We have a quick and sweet 15 minute warm up (or cool down) video today!
Some shadow boxing line work drills you can use and train along with to warm up before a session. If you're using this to cool down or for conditioning, there are some tips in the video for those as well!
R1: Jab - Cross - Hook - Uppercut 00:41
R2: Up Elbows & Horizontal Elbows 03:17
R3: Walking Teeps 05:51
R4: Checks & Lean 08:17
R5: Walking Knees 10:48
R6: Backwards steps into knees 13:18
