Here is my favorite protein shake:
a bit less than 1/2 cup of milk (add less for thicker add more for thinner)
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
4 ice cubes
1 big tablespoon of peanut butter
1 small tablespoon of nutella

My favorite protien drink has this recipe:
A scoop of protien
Then add almond milk
Then add a scoop of protien
Then add a banana
Then add some protien
Then grab some ice, dip them in protien, and add it.
Then add some protien and blend
Stop mid blend to add protien, then continue blending.
Once it's done, pour it in a glass, add some protien
Then, add 2 scoops of protein
Enjoy!

I like the recipe, here's mine!
1/2 cup frozen pineapple (spring for organic on the fruits if you can, it actually makes a huge difference)
1 1/2 cup frozen mango
Scoop of vanilla protein
1/2 cup fresh orange juice (either juice it or just throw in the whole thing if you don't mind pulp)
1/2 cup coconut water
Lil handful of spinach
Add teaspoons of water as needed for cohesion

This is superior anyways because carbs immediately after exercise reduces muscle protein breakdown and replenishes glycogen and fat (peanut butter) supports hormonal output.
Being that all hormones in the body are derived from one main molecule, cholesterol. Cholesterol being a fat.
I just tried it without the berries and added a splash of honey and man this shake is really delicious!
Bananas are not meant to be blended. Just drink a shake and eat the banana with the shake. Bananas when blended change the structure and open the sugar content in a banana adding to fat gain. Add blueberries instead, they have polyphenols which helps the absorption of everything else in the shake. Also, adding avocado adds in healthy fat and makes the shake more creamy and adds in more absorption of vitamins.

I think I've made it, it tastes really good, the sweet sensation of the fruit is added to the chocolate milk supplement powder, although the taste is more dominant to the chocolate milk supplement powder

THE WORST POST WORKOUT SHAKE POSSIBLE> after we workout, our glycogen stores are depleted due to the intense workout, having fats like peanut butter, curd is one of the worst mistakes to do as body craves carbs and fast digesting proteins at this stage, when we take in fats like these the digestion is slowed down drastically.
I also have a post workout shake similar to this where I mix in one large banana, 2 tbsp of peanut butter and around 250 ml of whole milk.
