Costco has a pretty good chicken bone broth. Also, I used to be a betty crocker and would spend hours in the kitchen but now that the kids are grown and the husband is whatever, I just kinda fend for myself and don't have much patience for being in the kitchen so quick and easy but healthy is the name of the game. I love watching your vlogs and thank you for being consistent
I'm not sure if someone else has mentioned it, but aged cheeses are usually safe for us lactose intolerant because the lactose ages out after like 24 months or something like that.
Wow that's makes since. I eat this aged cheddar and never have any crazy symptoms.
Yep sharp cheddar, jarlsberg, parmesan are cool for me. Sometimes goat cheese is OK but not too much

I like the bone broth idea in the morning! I've always heard about it but always overthought it. This is so simple, pour into a cup warm it up and add some salt.

you know you made me think of something. i'm lactose sensitive not completely intolerant so i dont eat much dairy because i cant handle bubble guts at all. and i eat extra sharp cheddar and it never makes me ill.

If you get a chance try Yellow Fin tuna in olive oil . You will never go back to regular tuna.
I’ve also heard Cabot brand cheeses are good for lactose intolerant people.
I’m usually making a protein smoothie during lunch cuz either I don’t have much time to make anything else or I really don’t have much lunch options to choose from 😩 I need new ideas because for some reason I never really have lunch to make . When I go to the grocery store I have plenty of breakfast options and I buy meats and veggies for dinner 😢

I love vegan tzaziki. I put it in my cucumber salads.
Same!! Vegan products are hit or miss, but every vegan tzatziki I’ve tasted has been a hit!

Have you tried Olipop? Pretty good soda. Think it's like 7 net carbs. Decent amount of fiber.

Could you please share the oven temperature and time you cook your veggies at?
Of course! I cooked them at 400 degrees. After 15 minutes I mixed them up, then placed them back in for another 10-15 minutes. Just keep an eye on them for the last 5 minutes.
