@@shahidkarim9910 this is correct. Tas Bless pointed out the obvious. This is the entire point of warming up same as stretching afterwards helps with tightness.
I’ve just found this warm up and enjoyed a change from the one I usually do (the one with the Iggy Azalea & Cold Play background music). More warm up vids please Joe as most of the workouts don’t have one! Thanks Joe, appreciate all you do x
