I am going through this right now. My hips are sore now, but I am stronger and more active than ever,. I am plant based. So the protein is a good reminder. I will start to strength train immediately. I am doing cardio every day. My pain is in my hips. Also, a lot of Tumeric with Black Pepper. Its kind of amazing that it is a pain reliever. It works well.

I’m 57 with regular periods. These last 6 months have been very difficult. Bodybuilding has been my hobby for the last 20 years. I have a lot of muscle and get at least one gram of protein per lb of body weight. I am experiencing joint pain almost everywhere. I do all the things. Eliminated processed foods, wheat, added sugar. Incorporated anti-inflammatory foods. My muscles, tendons, ligaments are all being negatively affected. My wrist strength is weakening. I’m considering HRT at this point. I started physical therapy for a hamstring strain and will soon start the same for lower back pain. I’m a whole mess. I never knew it would be like this. 😢

I am so glad I found your channel. I thought I was just falling apart about 3 or 4 mos ago. I am an active person and consider myself in very good shape for 63 yrs old. But all of a sudden (or maybe it seemed so) but I just felt really achy and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong when I went to the gym. I take pilates, barre, strength training, walk and bike pretty regularly without pain (or used to) but things changed. I thought I had lyme disease because I had a tick bite and that has turned out negative. So now I am dealing with muscle aches and joint pain in my hips/legs/ankle/foot and didn't know what was causing it. I have been increasing my protein by using plant base protein powder. I am also seeing a chiropractor/pt for the hip pain and has me doing resistance exercises and manipulation for my hip/leg/ankle pain. I told her that it feels like my left side feels different like it has shifted or something. Anyways I am ordering a pair of orthotics to help with correcting my arches that were scanned at this office. So thank you so much for enlightening me on something that I thought my doctor would have told me!!!

Thank you for this video. I have been suffering from arthritis for a while now. I haven’t been able to walk, lift my arms, get out of bed comfortably, or sit up comfortably. I’ve been miserable and the only thing the doctor can give me is methotrexate. I thought it was just from my obesity but I feel like it’s more than that. I’ve lost weight and still can’t move around comfortably . I went from being able to move on my own and walk just fine to not being able to care for myself in less than a year and half. I also thought I could not bounce back from being sick at the beginning of Covid but this seems different. There has to be more help than steroids and methotrexate because those meds are not really helping.
