  • Give this 25 minute full body workout a go and let me know what you think. I freestyled the moves so I didn't know what was coming next.
    40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest.
    Run on the spot
    Squats
    Push ups
    Single leg crunches
    Lunge jumps / Reverse lunges
    Plank to frog sit
    Running punches
    Squat 90 degree jump
    Toe touches
    Crab toe touches
    Narrow push ups
    Elbow plank
    Chest to floor burpees
    Bicycle Crunches
    Mountain Climbers
    Lateral squats
    Plank walk in/out
    Climb the rope
    Lunge pulses right side
    Lunge pulses left side
    Single leg glute bridges (20 seconds each leg)
    Wide leg crunches
    Fast burpees (not chest to floor)
    Running on the spot
    2 push ups then 4 squat jumps

    Hi Joe I have had some bad news about my twin sister with heart has a defect, I went to the doctors and found out my blood pressure high, so I have started your work out and a month on heart pressure down and mental health is now distressed big love and thanks will keep the workouts always x wolfgang

    Hey Joe
    Thanks so much for all your help, motivation and positive energy during these tough times. I'm a firefighter from Ireland and when the gyms closed in my local area I was worried, the gym is my release and it keeps my mental health in check, once I train I'm in a great mood, if not I'm in trouble. So my fiance told me about you on TH-cam and I have to save you have been my saving grace, I never knew I could get so fit just doing HIIT Sessions with no equipment from home. I can even feel it when I am doing heavy workloads in my job.
    Your an amazing person and thank you so much.
    Also I just ordered your lean in 15 book also..
    Can't wait.

    I only managed to do 15 minutes of this, with a few added breaks, but it’s my first workout so I’m hoping to improve :)

      That is a great start! Trust me, I couldn't get through any of these the first week. I was literally stomach to the floor. I am now 30 days in, and it is so much easier. hang in there!

      My first go at one of these, I had a go at everything, and got to the end, but had to finish before the time on some, especially burpees. ☺

    Wow, the 20 second breaks fly by so fast between the 40 seconds of work, I still feel like I'm working hard when I'm catching my breath.. Fantastic workout!!

    Outstanding, and thank you so much! I am rehabbing a shoulder, and I was so relieved that you demonstrated that it is okay to go at your own pace. (when doing any kind of exercise) Was overjoyed to work every muscle group without going overboard, and hurting my shoulder. (I did jumping jacks instead of burpees, and planks instead of push-ups.)

    Thanks Joe , I live in France so you have been a great role model for everyone! I am a trail runner , but sadly I have 2 badly damaged knee, no cartilage left lol . So though I do run , like a snail now , we’ll in France they eat them ! I do adapt your workouts for my knees . As an Essex girl every time I video my workout lol but no make up or high heels as I sweat ! Thank you again from a 56 year old who is trying to keep fit at a high level xx

    Just completed 25 min workout and cool down video with Joe and have noticed over the week how quickly my stamina has built up. Last week I was doing the beginners 15 min HIIT and was exhausted so didn't anticipated completing 25 min HIIT, but I did. Loved the countdown clock on the screen it kept me focused. Thanks for great workout

    Great workout perfect for a Sunday - I combined it with some on-the-fly dumbbells and 100 kettlebell swings (y'know, just because). Loved it for the haphazard "never know what move will be next" style combined with Joe Wicks sometimes being my favourite comedian!

    Another one picked off the shelf while there's no live PE. If I'd tried this one 12 weeks ago I'd have either given up, thrown up or died! But because the level of exercise and effort in the PE streams has gradually increased I am now stronger and fitter than 3 months ago. Thank you Captain Seratonin! Burpees are still horrible though!

    I hate burpees they make me too dizzy, so I do starjumps instead. But really enjoyed the work out. PE with Joe started me off and these are keeping me going. Thanks Joe.     Feel a little off and I'm very sleep deprived but I always feel more, not less, energised after doing these! Was feeling a small twinge where I must have strained my hip somehow but I exercised caution (pun intended), and I'm glad I didn't put this off. Thanks again!

    I need to do this on more than an annual basis. It goes fast and doesn’t feel longer than the 20 min workouts. I could add weights to the lunges and squats. Thanks so much Joe x p.s. you made me smile at the start x

    Doing this while in COVID-19 quarantine, gonna do this every morning great work out. I’m 11 at first I didn’t want to do then my dad was like come on it’s good so we started it and really enjoyed it! Cool! 😎😊

    Thanks Joe for all the engaging content!! I appreciate the desire to end strong, but since stabilising muscles are weak near the end of the workout perhaps it can create a higher risk of injury if the last few exercises are too dynamic.

    Love these 25-30 no equipment workouts! Been doing them every morning for about 5 weeks and smashed my quickest 5k run yesterday, they do work! Keep them coming :)
