    Have been doing your routine daily for a year now, hardly ever missed a day. I usually manage 45 seconds for each exercise. Am a widower living alone and will be 83 in September.

    Hi Joe, I can’t believe what a difference you’ve made to my life. I’d always workout for over 30 years, I’m now 68 yrs old. About 7 years ago I had health problems that nearly consumed me. When lockdown started I saw loads of my younger friends when younger children, starting their day with you. Initially I viewed just to see what it was all about . OMG I’m so glad I did. Senior workouts with a smashing guy , who absolutely understood the restrictions our bodies put on us oldies. In 5 weeks I’ve gone from one 10minute workout to 3 !!! a day.!!! I feel soooo different. My body strength is returning, my mood has lifted , I’m never stopping again .And I thank you. For your inspiration, your fun when it hurts and your encouragement when I did wonder if trying again would kill me !! ( only joking) You young man are performing wonders for our children and oldies alike. Not just in keeping us fit but being a really positive role model especially in these times of lockdown.Thank you x

      Try to do pilates as well that will strengthen your core and legs to improve your balance for the later years

    It took 5 weeks to recover from C19, but since then my husband and I have not missed a morning with Joe. Now five weeks on and we feel fitter and the muscles are much stronger than for some time. A great little workout to start the day. Quite amazing what a difference it makes both physically and mentally. Thank you Joe. We are 75.

    Hi joe , thank you so much , my mum and myself have been doing your seniors workouts for a couple of years now on a FaceTime video link , they have greatly improved my and my mums mobility and well being , I am 66 and my mum will be 90 in a few weeks , thanks again for improving our wellbeing

    For pretty much the first time in my life, I am enjoying taking exercise with Joe and his workouts. I do PE with Joe with my daughter in the morning, and the Seniors videos when I can later in the day. I have got fitter and stronger since lockdown, and am loving moving more easily. Thank you Joe, you are doing a magnificent job. I am 53 so I reckon that counts me in as a senior!

      Yes we definitely need to do more exercises as we get older pilates and flexibility routines are essential
      , please consider pilates it's so important for seniors

    I loved that 😍 I have RR MS and I can’t run anymore, keep falling over past a mile 🙈 I’m nearly 45, so not a senior, but these workouts enable to exercise. Keep up the good work Joe, workouts are brilliant 👍🏻❤️🥇😁

    I have been doing the sitting and standing workouts daily since lockdown started and feel so much better for keeping active. At 74 and always exercised I missed my weekly class but this has filled the need. More please!

    Rehabbing and this is the PERFECT workout! Not too complex nor strenuous. I’ve been doing workouts all of my life and this is the BEST, definitely for seniors! 100% satisfied!

    Thanks Joe! I’m not a senior I’m 26 but was too tired this morning to do your ultimate beginners workout which I’ve been doing. I’m also signed up to the 90 day plan which admittedly not started yet. I’m a key worker and work in an m&s simply foods but also have atopic eczema so I’m trying to build my ground and foundation with confidence and exercise again. But this helped this morning wake me up a bit even though I didn’t want to do one I just did it and felt better so thank you 😊

      We've been doing these exercises before breakfast for weeks now. Definitely stronger and neither of us get leg cramps any more 😊😊

    I'm not a senior, I have chronic fatigue and most workouts leave me bedridden for days afterwards so it's so nice to find these exercises that I can manage, thank you!

    Thank you, I found your workout helped to ease early morning arthritis stiff joints and muscle pain from PMR and GCA. I'm 56, not quite a senior, and found I could manage the exercises. I had tried your 9am workout but couldn't manage the more aerobic exercises because of joint pain...but it definitely raised my spirits..keep up the good work!

    I am not elderly but do have mobility issues due to fibromyalgia and i just did this work out for the first time and i loved it!!! Thanks Joe! Perhaps a rebrand to include less-abled people would capture an even wider audience :)

    I don't feel like a senior but probably am technically.....I have had a injury this week and did this workout just because I like doing some exercise. Can make moves higher intensity if need be and lower good work out wish in had seen it a few days ago. Well worth it if you are limited in mobility. Thanks Joe another great workout.
