hi Caroline, this might be weird but i just wanted to tell you that my mom loves your videos. she is 66 and has onset-alzheimer’s and struggles to get movement in during the day, but once we put these videos on the TV, she is really engaged! she may not get all the movements right, but she at least is excited to get moving every day thanks to your videos and great personality! thank you for what you do! ❤

Really enjoying this channel -- having a variety of these short videos is great now that the weather is getting cold/dark and it's not as appealing to go for the 10 min walk my doctor recommended I take after meals.
YOU ARE THE BEST! I LOVE this workout. The combo moves are great-like a 2 for 1 deal. This is my holiday workout video, mixed in with some strength training. You make working out so enjoyable, even when I'm struggling with some of the moves! Don't ever stop. I am so grateful you do what you do. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Hi Caroline...i tried ur exercise for 2 months and my hba1c dropped down to 4.9 from 5.7 without any medicine...that was unbelievable...but now I am trying to conceive and that is not happening coz my gtt remains high .. could you please share something which could help me would be grateful
