I also like the after dinner workout I'm not sure of my levels yet I'm giving myself 90 days to redo my blood work but I will tell you I'm feeling much better I'm doing the workouts twice a day leading up to 3 times a day, and thank you again God bless you 🙏 thank you for mentioning prayer, prayer is so important thank you

I've been walking after my meals since June and have found my blood sugar is lowering. I do walk more than 10 minutes but love being outdoors. Will continue this habit even through winter! I will use this video when it snows or I have inclement weather. Thanks for the tip!
Oh my goodness! So glad to have found you. This is a different and wonderful ideal made for almost all. I usually am so tire after a meal and I know this will make a difference in my walks, senior exercising and cleaner eating I've already started. I'm thankful for life the health and strength I have and getting them all better for added quality to them all. I pray for your sacrifice of time to lift up others. I look forward to subscribing and seeing what else you offer. I am 62 years young 😊 have solar urticaria and chose to live and not be afraid to live in the safe way that I need to. I had to look up solar urticaria, and you have my sympathy, truly a hard thing to deal with. But your attitude is so good and peaceful and giving thanks to others, I know that will help you deal with having to avoid sunshine all the time and people maybe not understanding about it. Thank you for these walking workouts (would like to see more please) they are great to do in the evening when you need to do cardio but nothing too excessive or you won't sleep. I do my more intense workouts in the afternoon but still like to exercise in the evening. Will be looking for more and have done two of these. Thank you Moe (Maureen) a 76 year young fitness fanatic

I'm from the Philippines and the the place where I live in gets pretty dark even at 6pm so theres no safe place to walk outside my house. but this helps me a lot thanks. I also grab my walk buddy my 🐶 Buchie. I use him as an added weight when I do your after eating indoor walk.
I've been finding these little 10 minute walks so satisfying and helpful. I have done three total today, one was around 20 minutes, so that's 40+ minutes of walking! That feels great. Thanks so much

As someone who was diagnosed pre diabetic and loves to walk after lunch (but lives in south FL where it’s often too hot or raining to talk), these easy walking workouts are perfect! I couldn't walk much today because of windy weather... But after I ate my dinner which was very rich I was feeling worried abt my sugar spike then checked this one ... Now after doing this I feel satisfied and happy... Thank you so much...

I have nobody in my life interested in being healthy and lowering glucose. I have been pre diabetic and not because regardless of what I do my A1c will be 5.7 if I slack off. 5.6 and 5.4 is as low as I can get it . I exercise 3 times a day after meals alternating videos now that I discovered you. I mix in some ta chi and qigong some days. I’ve been committed all my life. It’s a lifestyle. It just really helps having a buddy even if it’s a video. Thank you. Im not as lonely.

I'm so blessed to be working out with another beautifully blessed and awesome Godly woman which I needed. I almost missed this because I no longer wanted to be here but I'm glad God said no and He's showing me reasons why I'm glad He kept opening my eyes and giving me breath in my lungs. Both for my mom and I. This is the first time in a long time I truly felt I had a praise report!!

This was a nice after dinner exercise walk, i'm in my 50s and every day i take my walks but on bad weather this is great and I liked the music because I find music with words distracting. 🙂

My first time with you here, I went from 130 To 170 from hyperthyroidism and a job that is sitting a good part of the day so I’m so uncomfortable I decided to at least try harder to move more so I will let you know how it goes😊going slow and careful as I also have 3 weeks into two broken ribs😢

Well I discovered this 3 month ago accidentally, I went for groceries after meal came back home after 60 mins and when I checked my sugar, surprisingly it was 115. So I made it a routine.😊
Not to be, like, the blood sugar reporter but mine went from 130 mg/dl down to 122 mg/dl over maybe 15-20 minutes from the start of the exercising. They say we need 150 minutes of exercise a week, now we only need 140 more. In "snacks" like this it is easy to stop and do a bit.
