Been doing this and another 20 min workout interchangeably for about a month now. I unintentionally had a week off do to being more busy than usual and I’ve been ancy to get back. I just completed this workout and feel 💯 They’re not too tough but they keep your heart rate up and really make me sweat. Now I’m gonna complete a 5 min lower ab workout to top it off

I started doing these excercises about a year ago I started at 160lbs and my current weight fluctuates between 136-138lbs, I’m on my feet most of the time during the day because of my work and I try my best to eat healthy and not over do portion sizes. I’m not as consistent as I was but I’ve been able to maintain this weight for a good few months and intend to continue to do so
These workouts are really easy not that much hard. I wonder how these simple workouts can make us sweat so much. But in the end it feels really nice. Very well organized exercise videos. I have got really good results in the past by following your video exercises. And now i have started again. 😊

Done with 3rd day of working out, can’t see and changes yet and also getting a very bad pain ( muscle soreness) but I’ll continue my workout no matter what
Take it easy, zainasiddiqui2180. It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!💪

At the beginning i thought it was too easy, but by the end i was catching my breath. Good workout, will try to do it consistently. Though i must warn ppl that i had some difficulty in my knees and the joints of my toes when doing squats and jumping jacks. So best to warm them up beforehand.

Okay so I’m starting today and all these comments are really bringing me hope that I can do this I’m am 13 and weight 228! And for a young teen like me I don’t wanna live like this. I want to become a cheerleader and dancer but it’s hard for me and to see the smaller people at school it really makes me feel like I’m just lazy. If we put out a workout video for pregnant women, expectant mothers may assume that its safe for them without consulting their doctors. Done with 3rd day of working out, can’t see and changes yet and also getting a very bad pain ( muscle soreness) but I’ll continue my workout no matter what
Take it easy, zainasiddiqui2180. It's normal to feel some tightness or soreness after working out, even during, but it will usually subside within a few days once you get used to it. But if it doesn't subside, take a rest until you feel better and come back when you're ready. Good luck!💪

At the beginning i thought it was too easy, but by the end i was catching my breath. Good workout, will try to do it consistently.
Though i must warn ppl that i had some difficulty in my knees and the joints of my toes when doing squats and jumping jacks. So best to warm them up beforehand.

Okay so I’m starting today and all these comments are really bringing me hope that I can do this I’m am 13 and weight 228! And for a young teen like me I don’t wanna live like this. I want to become a cheerleader and dancer but it’s hard for me and to see the smaller people at school it really makes me feel like I’m just lazy.
