This protein shake has more fat and carbs than the protein in it. Whereas the whey protein has more protein content than the other macros.. For people who are cautious about the calorie intake, this will not work..

Milk is boiled and then chilled because i used raw cows milk. If you are using pasteurised milk, no need to boil.
