    I won’t hesitate to say that it is one of the best ab workout I have ever done! It was demanding but I enjoyed and felt the burn 🔥 The combination of the exercises and the music is just great! Thank you for sharing those workouts with us 🤍

    I love these short workouts!! They are effective, and target every muscle group in such a short time. I am a college cross country runner studying elementary education, so I do not have a lot of time to train my abs with a jam packed schedule, but these workouts have helped my endurance levels and strength training so much!! Keep up the hard work!

      Hi Anna! I am a man, I saw this because my grandma does this lesson regularly! I tried this lesson with my grandma but it was just impossible for me 😟 My grandma did the full lesson. She has those solid steel like bricks in her front stomach and sides of the stomach. I feel very unconfident and don't know what to do 😔

    Every time I see the thumbnails for her videos pop up I pause and say “christ, are her abs real??👀” Then, comes the flex as the video begins and I’m like “gulp, ummm that answers that” then I do the workout and understand why! 🙂

    I started working out 7 months ago and today is the first day I was able to follow along 100% of the way and get through an intense ab workout without taking extra long pauses between exercises.. thank YOU so much for this routine. My abs were on fire after the 2nd exercise but they literally felt like steel toward the end 😎❤

      Eat foods that are higher in protein like, chicken turkey tuna beef because they are higher in protein and healthy foods will keep you fuller longer. Also get you some whey protein
