    I’m doing this for a week
    Day 1 : I weigh 63 kg . I am tired but I feel good. I’ll keep you updated ;)
    Day 5 : I lost near a kg but I do feel much healthier. This is great thanks

    I started doing weight-loss exercises during Ramadan, which means fasting from dawn to dusk.
    Current weight: 51 kg.
    Desired weight: 45 kg.
    Height: 161 cm.
    Age : 14 years old.
    Note: I will do thighs, arms and stomach exercises in addition to a
    healthy diet.
    Day 1: It was a little difficult in addition to some muscle pain, but this is a good indication of the success of the exercises and there are some exercises that I could not do due to the difficulty
    Day 2 :I suffered from muscle pain and therefore I could not do exercises well
    Day 3 : ✅
    Day 4 : ✅
    Day 5 : ✅
    (I will do the exercises for 1 month)

      do u eat with your family during iftaar(ftoor) or cook for yourself, u know since they cook A LOT of stuff

      jia klous There are some foods I eat with my family, such as soups, others cooked for me only, pastries, fries, and sweets I cut them perfectly and replaced them with barley bread , grills and fruits

    At first I started doing the lose 10 pounds belly lose workout and once the week was over I saw how much my body has changed so now I always do her workouts I’ve been so happy with how I look and I’m still not done these are some what fun to me even tho sometimes I wake up with pain I’m 15 and I was 122 now I’m 113 my goal is 108 and ik I can make it thanks so much Roberta

    i hate sport but doing your videos really gives me motivation. I would like to lose 30kg until August.

    Hi Roberta ! Instead of having a animated figure doing the workout, if would be more engaging to have you do the workouts for us with the same time limits and we do it with you. Not to quote, but you can refer Emi Wong's channel to know what I'm trying to say. This comes after a long research and try from me. My workout journey started with your videos but I wasn't able to continue them for more than 4 or 5 days. May be I thought a system is instructing me which is impossible to do in that time limit. These days I've been following Emi Wong's videos and I must tell you it's been a month since I started working out and not even a rest day inbetween. If this is your style, then you can continue to do so. It was just my suggestion :) Keep up the good work btw !

      You only burn fat if you start burning more calories than your eating thats the only way it also depends on your body fat percentage on how long it would take to see results

      How long have you been exercising? Have you changed your lifestyle and your diet? Have you eliminated sugar and grains from your diet? If you've done all of these and you still haven't seen any results, you're going to have to check with your physician because weight gain is an effect of serious health conditions. Of course, results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. But to be safe, you may want to see a doctor. Good luck, Nishita!❤️💪

    I do skipping (1000) your belly fat exercise, full body exercise, and one more of 30 min...but i m not seeing any changes in my body...after exercise my tummy comes out...i m feeling demotivated now..its been 12 days..not even a inch i have lost...i m an indian..milk, ghee were my diet earlier..but from 3 months i limit it..does all this imapacting my exercise...thats why it took time me to notice any changes in my body....or i have to work more..i do this in morning and evening daily..please guide me..i want to loose wait from 58 to 50 atleast

      Best to consult a doctor, Anshu. Weight gain, or no weight loss results after continuous exercise and a change in diet, is an effect of serious health conditions.
