For all of you girls trying this: it looks rounder but you gotta keep in mind that the muscle stores water if the muscles are used frequently. If you'd stop doing the butt workout, the water storage would be gone within a few days. But that's normal. If you keep training for months/years the real muscle will grow, not only the water storage.

The workouts she did mostly focuses on the glutes(butt) which will make the butt grow bigger after time (muscles take about 6 weeks to grow), u could do a “glute activation” workout before doing this one. U could just pretty much search up which ever video and TH-cam and do it. That will make it easier to feel if ur working ur glutes or quads during ur “real” workouts and help u know that u r focusing on the glutes
@@VICTORIAGENISE also if u want an “illusion” of a bigger butt loosing fat on legs and waist will make it look bigger. U can’t decide to just loose fat there so in the beginning it may feel like ur butt is becoming smaller as well since the but has a lot of fat but after working up the muscles the butt will look even better even tho there is leas fat. But if u don’t wanna lose weight u can just start working up ur glute muscles and try to eat more protein since that’s good for growing muscles. Like tuna, oatmeal, chicken and so on. Hope this helps u a lil bit:)
Updates so far Day 1: it burns! Day 2: Still burns when doing the exercises. Day 3: hips burn, getting a little easier to last the whole 30 seconds on some exercises.😂 Day 4: getting easier, still breaking some sweat so that’s good. Day 5: definitely burns still, now I can do the exercises without having to look at the timer.The first few days I kept looking at the timer because I was super sore! Day 6: pheww still sweating. One more day to go! Day 7: i did it! I’m so happy, I usually give up halfway but not this time.I’ll come back tomorrow once I take pics/measure if I can to share my results Results: after carefully studying my before and after pictures I can see a slight improvement!! I had a slight dip on the left side of my bum and it’s smooth now, my bum has a shape now! Its rounder and firmer and it’s ONLY been 1 week! I’m so happy to actually see some good results from this, I will continue to do this workout for a whole month. UPDATE: I’ve done this workout for 1 month already (every other day) and not only do I see results my sisters/bf notice it!😂 Definitely rounder 6.24.22 I stopped doing the workout for months now:(. I want to start on Monday! Hoping I have the motivation to do it :)

Girl 😭 Can I just bring you all back to reality for a second... it’s IMPOSSIBLE to grow muscle mass in 1 week, it takes 1 month minimum to grow muscle- it’s a really slow process. I’m not saying she’s lying, she seems super lovely and maybe new to the fitness scene, but in reality the reason she has before and after is likely because she did a booty workout that day and has a muscle pump vs no workout in the before. I just don’t want you guys to feel like it’s an easy process building a booty because it’s not! If you want to build your booty ensure you’re eating enough protein, it’s 0.8-1gram of protein per 1 pound of body weight required for muscle growth, furthermore, you need to ensure you’re constantly challenging your body. If you do this workout for 2 weeks, the next week up the reps or slow down the moment or add weights!
FYI, If you don’t usually work a body part, when you first start working it out your body experience a temporary pump that makes it looks like it grew a lot. Eventually the pump lasts for a smaller amount of time and the real results show. Basically, the only way to grow your glutes are by being consistent and doing different workouts. Genetics plays a huge role guys. Don’t be worried if you don’t see “ quick “ results just trust the process. When influencers do things like this with good genetics it really could hurt others peoples self esteem. But these are good work outs. Also, lifting heavy speeds up the process! And proper dieting like eating lots of protein.
Oh goodness, I've been hitting the gym 3X a week for 3.5 hrs (and doing a full body workout, cardio + several exercises that target the butt, such as lunges, weighted squats, etc.) PLUS cardio 4X a week, for 1hr. I've shed as of today 71lbs,( all while eating 120-150g of protein daily) and am FINALLY starting to see real results with my butt starting to look pretty decent. But it took me SIX MONTHS to get there. So even if you don't see the results after the first, second, third, even fourth month, DONT GIVE UP! Your hard work will be evident in due time!
This workout definitely worked for me. Once it became easy/ zero breaks i would increase the length of each exercise. Then i started adding bands and ankle weights. This got me from flat/almost concave to a normal perky butt with a nice shape in about 1.5-2 months (2-3 times a week, making sure it was increasingly challenging for myself). Also consumed more protein. Additionally, some banded exercises I learned from Pamela Reif sprinkled in or added on top. 5 months later I eased into gym workouts and lifting heavy and im at a nice full butt now. Working on a dump truck hehe. Also her 8 min ab workout is good too.
for anyone who may be wondering, i’ve been doing this workout three times a week since the end of october/beginning of november and i’ve definitely noticed a change! my butt is so much more lifted and has rounded out really nicely, bearing in mind i was super flat before so it’s gonna take a little longer to see any notable growth but i would definitely suggest this workout!! it’s the first one i’ve tried that actually seems to be working for me :) good job girly, you look great 💞💞
@@mirelancholic i just do it once through and then i usually add one or two random butt workouts onto it just to stretch the whole session out to about 30 minutes! (excluding stretching which i do for about 5 minutes beforehand when i remember to lmao) but if you’re looking for some other quick workouts to lengthen your session i really recommend bailey brown! she has quick lil five minute burns but they’re great
Can confirm these are the best moves for booty shaping and building. Things like squats only work my legs personally. I add 20-40lb ankle weights on as well when I do these - good to add in once you hit a plateau!

One thing to keep in mind is genetics, pumps from workouts (especially since she didn’t take a rest day), and newbie gains. Your body (booty) will get used to these workouts so eventually you may feel like your glutes stop growing but you just need to add weights. In order to get a bigger peach, weight lifting is ESSENTIAL as well as a caloric surplus 😌
True. But not always. Muscle grows under tension and strain, not necessarily weights. Any form of overload would do even if it's just upping ur reps. And do more research on the surplus theory, its not what you think. Speaking out of experience.
Absolutely. This has been my experience after months of working out. One week you're feeling the burn, two weeks after it feels like you aren't getting it right cos you don't feel the burn anymore. You either modify your workout to become intense for you or find another more intense workout

I've been doing similar workouts for about 1.5wks & my sister commented on my butt this weekend. Its definitely possible to have more roundness in a short period of time. 👍

GUYSS IVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A MONTH (almost) but I missed atleast 5 days because I was really busy but my butt looks sm more lifted and rounder, I gained 2.5 inches which is a lot for someone only who has only been doing it for a month!! MAKE SURE U EAT GOOD FOOD cut off all junk food!! (tiny bites of chocolates are fine) Idk why but I craved a lot of chocolates in this month but I could control my self but You guys got this!!!

Guys you def need to start going to the gym you need to lift weights heavy ones so that you can grow the muscle, that's the best and efficient option. im going to do this and update you guys !!! Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ so i did these exercises for 3 days and i noticed a pretty big change and i was really surprised that it worked !!! I also did lilly sabri exercises which also helped me a lot and I went on a diet where I ate only salads and fruit and I drank only water. I recommend this exercise, you will see changes!

Athina!! this is awesome - for better results in the long run i'd defo recommend working out booty 3x a week max (every other day) to give a chance for the glutes to recover! working the same muscles everyday will be overtraining :)

Yes girl! There is definitely an improvement, it was already very nice when you started the challenge, but after 1 week it does look more firm and raised... In other words thank you for sharing, I've adjusted my work out routine and am excited for improved body.

Aunty Lala fist I struggled a lot with the warm up of the glutes, it was too hard because they were too lazy to activate and i didn’t feel them working ( as you know or you may not know, the key to grow the booty is the good warm up, like what sis did in the video is basically a part of the warm up you should do before starting the actual exercises) after a couple of months I found a video of a fitness youtuber that has the same problem as me, so o followed her warm up routine and it worked like magic. Now that we’re ready to go, here’s my routine in order: I start with 4 series 15 reps of sumo death lift it activates my glutes even more, then 4 series 12 reps of glute bridge, 4 series 13 reps hip thrust, and last one 3 series 13 reps of kick backs in the cable machine.
Her before and after results are definitely inspiring! I’m gonna do this for 2 weeks starting today and will try to update every single day. 💪🏼 PS. I’m a Pilates Instructor but def lacking in the butt area lol

i did her workouts 20 days b4 school started and there was a HUGE DIFFERENCE. highly recommend watching that video and doing the exercises everyday

for anyone who may be wondering, i’ve been doing this workout three times a week since the end of october/beginning of november and i’ve definitely noticed a change! my butt is so much more lifted and has rounded out really nicely, bearing in mind i was super flat before so it’s gonna take a little longer to see any notable growth but i would definitely suggest this workout!! it’s the first one i’ve tried that actually seems to be working for me :) good job girly, you look great 💞💞

@@mirelancholic i just do it once through and then i usually add one or two random butt workouts onto it just to stretch the whole session out to about 30 minutes! (excluding stretching which i do for about 5 minutes beforehand when i remember to lmao) but if you’re looking for some other quick workouts to lengthen your session i really recommend bailey brown! she has quick lil five minute burns but they’re great

Can confirm these are the best moves for booty shaping and building. Things like squats only work my legs personally. I add 20-40lb ankle weights on as well when I do these - good to add in once you hit a plateau!

Yes, there's a difference.
One thing to keep in mind is genetics, pumps from workouts (especially since she didn’t take a rest day), and newbie gains. Your body (booty) will get used to these workouts so eventually you may feel like your glutes stop growing but you just need to add weights. In order to get a bigger peach, weight lifting is ESSENTIAL as well as a caloric surplus 😌
True. But not always. Muscle grows under tension and strain, not necessarily weights. Any form of overload would do even if it's just upping ur reps. And do more research on the surplus theory, its not what you think. Speaking out of experience.
Absolutely. This has been my experience after months of working out. One week you're feeling the burn, two weeks after it feels like you aren't getting it right cos you don't feel the burn anymore. You either modify your workout to become intense for you or find another more intense workout
So so true, i was doing workouts regularly and the growth just stopped at some point and now I've added weights and I'm seeing it grow again.

Last month I saw I was legit dying, so I just kicked myself in the ass and now force myself to eat over 2300 a day with lots of protein and good carbs and fats. I feel great! GUYSS IVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A MONTH (almost) but I missed atleast 5 days because I was really busy but my butt looks sm more lifted and rounder, I gained 2.5 inches which is a lot for someone only who has only been doing it for a month!! MAKE SURE U EAT GOOD FOOD cut off all junk food!! (tiny bites of chocolates are fine) Idk why but I craved a lot of chocolates in this month but I could control my self but You guys got this!!!

Guys you def need to start going to the gym you need to lift weights heavy ones so that you can grow the muscle, that's the best and efficient option. I have been flat and now I have a BIG ASS and trust me It's a fun journey I swear and It was easier than what I taught, I've seen results whithin 6 months of training (3 days a week), now It has been a year and I keep seing better resaults everytime.

My butt did get bigger but not because of doing this workout for 2 days but because I gained some weight back 🤦♀️ I can't seem to win here, I lose weight and lose my butt so I get insecure about my butt. Then I gain some weight back and my butt starts growing again but I'm unhappy seeing the numbers on the scale go up 😕

so i did these exercises for 3 days and i noticed a pretty big change and i was really surprised that it worked !!! I also did lilly sabri exercises which also helped me a lot and I went on a diet where I ate only salads and fruit and I drank only water. I recommend this exercise, you will see changes!

Athina!! this is awesome - for better results in the long run i'd defo recommend working out booty 3x a week max (every other day) to give a chance for the glutes to recover! working the same muscles everyday will be overtraining :)

Aunty Lala fist I struggled a lot with the warm up of the glutes, it was too hard because they were too lazy to activate and i didn’t feel them working ( as you know or you may not know, the key to grow the booty is the good warm up, like what sis did in the video is basically a part of the warm up you should do before starting the actual exercises) after a couple of months I found a video of a fitness youtuber that has the same problem as me, so o followed her warm up routine and it worked like magic. Now that we’re ready to go, here’s my routine in order: I start with 4 series 15 reps of sumo death lift it activates my glutes even more, then 4 series 12 reps of glute bridge, 4 series 13 reps hip thrust, and last one 3 series 13 reps of kick backs in the cable machine.
