Ingredients for milk shake
1) Almond or Badam 5-6
2) Cashew 4
3) Walnuts 4
4) Dates 3
5) One full Banana
6) Milk (Pasteurised)
Preparation :
Soak nuts for four hours then add nuts, dates, banana and milk to blender. Blend it smoothly and enjoy the high protein milkshake🥤😋😋.
I tried this drink today
It not only tasty 😋😋 but also stomach filling
I used raisins (15-20) insted of dates

This is very healthy 😊, though it is not "high in protein" only protein is there in milk and all others are either high in fats or carbs

Almonds have 1.5g protein
1 banana has 1.3 g
5 walnuts have 15g protein
And 250ml milk have 8g protein
So total =25.8=26g approx
@@MohdMaaz74530 You can have 25g of protein but at the end of the day, in overall content, protein is lesser compared to other macro nutrients like carbs and fat. Let's say if total macro nutrients in a dish are 100, if protein is still 25, what about other 75? That should be divided amongst carbs, fat and maybe fibre. Do you still call it high it protein rich? No it is dense in nutrients which also consists protein.
Since you have pulled up the chart of proteins per gram for the ingredients, also check the calories, carbs and fat content also ☺️. Such drinks are good, could also be used for weight gain

@@anushreedutta2516 what I found out was, weight gain or loss depends on the overall calories you intake and not the specific food items we eat. For example if your maintenance calorie is 1500 and if you intake only 1400 calories regardless of the type of foods you will lose weight or maybe maintain the current weight. But if you eat more than the maintenance calories and don’t workout then you’ll gain weight.
