  • Our first booty workout for beginners... WITH breaks! ♥︎ This workout targets directly the glute muscles, so your thighs won't grow! Each exercise is 30 sec of training + 10 sec of rest - aaand we have previews on the next exercises during the rests. / Low impact, knee friendly, no jumps, no squats - & NO EXCUSES for a toned round booooty! ♥︎
    If you are not a beginner anymore, you can just skip the breaks or use ankle weights to make this workout more challenging - works fine. :)

    I have 4 months training with you Eylem, and all of you beautiful girls 💕 this was my first video, then i added 2 more , now I do 5 videos 3 to 4 days a week, and im so happy, because I gain weight since holidays 2021 🎄🙄 and started with a 94 cm of waist, and today I have 84cm.       Do you do 1-3 vids for a whole week or month and then switch ir switch frequently like in 3 days or everyday and then the other go back to an old video? Also did you change your diet?

    Great workout thanks! I love that it’s on the floor and I don’t need to stand up😂 it’s also nice to have a 10 second rest between exercises and a preview of a next exercise to prepare myself. The music and background are also nice! Thanks again

    Hey! If you are finding any workouts that really WORK, I recommend this clip!!! After I tried to do many workouts on TH-cam for my butts. Apparently, this workout really works!
    Since I’ve started doing butts workout with this clip for 4 days, and my butts feel a little bit of pain but it’s kinda pain in good way of workout that i used to feel it when i do my exercises. Keep doing it girlsssss!

    Bu beginner serisi bana cok iyi geldi gercekten. Diger workoutlarda zorlaniyordum, uzun sure yapamiyorum surekli dinlenmem gerekiyor diye moralim bozuluyordu. Ama bu seri ozguvenimi o kadar yukseltti ki... Bastan sonra eksiksiz yapabiliyorum. İyi ki varsin Eylem ❤️ emegine saglik 🙏🏻

    17 yaşındayım ve sınav stresi, psikolojik bunalım ve hastalıklar derken spora bir ay kadar ara vermiştim. her gün vicdanım sızlıyordu yapmadığım için fakat bugün bir şekilde aniden silkelendim, bir anda spor yapma isteği geldi ve o an hiç düşünmeden yapıverdim. aralarında sizin başlangıç seviyesi için karın antrenmanı da vardı ve gerçekten ilaç gibi geldi, bu videoyu da mutlaka deneyeceğim eylem abla, emeklerin için teşekkürler! :)
