- This total body warm-up will get you ready for a workout, authentic muay thai -style! Movements are shown by champion Thai fighter & coach Deo “Check Bin” Phetsangkhat. The warm-up lasts about 7 minutes, and you can follow along with the video. The only equipment needed is a skipping rope.

:D You did everything except jumping jacks :P, jumping jacks are one of hardest exercises/warmups i know, this at 02:38 is probably harder too do.
