I’m in Markham Ontario Canada And walking with you this morning due to my blood pressure elevating the last three days I would like to do it naturally to help improve it and not go on medication so I am doing this video to help me
I’m in Portland Oregon. I can’t stand for long periods of time. I’ve been swimming twice a week for the last year but need to add some cardio on the other days. Today I broke this video into two parts (AM break and lunch). I sat and did the job arms for the waking parts and stood up for the others. I’m going to enjoy doing this more often.

Your workout was great! I have high blood pressure and they have been changing my medicine around since August. I’ve been adding walking into my daily routine that in January it’s hard to get outside and walk so this will be perfect to help with that. I also have to watch my sodium intake and Anxiety. I am doing more of a Mediterranean diet now because I don’t want to continue having to take stronger meds. This does not run in my family, so it is something new that I’ve never had to deal with. Until I went through menopause. I’m anxious to look at your osteoporosis one as I have that also since going through menopause. The things they don’t tell us! Thank you.
Hi I'm from suffolk uk, just starting your exercises as my blood pressure is not where I want it, so looking forward to improving it, I already eat a healthy diet. But still find it hard to lose weight. I'm 73, so I know it will be slow going, but I'm determined to get fitter😊
Hi Caroline I have high pressure, that being I’ve also ate low sodium foods, I’ve recently found out. I have a condition that my sodium drops at low levels when I have stress or trauma. So I’m on 1000 mpg of sodium 2 times a day. This may be counter intuitive . Thinking this may be cause of trying to keep blood pressure controlled. I’m so very glad I came across your vital information and exercises. Thank you Sandie

Watching from a deluge in southern Oregon. Blood pressure usually drops uncomfortably low during exercise. Pulse goes up pretty high at the same time. But I’ve dealt with this for about 30 years. 69 years old.
Great exercise I did it today in my living room here in Beitar Illit Israel Would like to join but we are here in Israel so will just do it when I get an email from you. I am 77 and it is pleasant here but not warm.
