1451 steps….. I LOVE this 10 min walk I have done it every evening before bed since I found it 4 weeks ago , helps me sleep better. I recently started using it as a wam up for my daily workout. Sometimes I am just not in the mood but I start walking to my favorite songs, once the walk is over I’m ready for boxing. ❤

I've been feeling depressed and having a hard time doing easy tasks such as moving and cooking healthy food. Recently I made a list of things that require minimum effort to do in the mornings in order to not spiral into depression and anxiety after waking up, such as drinking a glass of water, sitting down in a sunny spot, etc. I've been meaning to incorporate movement on my list for a while now, but it is hard for me because I feel tired, then just give up on doing it every day, and suddenly I don't do any movement at all. I tried your video today and your positive talk made me feel better about moving my body and not pressured to do x amount of time or high-intensity exercises. So thank you so much! Your kindness has motivated me and I'll be doing more of your light movement exercises.

Hi!! I am roughly 34 weeks pregnant and I have gestational diabetes. It’s cold where I live with it being winter and it’s get super dark early !! I came across the video because I ate something that spiked my sugars and I wanted to get moving to lower my blood glucose! Thank you for sharing! 😊
I was detected diabetic when I was 35 years age, due to staying in stressed mental state all my waking time. Depression also made me remain unmotivated to take care of my body. Thanks for this easy walking workout which I just finished. I will do this after every meal now on. Thanks
I’m 50 pounds overweight. Recently I had my gallbladder removed. In preparation for the surgery I did a month of very low fat(almost no fat ) diet and did this walk after meals at least once a day. I lost a lot more weight than what I have lost in a month in the past. I give credit to the walking after meal for this great positive difference! Now that I’ve recovered from the surgery I am very excited to continue these walks and eat a better diet. Health is so important! I’m 63 and hope I had done this a long time ago. But better late than never! Thank you again Caroline!

My mom is 75 and diabetic since last 15-16 years. Her sugar before this workout of 199. Random blood sugar. And after the workout which came to 152. Great exercise. I suggested her to do your excerice everday. Would be really nice if you can show some more other 'sitting in chair' exercises for senior Diabetic adults of her age. Thank you very much. I love this workout and have been doing this for sometime now. I got my mum (70yrs) and my brother in law to work out with me this afternoon. They loved it. Looking at us my 2 year old son joined us. When I was pregnant with my second baby, I developed gestational diabetes. I did this indoor/outdoor 15- min walking every after meal, and I managed my blood sugar level without any medication, just proper high protein low carb diet and lots of walking. My son is now 15 years old and I maintained the diet and exercise, keeping Type 2 diabetes away.
@@j.s.188 Right after eating, I go out and walk for 15-30 min. I still do it today. If I can’t go out, I just get the dumbbell and do quick weighted exercise. On the days when my work schedule doesn’t allow me to do post-meal walk, I walk first thing in the morning instead. Bottom line, I walk at least 30 min everyday.

Really like that this one is 10 mins (short)...bcz I'm 61 and muscles ACHE after 2 days in a row of exercise! Also, might be a GOOD IDEA to state in each title : Beginner/Intermediate/Senior, etc... I see this is really a beginner level WHICH I NEED. Intermediate can come later after a couple months & getting comfortable with this level. I exercise regularly...treadmill & yoga mostly...but after a big meal & feeling stuffed, I searched for an "after dinner workout" just for grins lol & was pleasantly surprised your video came up ...I mean I could've hopped on the treadmill but your video could be done shoeless lol....I couldn't believe how much better I felt in a short 10m 😮 I'm now subscribed ❤❤
I only recently heard about indoor walking exercises. I'm not really a youtube exercise video enthusiast, but I have thoracic outlet syndrome, so I have trouble finding exercise classes that don't stress out the nerves in my arms and neck. Anyway, I can walk for miles and miles without getting sore and this video had some of my leg muscles burning in the first 3 minutes. 😂😂 Guess I need to do more of these. I started on this one, because I just ate and was feeling blah. Feeling better now. Verdict: loved it! Thank you!

This helps me Caroline. I need after-eating exercises because I eat late due to life and work and tend to sit right down. This gives me some simple brief activity. I'm already tired but this doesn't take too much yet it helps.

I actually was thinking that it is dark and a bit dangerous to take a walk outside so i was searching for an activity to do after my dinner. awesome video thank you! I didn’t know you could actually do this kind of walking and that it makes a difference.
I don't have any monitoring devices but my heart rate is at 120 which is great! I just ate some Chinese food and I don't feel like taking a nap. LOL Rhis is great. Thank you! ❤

Really like that this one is 10 mins (short)...bcz I'm 61 and muscles ACHE after 2 days in a row of exercise! Also, might be a GOOD IDEA to state in each title : Beginner/Intermediate/Senior, etc... I see this is really a beginner level WHICH I NEED. Intermediate can come later after a couple months & getting comfortable with this level. BCZ people search for AND WATCH videos that FIT THEIR FITNESS LEVEL/AGE. !! Good video. Thank u!

I exercise regularly...treadmill & yoga mostly...but after a big meal & feeling stuffed, I searched for an "after dinner workout" just for grins lol & was pleasantly surprised your video came up ...I mean I could've hopped on the treadmill but your video could be done shoeless lol....I couldn't believe how much better I felt in a short 10m 😮 I'm now subscribed ❤❤

I only recently heard about indoor walking exercises. I'm not really a youtube exercise video enthusiast, but I have thoracic outlet syndrome, so I have trouble finding exercise classes that don't stress out the nerves in my arms and neck. Anyway, I can walk for miles and miles without getting sore and this video had some of my leg muscles burning in the first 3 minutes. 😂😂 Guess I need to do more of these. I started on this one, because I just ate and was feeling blah. Feeling better now. Verdict: loved it! Thank you!

This helps me Caroline. I need after-eating exercises because I eat late due to life and work and tend to sit right down. This gives me some simple brief activity. I'm already tired but this doesn't take too much yet it helps.
