    I am 76 and have been doing these two senior exercises every weekday since the first lockdown, March 2020.
    Have lost one and a half stone and feel so much better.

    I suffered a stroke 2 years ago and went from being a very active 50 year old to struggling to walk. I had to give up work and hiking and have suffered from depression ever since.
    This is the first time I've been able to do something that I could manage that made me feel good about myself! I feel great after your video and am determined to do it everyday! Thank you so much.

    I'm 31 and have connective tissue disease and arthritis. This is the best exercise for someone like me!! I've been doing these workouts for a few months now and they've made a huge difference to my mobility and fitness so thank you so much Joe!! Would love some more videos for variety if possible :)

    Thanks Joe. I am 77 and love walking along the seafront and up onto and along the cliffs. Unfortunately I have to give it up for the foreseeable because of the Coronavirus restrictions and really appreciate these workouts. I do both of the seniors ones. Thanks again, you’re an inspiration.

    Your video is just what I was looking for to get back into a fitness regime. When I was younger I exercised all the time & with work & family constraints got away from it & the healthier lifestyle I used to lead. I can't thank you enough for sharing this video. Your examples prior to actually doing the exercise as well as the timer clock is what all fitness video's should have! This video should win an award! Thank you again for sharing this video with us!

    I started doing the workouts with Joe at the beginning of lockdown. I was in my early seventies then, I'm seventy six now and still do daily workouts with Joe. It has definitely been beneficial to me. Thanks Joe.

    A huge THANK YOU Joe for putting these exercises together. Partner and I do at least 20 mins each day and together with walking and gardening, make us feel so much better. Hate gyms. My balance and flexibility have definitely improved and will be carrying on with your TH-cam videos.

    Just completed this Joe. Thanks so much for doing some work out for those of us that have limitations (back and neck trouble). I am 52, but this definitely increased my heart rate. From now on I will be embracing these workouts each morning. Thanks again.

    Just took part and fantastic _ I am 64 and recovering from an illness that has reduced my exercise , I do my stretches head to toe first plus a few back exercises and I aim to do your programme twice a day Thank you so much , you are lovely to think of this age group , many of us in isolation , so very important to keep up with this programme.

    This is my third time doing this and compared to other trainers videos, this one actually works my muscles. I'm 66 but did work out in the gym doing leg presses of 135 lb and the whole circuit of free weights and benches. I'm going crazy, with this lock down. I'll watch more of yours. I feel the burn! Thank you!

    I'm 54, which makes me a senior apparently! Just done this routine for the first time and feel great, if slightly breathless! I can see me doing this every day. Not time consuming, and no weights! Thank you for this routine, maybe I'll move onto something more strenuous in a couple of weeks.

    Great little work outs! I'm 75 ....and on a diet to lose weight. But I am lazy so these 10 min slots are brilliant. I don' allow myself a meal unless I do a 10 min slot. So that's 30 mins exercise per day. THANK YOU Joe.

    My husband and I,age70,& 75 have been doing this for the last 2 weeks and
    Have enjoyed every minute. My husband has COPD so is quite breathless
    Much of the time but has found this workout really good . He takes it at his on pace
    And enjoys it . Thank you Jo.

    I'm 65 & do walking but no other exercise as I hate the gym! I have a fairly static job normally so I will try to work this into my morning routine WHEN I return to work after lockdown. It's great that it's only 10 minutes, perfect for me. Thank you Jo for motivating & boosting my mood and getting me fit!

    I am so thankful my daughter sent me this video. I am 80, healthy, but need some whole body exercise besides daily walk outdoors, and this is ideal for me. It is not feasible for me going to the fitness center. Thank you Joe, you are doing a good service to all of us who have found you. Suzanne

    Hi Joe I am an overweight, unfit 55 year old with arthritic knees and couldn’t keep up with you daily routine. So thought I would give these exercises ago until such time I feel fit enough to do more strenuous workouts.

    I do your daily work outs that you put live for the kiddies at 9am with my grandson. We are having a lot of fun doing this - although i do battle with a lot of the exercises, I'm glad you have put out a more gentle workout for us 'oldies' ... and it's great that you show the exercise from different viewpoints.     Alerted to this by our grand-daughters who do the kids version every day. We've been doing the senior version every day, alternating between the two sessions.     Thank you. 12 weeks of isolation for me a transplant recipient. Normally I would be at work in NHS. I have to keep fit at hope and this is perfect.

    To think about just ten minutes does not seem like much, hence easy to get motivated to do. It goes by so quickly too. I've shared it with others who were also inspired saying they can manage to do ten minutes in their busy schedules. Thank you Joe. "Brilliant!"

    For me I still can not put my mind around the fact that I am a senior at 59 years old. Love walking but today heavy rain and looked up Body Coach and happy with that short and easy 10 minutes work out just perfect for a beginner. I felt it. Yeah!

    Thank you so much for your videos! I’m 67 years old, and I find your 10 minute workouts perfect for me. I do one or two daily in addition to a few physical therapy exercises for my hips. These workouts are perfectly confrontable and provide just the activity level I need. Your encourage,ent throughout keeps me motivated, as does the accomplishment of having done the routine all the way through. I can’t say this about many others I’ve seen on TH-cam.

    I've tried quite a few senior excercise workouts now but I find yours is the best for me. I can put as much or as little as I want and I sometimes do 2 workouts a day. Thank you x

    Haven’t exercised for years and now I’m doing this I’m loving it
    Confined indoors for 12 weeks so this is my go to everyday

    Listened to your interview with Charlie Mackesy today and was moved by your honesty and genuine surprise at the feedback you have both received from your work. I've been meaning to write and thank you for this particular video, which became part of my daily routine in January before breakfast and then sitting at my desk to do my job with the NHS. There were times when I didn't really want to get out of bed and this short routine was a real motivation to start the day. Thanks Joe. Glad the good weather has now arrived when I can workout in the garden to the sound of the blackbirds.

    We set my grandparents up with one of our old iPads and have shown them how to get to these workouts to keep with active whilst they are stuck inside. You’re an angel Joe!
    P.S. My grandma immediately recognised you and said: “Ooh I’ve seen him on the telly!” When she saw you. Made me chuckle.

    I’ve been doing the kids workout each day, later than the live stream. At 75, I’ve decided to join this class as it suits my fitness level better. Thank you, it’s great and I’ll try to do this morning and early evening each day, it’s perfect xx

    These exercises are just what I’ve needed since I cannot get out for walks these days during a heatwave in Canada

    Well done Joe I'm a fairly fit 75yr old from cycling, but this is working bits the cycling doesn't! It breaks the monotony of self isolation and it doesn;t stop me going out for a ride too!

    Just to say , how wonderful this is , I have been doing these 10 min exercises everyday for a week now and then i walk with the dog and it makes me feel damn good. found it difficult to start with but now getting easier thank you very much stay safe

    Thanks Joe, great little varation in exercise. I am younger at 59 but have health conditons that stop me doing heavy exercise but this is so easy to follow and yes out of breath at the end but feeliing good.

      Hi Kenny, I am 59 too and a qualified personal trainer. I have some other routines on my channel that may be suitable for you. My 68 year old finds them challenging enough for her. Keep going.

    Thank you for the great workouts for seniors. Since watching your various workouts I have become much more active and usually accomplish to sets per day.

    I have been scared of exercise since being diagnosed with stage 4 osteoarthritis but no I need to do something. Loved this workout (apart from the squats as they hurt). I will be trying to do this everyday.

    Just discovered you do senior work-outs as well as all the others, so I can tell my 5 grandchildren now that I do Joe Wicks as well ha ha... Thank you am really enjoying them and yes it does get the heart pumping which is what I need with high blood pressure.. I'm 71 and greatly missing my aqua fit classes... So thank you Joe x

    Great workout,6 months in and I have increase flexibility, I am, stronger and starting every day with a + Positive attitude! I add press ups to the end of the set, good bye bingo wings :) Thanks for doing this session Joe!
