updated in a week

      please dont workout while fasting you will get dehydrated and its a huge risk, i made the mistake of working out while fasting for ramadan and felt dizzy and fatigued afterwards, you can workout at night after iftar (2-3h after, to let your body digest the food) cause there's no risk of dehydration

    So im 14 years old and im doing this workout already 4 days and I have seen a little bit of a change( I do the workout one time and then i do one more but not this one i just searched for another glute workout).     So far I have been doing this workout for a week and a half now. I do this workout every other day and go two rounds and use a medium/heavy resistance band. I have already started to see results! After a week I noticed my hips starting to grow. it is only by a couple of inches but seeing these results in only a week keeps me motivated! Just start the workout you won't regret it!

      @@Layan-ud8wk if you have light bands start with that and if that’s too easy then move to the medium/heavy ones. I do recommend two rounds every other day because I feel like that’s enough. I am an athlete so I could handle jumping to the heavy resistance band but just listen to your body :)

    I've been doing this exercise with a resistance band (heavy) and ankle weights for a month and a half(5x a week). It definitely lessens the look of hip dips! I do other workouts as well, but Annabelle's is the best imo❤

    This is from over 3-4 weeks ago. I will be doing this again because it really does truly work, loved results!
    Day 1: used my medium resistance band, only managed to do the video twice and I was dead
    Day 2: sore from yesterday, was going to have a rest day and do it tomorrow but thought I’ll have my rest day tomorrow instead. Only did the video once as I don’t want to overwork my already sore muscles.
    Day 3: rest day, wasn’t too sore
    Day 4: was too hot for me to work out today, thought I was gonna pass out and had 0 energy
    Day 5: feeling better today + not as hot so following the video wasn’t too hard, today was easier to do it and had the proper technique for it this time round so it was burning much more (but still easier to do). Following the video 3 times today.
    Day 6: had a very busy day with my mother
    Day 7: lowkey forgot
    Day 8: had guests round so couldn’t do anything
    Day 9: very early in the morning so I peacefully got on with my workouts, did it 3x today. Had more strength for the video and did the workouts more slow and controlled. Already made so much progress as well, hip dips are nearly gone!
    Day 10: BIRTHDAYYYY! Didn’t do anything cause I was celebrating
    Day 11: flight back to my home town, once again didn’t do anything.
    Day 12: pretty busy day today, filled with shopping with my grandma for food
    Day 13: procrastinated :(
    Day 14: we’re back on it! Honestly I only did it twice today because I was so exhausted after the first round anyway.

    its been week since i started this video and wow! I'm seeing a huge difference already. I do this workout twice and at the same time I do other exercises such sumo squats and I use ankle weights instead of bands.

    Have been trying so many other workouts from other TH-cam's since I have extra time in quarantine. And let me tell you something. Nothing gets me sore and exhausted like your workouts.     It was easier for me this way but I got hella tired in the end!

    Oke so its been 3 months now i've been doing this workout once to twice a week and it WORKSSS. I AM LOVINGG MY RESULTS😍. I am unable to do it 3× due to operated knee, but even doing it 1 to 2× twice a week as i have been doing gives amazing results. I use a medium band and i always have a protein shake after. Ilovethisss

    Today I did this for the first time. I only did it once, but I have really heavy resistance band, so after the workout, I really feel the pain in my hips. And I really feel it where it is meant to feel. Tomorrow, Ill od it again and hopefully keep you guys updated.

    This workout works.. I did it for a few years before I got comfortable enough to lift and it made all the difference in my form and a lot more. Helped me learn how to target and focus on certain muscles. Currently starting from the bottom again and will be using this again. Trying to bulk big time this journey.
