    Follow along with me with a 5 minute warm up - a mix of light cardio and techniques.. moving into our five rounds of shadow boxing combination work.. rounding it up with a core workout!     This is great and I've only watched the shadow boxing so far. I'm trying to get my daughter to use that parry and angle off when they counter.

      No not at all! It’s just recommended when we teach beginners to put their dominant side to the rear. But many people I know have changed stances to their own preference / due to injuries regardless of their dominant side

    I find it funny hearing someone run out of breath without a mouth guard in I'm the same no mouthguard gass earlier weird world we live in
