    Alright bro the “mystic Micah” era is in full effect. How tf you keep putting out videos that answer the questions legit a day after I’m asking it. Kept eating jabs, boom video for it. Worried about having to go out of town for a month and what I’m gonna do as far as training during that time, boom video for that.     Very nice stuff, helpful with some guidance for practice that works well at home as well as at the gym/dojo. :) Used your structure to practice with my friends the other day, and today I'm at home with 30 minutes to spare, so did it alone.
