Follow along with me with a 5 minute warm up - a mix of light cardio and techniques.. moving into our five rounds of shadow boxing combination work.. rounding it up with a core workout! No not at all! It’s just recommended when we teach beginners to put their dominant side to the rear. But many people I know have changed stances to their own preference / due to injuries regardless of their dominant side
