Elbows wrists and neck. Nightmare! Exactly right on top of everything else. You’d think Dr’s would have all this sorted out for women of peri-&- menopausal ages and give us one pill or patch that covers all of our symptoms in one go and that they’d forewarn us when we’re approaching that age this is what they suggest we should be doing and what to take to stop these horrid symptoms. Can’t see men coping with such symptoms they’re dying when the get a simple cold or flu😂 let them have our symptoms for a week!

10 YEARS IN HELL: I’m now 61 and post menopausal. I’ve gone through 10 years of severe pain in my feet (arches & heels) and in my shins & calves to the point I have to limit walking to only a few hours per day!!!! It totally SUCKS. Podiatrist & Orthopedist say it’s either Tarsal Tunnel or Plantar Fasciitis; leaning more toward the latter. Either way, it’s menopause induced and NOTHING helps it except just flat out staying off my feet entirely in a completely reclined position which is a ridiculously impossible way to live!!!!
I don’t wish this on my worst enemy. It robs you of your life and reduces you to living as disabled and relying on others for almost everything - totally frustrating, especially for someone who was fiercely independent and active up until now. Now I am reduced to depending on my grown children to help me shop, go up & down stairs and maintain my home. I can’t imagine how I’m going to manage like this at 70 or 80….it’s scary!!!

It’s been two months and although I still have pain it’s much more manageable and I’m hoping it will continue to improve with time. I will take this collagen for life. Perhaps liquid collagen could help you as well. Just a thought. Pain is torturous and really affects quality if life. Sending love.

      Hello Kari,
Could you please share the type of liquid collagen supplement you are currently using? Your videos have been immensely helpful. I am struggling with substantial discomfort, including upper and lower back pain, hip, buttock, leg, and knee pain, at the age of 47. The persistence of these ailments leaves me deeply concerned about my future. The MRI results indicate bulging discs, and surgery has been recommended for both cervical and lumbar regions. But I believe everything is being aggravated by perimenopause. I have previously undergone knee surgery for meniscus tears in both knees, which improved post-surgery but still feel inflamed and painful. Despite being on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for couple of months, my suffering persists. I am actively supplementing, exercising, and doing my best to attain wellness. Your guidance and insights would mean a lot to me. Thank you. 🙂
