I just started today. I also suffered depression and anxiety. I finished the first session. We can do this guys.. Good luck to each and everyone of us.
Most people are not updating about their journey. But I'm going to do this and update regularly. I'm currently 60.2kg today on 20 November. Meet you all on 1st December. I'll do this set of exercises and another easier set, each on alternate days. Wish me luck everyone! Update 1: I couldn't start on 20th. I started today but haven't weighed myself. The exercise had me grasping for breath because of my sedentary lifestyle. I couldn't do all the exercises, but i did almost 75% Difficult but i hope my endurance increases.
To anyone who's reading this: You are strong. You are beautiful. You are powerful. Remind yourself that working out is not a punishment for what you ate, but a celebration of what your body can do! I hope you have a fantastic day :))
you are the only channel i’ve found where i can actually keep up with the beginner style workouts, i’ve gone from not moving hardly ever, to working out for 15-20 minutes a day. it ain’t much, but it’s progress! update: thanks for the support everyone! unfortunately i had to stop because i’m so busy with college but i walk a TON and have noticed myself slowly gaining stamina just from moving around campus! good luck to everyone who is working on themselves! mwah
I need you to know I wake up and work out on your channel from my tv every morning. I’m not logged in so I can’t like from my tv. I am a VERY busy mom with full house, toddlers, dogs, cats, even a fish. I had to cancel my gym membership. This channel and beautiful healthy women has blessed my family and I. So grateful to be able to workout from home.
As a teenager who doesn’t really exercise, this was a great workout. I had to push myself to get through a few sections but I’m so glad I was able to get through the whole video without pausing
Honestly, I’ve been doing this for only five days yet I’m already seeing results!! The first day I tried, it absolutely KILLED my legs and I didn’t continue for the following days. I then decided to continue this workout even though it will tire me out. I started again and took a waayyyy slower pace than how you were going and every day i manage to speed up. I totally recommend doing this workout!
Ok, you gave me hope. First day doing this workout, and it kicked my butt. I really didn't know I was this out of shape! But I have been doing a sedentary job for a year now.
Omg! 16 surgeries, 4 babies, 1 divorce and a whole load of depression later, I've seriously put my feet down today and I'm completely sweating away now 😅 Obviously had to pause the video a few times, but I'm a super happy woman today that I've taken my first step towards freedom of my life 🥰🥰🥰
i'm a proper beginner to this, haven't done a proper workout in about 7 years and I'm 23 and i can only do about 6 mins straight of this feeling like I'm ab to pass out 😭😭 but I'm aiming to be able to get through all of the video before 2025!
I’m 8 months post partum and I’ve totally lost myself. I’m 50+ pounds heavier but today I did an actual workout while my baby napped. I am so proud of myself
You are amazing! I'm trying to incorporate working out into my daily routine. You are doing amazing, no matter how small it may seem, it's going a long way!
same here , 7 months post partum and 24 pounds heavier i am than my regular weight. Starting tomorrow morning this and eating healthy. so will see what happens 🙏💪
Current weight: 84.35 Kg (Height 173 cm) Goal: 70 kg Please remind me 😭🌸 Update: It's 78 kg now 😍(end of october) still going thanks for reminding me 🔥
Just finished my 1st workout, I'm totally out of strength right now. Reading the comments here made me realize that I'm not alone in this journey, I feel motivated. 🥺❤️
i usually never comment but for those who want to give up, DONT!! my first time doing this i was exhausted and the more i do it the easier it gets for me. so all i want to say is dont be scared of failing just let everything process ❤️❤️
I am 3 years postpartum. I was 62kg before pregnancy and I started this work at 76kg. I do this workout every morning and because I can realistically finish it, it makes me keep coming back. I've not missed a workout in 2 months and I'm currently 71kg. This video has literally saved my mental and physical health.
yesterday was my first day working out for like 5 years due to anxiety and depression and I only made it to minute 8. today I was determined and ended up bein able to do the whole video with you! so excited

I'm doing this workout before 22 days When to start my weight was 73 kg or now it is 70 kg im losing 3 kg in 22 days keep going guys this is really great for beginners ....
Day 1: I’m an incredibly unfit uni student who hasn’t exercised in about a year. 10 minutes in an had a small break, realised how truly unfit I was and was going to give up but I scrolled through the comments and they were very motivating. Got back up and finished it! Very proud of myself. You’ve got this guys!!❤️
Aw I’m in the same boat as a fellow uni student. My health and confidence totally took a back burner this past year. I’m happy to be getting back at it. Reminder to everyone that your body size or fitness level does not equal your self worth! Move your body for yourself :) That’s still something I’m learning to accept and embrace too
This is my second time doing this workout, the first time killed my legs and my arms still ache from the first time but I’m determined to push through, we can do it ladies!!
First time doing this, i legit couldn't walk for the first 10 minutes after doing it. It's been half an hour and i think my legs have never hurt more, also, i seem like a penguin walking. My classes are starting in less than a month and i'm gonna start having p.e. (again). I'm screwed. I'm gonna try and keep doing this for the next few weeks, hopefully I'll get better. Fighting!!
i have lost 9 pounds doing all ur workouts almost every day for a few weeks! i started with this one and i struggled so much and i revisited it today i was confident in the whole thing!!! thank you so much!! i hope i continue this journey !
Started doing this October 1st every morning. Along with a 19:5 intermittent fasting. I was 199lbs and yesterday when I checked my weight it is 188lbs. My goal is 150lbs. 11lbs in 2 weeks is a big deal.
Hello my name is Jacqueline and I started this 20 minute workout today 02/06/2023 and I really enjoyed it. I want to loose twenty pounds and will do this every morning as long as my God wake me up and give me strength. Thank y’all for being here with me. Have a nice day.
Ive been unhappy with my body for years and decided this summer is when I finally do something about it- so thank you so much for this and good luck everyone trying to better themselves
I begin this work out at the beginning of this week. Um, I didn’t realize how out of shape I was. But I did this 3 days in row, then took a two day break due my soreness. Started back up again today and do not regret a thing. Keep pushing everyone!
(EDIT)⚠️ : If you're a beginner, and really just starting out, I would recommend taking this advice when you're already quite used to working out, and ready to build a more consistent routine. You should take it slow and then gradually build up your resistance. ALSO, I am no professional by any means, just saying these from my experience, so take this with a grain of salt :) I would advice not to take any days break from soreness, because it could mess up your routine, if you constantly take a days break just because you're sore, harsh sorry, but I would recommend to at least reduce your soreness after, or before(future) workouts by searching reliable info on social media on how to. Examples: cold baths to reduce inflammation, foam rolling massage, sore pain relief exercises, etc. Or you could fight through the soreness if you want to and can, just so long as it's not joint pain, and not high intensity workouts So you could at least keep a constant routine, with better resistance and faster results. But don't take my words for it all though, since I'm no professional at these, I would advice to do your own research, with fact checking ofc. Just wanted to share this info with someone else in the same situation
@@pavelle5432 rest days are extremely important for working out. your body needs the time to rebuild itself or else you end up overworking your muscles/yourself. all it takes is one google search to not spread misinformation
@@sqwggy Please reread my comment/reply. I apologize if it may not have been specific enough for you, but I have mentioned in the examples, multiple ways to relax and rest your body if you are sore, and it also includes what not to do so as to not overwork and tire your muscles and body, just as you said. Which is? To not perform high intensity workouts and not to at all, if it is actually joint pain, because it risks leading to an injury. I have offered alternatives to the 'issue' you have with my first comment in this thread, so as to not encounter the already said problems with the solution that you, offered instead. I have also mentioned that I am no professional, thus if you are one, and found that as misinformation, I am terribly sorry. All it takes is to read someone's comment properly, before diving in into a pointless argument. Thank you for your time

Everyone who is watching this you are strong and persistent to come to watch this video. Your body is your machine and you are pushing it to function very well and look fit and shiny💪💪💪
a little something my yoga teacher told me was no one seems to know how to breath properly, that we all breath through our chest, and that’s why most of us struggle. try breathing from your stomach instead of you chest, it’ll give you deep, fuller breaths:)
This is an excellent beginner workout. I broke a sweat and had to pause midway to catch a breath. No shame in resting, as long as you get back up and finish the job!
Tell me what else you're doing besides this workout please. How long u intend to do this beginner workout for? I'm in same boat as you I was 73 , with just simple dietary changes and a few steps daily I got to 68 in a year but this year due to long work hours and unhealthy eating habits I'm again 74 and I need to do something to reach 64-65 asappppp I want to get to 65 by January 2025 I'm doing some simple diet changes again and doing beginners 20 min workout or yoga in mornings and 3-4k steps at nights Do u think I'll get to my desired weight by January? Let's do this together please
That's a perfect beginner exercise!! I strated my weighy loose journey today and i really hope i can continue and reach my goal✊i'm currently 70kg and my goal is 50kg...plsss y'all remind me every time you see my cmnt💌
Its been 2 weeks ! I hope you reach your goal and btw! I deeply recommend going on a healthy diet ( DONT STARVE URSELF!!) and u dont completely cross out fat cause ur body will still need it. Best of luck 🫶🏼🫶🏼
This is not just a perfect exercise routine for beginnings but also when you are during your menstrual cycle where you don’t want to exercise too intensely this is also a much gentle option to suit that. Thanks for making these videos.

Thank you Maddie for doing beginners workouts. Everyone else does for advance people and I get frustrated and quit, I just happened to run across one of your workout sessions and fell in love with them. Thank you for no jumping cause it kills my knees. Been doing your workouts for a few weeks and I love everyone that I have done. Keep them coming.
I am a beginner, and I succeeded at completing this workout. These workouts bring my energy up and make me feel great. Thank you for all your great “genuinely beginner friendly” workouts.
Before we start I want to say that 2 weeks prior to this, I tried this workout for a week already. But after that I had 2 weeks off so I decided that now I have to start exercising again. And even before trying this workout for the first time, I haven't done anything like that for several months so I still consider myself a total beginner. Now, I documented 7 days of trying out this routine so you can see how it worked for me and decide if you want to try it as well ^^ Beginning measurments: Waist - 79 cm Tighs - 58 cm Arms - 26 cm Day 1: ✅️ It was just the right intensity for a total beginner like me. It was a bit hard but not too much. Although I couldn't do the active rest cause they were too much. I drank about 1,5 cups of water during this workout. My legs hurt a bit and they are also slightly shaking but I feel energized! Day 2: ✅️ I did it and it was for sure a bit better than yesterday. I even managed to do the active rest for most of the time! I drank one cup of water this time so I am already getting used to the workout. Also, no cramping from yesterday, so yay! Today I don't feel as tired and again, I feel like I got some more energy from that. Day 3: ✅️ Even better than yesterday. The workout is still great intensity but doesn't feel as tiring anymore. I managed to do the active rest for all the rest times. I again drank one cup of water. After even 5 minutes of sitting after the workout my legs or arms don't hurt anymore. I still have the energy to take a shower right after :D Day 4: ❌️ Unfortunetly I couldn't do the workout today. I had a lot of stuff to take care of and didn't find the time for exercise :< Day 5: ✅️ We're back on track. I don't even feel very tired after the workout. My arms were definitely not strong at the end of it but over all, it was much better. Again drank a cup of water and still have the energy to do other stuff. I can for sure see progress in my.... durability??? from day one. Day 6: ❌️ Again i had to much stuff and didn't find the time to work out :/ Day 7: ✅️ I did it. It wasn't any harder than on day 5 but after the 4th set I started to get a little dizzy so I had to slow down a bit. This time I drank about ¾ cup of water. I do feel out of energy but I know this is not because of physical exercise, it's because I have so much more stuff to do T-T. Over all, after a week of trying this routine, I am definitely happy with it. It is just the right intensity for beginners and even through a week I can see progress in my durability (I'm really not sure if this is the right word but I think it is). It also makes me feel better just knowing that I exercise at least 5 days a week now. And trying to document the week of this workout for sure helps with getting motivated and not skipping too many days. Ending measurments: Waist - 76 cm Tighs - 57 cm Arms - 26 cm
@@martarodrigues9086 Yes! The first time I tried it i also had cramping in my tighs and they hurt after day 1, that is completely normal! After all, you finally are exercising the muscles that haven't exercised in a long time, they need to adjust and so do you. Just don't overwork yourself and take baby steps 😄
I thought I'm the only one who paused in mid workout to catch up breathing. Kudos to me and everyone who finished til the end, good job for doing your body a favor! 💪
@@reedablossom8526 ikr!! I think our bodies got shocked by the sudden transitions of exercises thats why haha, but so far did you enjoyed it and it went well for you?
THANK YOU! been doing this workout twice a day morning/night for 2 weeks and lost all my belly/ love handle weight! Diet has been about the same! So thank you!

i plan on doing this 3-5 times every week along with some strength at home training! I’m currently 230lbs my goal is 215lbs in the next 3 months wish me luck yall!!❤️
I started this today! I did this workout in the following order: plank (1 min) > sit-ups (10) > crunches (10) > squats (10) > her "5 mins warmup" exercises > then this "20 min fat burn workout" I'm currently 59.10kgs, my goal s to burn fat and lose some weight. I already feel good about it. I'll be following this plan for a month. Let me comment the results in 1 month 🙃.
This is what we call a beginner work out : pushed me to my limit and did not over worked me to not be proud of my self .. the time limit spot on and I feel like I can come back becouse the goal you set in this work out is realistic ... Thank you❤
This is the first workout I did when I started my journey 8 months ago. Now here I am, down 20lbs and able to maintain it! Thank you Maddie, if it weren’t for you I never would have found myself and would miss out on all the confidence I now have!
It's my third day but I want to log the everyday experience here too. Proud of you all here in the comments. My starting weight is 58 kg. Day 1: I did the work-out twice. It felt so good. I'm on a caloric deficit too because of PCOS. (But I had a night out later that day. LOL) Day 2: My legs feel so sore. Pretty intense pain. HAHAHA Day 3: My legs and back feel more sore than yesterday. But the workout became easier. (Also got my period today. So, YAY!) Day 4: It's a Sunday and I had a street art gig all day (4 hours worth of squatting), so I was not able to do it. Also walked so much later that night. Day 5: I'm back to doing the routine. It's so much easier!!! And I also have noticed my period cramps have been minimal to non-existent. Current diet: Not that strict. I don't snack and only eat once or twice a day. I try to eat more protein in hopes to build muscle. Day 6: My arms are a little sore today. But above all, i feel so great, just the right amount of sweat, right amount of pain. Maybe I should start adding other workouts too. Day 7: It was hard for me today because I hurt my shoulders yesterday. But I still showed up! *happy seal claps Day 8: Didn't do it today. I lost against my emotions today. Day 9: My back hurts so much but I did it anyways. We have to remind ourselves everyday that motivation is not the key to achieving things and building good habits, just always show up. Period.
I was a truck driver that gained a lot of weight. Got out of being fit. Used to be a skateboarder snowboarder. Longboarder downhill mountain cycler was huge into sports. You're helping me get back into a healthy way of living. Thank you for your efforts. Thank you for your videos. Thank you for your time. You're amazing.
As a teenager who has never exercised but wants to lose weight, i think this is a great place to start since it requires no equipment at all. I did have to stop at 8 minutes, but i will try again tomorrow, and this will definitely start becoming a routine.
I found someone doing what I’m going! I’m really trying to workout for my birthday it’s in a little over a month and so I can have an extra fun summer with my dog :)
This is a reminder to not push yourself too hard, this is a difficult workout especially if you haven't worked out in months. It's important to not give up but make sure you know your limits because I didn't and ended up passing out. I recommend taking a 5-10 minute break halfway through. you are strong and remember your body is beautiful no matter what :)
@@deborahlozano7134it is beginner friendly. I overestimated myself and told myself I can do her other 20 workouts videos, but I was totally in the wrong. I enjoyed this workout and actually felt my body was fresh. but her other workouts just felt too much and much work compared this one even with no jumping
Current weight-67 kg,goal weight-54 kg. Day 1✅(it was quite challenging) Remind me by liking Day 2✅(I was going to skip today since my thighs were hurting, but I did it💪🏽,keep going ladies!) Day 3✅(my thighs are still hurting((
@@xoxokaxthiii so ik this comment is a little old but if you really wanna lose weight you should try a calorie deficit you can type in your height weight and age and it’ll tell you how much more calories you should eat or should cut, and from that you can just make slight changes, you don’t have to eat extremely healthy but when eating less healthy stuff try eating it in smaller quantities and add healthier stuff to your diet ^-^
That was actually an easy to follow, manageable beginner workout. Not one of those where you feel like garbage because you can't follow although the title says beginner. Thanks:)

I can't tell you how useful these beginner workouts are! TH-cam is saturated with crazy acrobatics and intense workouts and often with the idea that new is always better. I have always hopped from one channel to another, just looking for somewhere I can build my workout routine. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your channel. The well thought out simplicity of its design. There are knee friendly, no jumping workouts. Dance workouts. And there's you. It is all just right. I feel low when I don't workout. But getting myself to workout with a heavy mind is a struggle. And you make it light, easy, and inviting. So thank you!
I lost 17 pounds in 2 months from this workout combined with another one of her 20 minute full body workout rotating between them everyday with eating cleaner of course but thank you so much Madfit!!
im 16 and i try to workout every few months and lately ive been feeling really bad about myself and let me tell you this was like amazing i feel so good gonna do this everyday i think
just did this as my first work out in months... talking like MONTHS months! I’ve worked out only a handful of times since the pandemic so like 2 years ago :( It’s so hard to get back into it. Especially since now I am so out of shape that I get winded really easily. this workout seems good for beginners, but I’d be lying if I said I did the whole thing without more breaks. I took a minute break around the 7minute mark, and by the end of the last exercise my arms were so wobbly, but I still got through the video. not perfect but I’m happy I finally got a work out in after all this time. thanks :)
I'm also starting to work out after months of nothing. I've did the beginners 15min cardio 4 times last week and no I decided to do this one and I'm SWEATING 😅 but I did it!! And the 15 min one almost knocked me out the first time lol so I'm feeling better
I’m only 12 and this was my first time trying to do this. It wasn’t easy at all but hopefully in the future I will be able to do all of it with out needing a break
@@sophiekelly3818 Wow! I started working out when I was 13 and now I'm fifteen and still love working out with MadFit. She is literally the best one out there on youtube in my opinion!!
This is the most beginner friendly workouts out there.. no bs no excess pushing! Very considerable for people who want to get into shape and start their workout journey! Thanks💓
Omg thank you for this. I’m 15 but I had been dancing from when I was 2 until 2 years ago. As soon as I quit, I stopped working out all together and all around just felt super down and lazy, lost all my stamina and flexibility, and started gaining weight. I started working out again to boost my energy and mood but the ones I did would take almost an hour and did not motivate me at all to come back, sooo they didn’t last more than a week. I love love love how yours are doable, motivating, and fit into my schedule. Also side note, does anyone else love how she talks throughout the workout instead of doing a voiceover so I know that she’s just a little out of breath too??? Lol just me?
I’m not a beginner by any measure, but this week I’ve had the flu and wanted to keep to my workout routine without killing myself. This “beginner” workout was nice and easy, but still helped me feel like I was maintaining some degree of workout sanity. Thanks, Maddy, for offering a variety of levels of work!
I haven’t worked out in years, did this work out tonight to give me a boost to start my new journey. Love how encouraging you are throughout. Definitely watching more!
My husband just dumped me after 26 years for a much younger and slimmer co-worker. Your workout is a great step for my recovery and gaining my confidence again. 👋
I have my vacations for 3 months and I'll do this workout+ others until i lose atleast 10 kg... kindly like this and remind me to workout everyday... I'll update after 3 months
will do this exercise for one month straight + nutrition, lets check the results together starting 1st february - end 29th february current weight: 67kg goal weight 60kg like the comment to remind me for check ups🫶🏻 1st February☑️
@52 never done full straight fat burning work out.. Thought I'll collapse at the mid.. Well wish me luck!!! Now 67.2 kgs back soon hope with a good result! Lats do it guys!!! GOD bless us all!!
I've never been able to do crunches without my back hurting for 30+ years. I thought I had a weak back. Her instructions allowed me to do it all the way through without my back hurting once! Thank you!
I just wanted to give a testimonial for this workout. My mother is in her seventies, on a tight work schedule, very inflexible, and struggles to exercise for even two minutes on a regular basis. Recently, we have started a new phase of improving her health with slight changes in diet and more physical activity at home. She has been doing the first ten or eleven minutes of this video (all the standing exercises) approximately three times a week for two-and-a-half weeks. About a month ago, she purchased some new pieces for her summer wardrobe that just barely fit. Now, those same dresses are almost too big! She does the movements at her own pace, which is very slow; but the results are fantastic. She's starting to have more energy, too, and feels far more motivated. I can hardly wait until she's able to do the floor exercises! Thank you for the wonderful content. You're one of the only people on youtube I go to for workout videos because I like your style, and the background music isn't loud and obnoxious. Keep up the good work! And to everyone else who might be struggling: I hope this encourages you. Every little effort equals progress.
Hi♡!! I just wanted to share that im a mid size 17 year old who has gained a lot of weight over the two years of pandemic and I have been doing this workout recently. At first i felt like dying after i was done with it but one week and three days later I CAN BREATHE PRETTY NORMALLY AFTER FINISHING THIS IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF THANK YOU SM MADFIT MUAH MUAH MUAH♡♡♡ Honestly it has slowly shifted from "god why am i doing this i won't need a fit body I'll just die at 40 years old" to "..hm maybe I'll die looking fabulous at 40" and hopefully it'll end up being "lmao this is refreshing" in the near future HOPEFULLY because i am terrible at continuing things BUT Today currently im happy and really grateful for this workout thank you your highness. ☆3☆ Edit: minor spelling changes (i make a lot of typos :") )
This but I'm 15 I haven't been to school this year or last year due to my insecurities but I'm finally done sitting around doing nothing last week I finally went outside after months of being in the house and it felt great 👍🏾
Among millions of beginner's friendly workout on TH-cam, this one is the actual beginner friendly. Could complete the session without injuring myself. Great to start
If u ask me, this is great. I'm all sweaty. And most importantly, endured every exercise and was satisfied after training, even though it was only 20 minutes. Enough for a beginner. ✨
Im not even kidding when I tell you that this work out gave me a little bit of abs! Like halfway through the workout I could already see the difference! I’m going to try to do this everyday now! I’ll probably get abs fast just seeing how I could already tell the difference halfway through my first time doing this!
Maddie!!! You got this 45 year old woman looking good over here!!! Love all your workouts....some of them are hard I can't lie but I'm hanging in there!!
this was my first at-home workout and i was looking for something to push me a little more than my daily walks. this was P E R F E C T. just enough to get me sweating but nothing to over the top that i wouldn't want to do this again!
After never exercising properly my whole life, I decided to try and move my body everyday to become a better version of myself and enjoy living in my own skin. There’s still a long way to go but I’m glad there’s content creators who consider this and make it accessible for everyone to get into shape regardless of where they’re starting!
I did it!!!!! I coudln't keep pace the whole way, and I ended up taking 1 extra break- but for someone who's 220 pounds and gets winded going up the stairs I think I'm doing okay lol!! I just want to say how much I appreciated this. I find a lot of beginner workout videos to be either condescending or WAY too complex, and this was so straightforward and easy to understand without being weird and patronizing. I'm really grateful for your videos!!!
Ngl saw God in the middle of this. Thought I was going to die. But I'm trying to imagine the version of myself I'm running toward- who aches less and fears their body less and can keep up on all their friend's adventures- and it helped me keep going. The suffering I felt doing those arm circles is still less than the suffering I feel being unfit in my room all day lmfao
@LOVE MUSIC for me it does. I've been doing these exercises everyday now. I feel better than I did before I started 2 weeks ago, and I feel super accomplished and proud immediately after. Also it's really good at diverting the anxiousness as soon as I get into the exercises- what ever I was freaking out about becomes the last thing on my mind 👍
@@Gh0stChili the part about the reason of your anxiety becoming the last thing on your mind is what I hope I’ll achieve when I start a workout. I’m mostly sedentary but I have high anxiety (mild and minimal most of the time) but when it’s bad it’s terrible.
Thank you very much for your workout!!!! After almost 6 years of no exercises at all. Two pregnancies, post partum depression, I am finally ready get back on a track!!! I really enjoyed your video!!!!! thank you!!!!
Currently at 70 kg, aiming for 60-64 kg by my birthday on December 21! I've been working out for two weeks and tried different videos from this channel, but it's been tough to complete. Still, I'm not giving up! Starting again today and staying committed until my birthday. Wish me luck, everyone!🥺
I did it - Yay! As a 58 year old mom who wants to lose 30-40 pounds, I was happy to be able to get started with this and actually complete it. I hope that I do it even better next time (and eventually keep up with you too.) Thanks for thinking of us beginners, Maddie!
Young people please establish a workout routine in your youth! I have so many regrets now being 30 and years of living the no workout life. Exercise is essential!!
I’m in the same boat! I felt so insecure about how hard my pre pregnancy workouts were on my post partum body. This work out routine is great for someone getting back into it. Or someone just starting off all together.

ALSO, I am no professional by any means, just saying these from my experience, so take this with a grain of salt :)
I would advice not to take any days break from soreness, because it could mess up your routine, if you constantly take a days break just because you're sore, harsh sorry, but I would recommend to at least reduce your soreness after, or before(future) workouts by searching reliable info on social media on how to.
Examples: cold baths to reduce inflammation, foam rolling massage, sore pain relief exercises, etc.
Or you could fight through the soreness if you want to and can, just so long as it's not joint pain, and not high intensity workouts
So you could at least keep a constant routine, with better resistance and faster results.
Thank you for your time

a little something my yoga teacher told me was no one seems to know how to breath properly, that we all breath through our chest, and that’s why most of us struggle. try breathing from your stomach instead of you chest, it’ll give you deep, fuller breaths:)

I am a beginner, and I succeeded at completing this workout. These workouts bring my energy up and make me feel great. Thank you for all your great “genuinely beginner friendly” workouts.
Is this really easier than Chloe ting’s workout ? I keep giving up
I'm a beginner & I threw my back out doing this workout. It's 5 AM & I have not slept due to PAIN.
Before we start I want to say that 2 weeks prior to this, I tried this workout for a week already. But after that I had 2 weeks off so I decided that now I have to start exercising again. And even before trying this workout for the first time, I haven't done anything like that for several months so I still consider myself a total beginner. Now, I documented 7 days of trying out this routine so you can see how it worked for me and decide if you want to try it as well ^^
Beginning measurments:
Waist - 79 cm
Tighs - 58 cm
Arms - 26 cm
Day 1: ✅️ It was just the right intensity for a total beginner like me.
I still have the energy to take a shower right after :D
Day 4: ❌️ Unfortunetly I couldn't do the workout today. I had a lot of stuff to take care of and didn't find the time for exercise :<
Day 5: ✅️ We're back on track. I don't even feel very tired after the workout. My arms were definitely not strong at the end of it but over all, it was much better. Again drank a cup of water and still have the energy to do other stuff. I can for sure see progress in my.... durability??? from day one.
Day 6: ❌️ Again i had to much stuff and didn't find the time to work out :/
Day 7: ✅️ I did it.
Ending measurments:
Waist - 76 cm
Tighs - 57 cm
Arms - 26 cm
I love this, today is going to be my day 1- wish me luck.

@@martarodrigues9086 Yes! The first time I tried it i also had cramping in my tighs and they hurt after day 1, that is completely normal! I'm just now seeing this video, I'm taking same approach now as you all the best to us
i plan on doing this 3-5 times every week along with some strength at home training! I’m currently 230lbs my goal is 215lbs in the next 3 months wish me luck yall!!❤️
Good Luck!! You can definitely do it!!
How did it go so far?
You got this!!😊👍👍
How's it going so far?
Where you at now?
Ive lost 10 kgs in 2 months.. just doing these exercises .... its wonderful... a must try exercises for beginners... thank you madfit
Really your comment inspired me
Did you follow diet with this?
hiciste una dieta específica para bajar tanto de peso?
I started this today!
I did this workout in the following order:
plank (1 min) > sit-ups (10) > crunches (10) > squats (10) > her "5 mins warmup" exercises > then this "20 min fat burn workout"
I'm currently 59.10kgs, my goal s to burn fat and lose some weight.
Thank you❤
Beginners please hands up 😂🤚
🤚😅

😂😂bhut hard bhut hard
🤲 almost died doing this
i need a beginners course to do this beginners course. i almost died lmao
This is the first workout I did when I started my journey 8 months ago. Now here I am, down 20lbs and able to maintain it! Thank you Maddie, if it weren’t for you I never would have found myself and would miss out on all the confidence I now have!
I am 63 and over weight. This was great. Five days in a row. I am committed to doing this daily. Thank you for creating!
Iam just new aswell keep goin it was great to do this. Day 1 done
How many kgs u have lost after 5 days?
How did it go ?
Your comment has really inspired me to start tomorrow. I am 62 thank you 🙏.
I am 60 and could lose 20 lbs. I am here with you. I need to do this daily and also try out a few others.
It's my third day but I want to log the everyday experience here too. Proud of you all here in the comments.
My starting weight is 58 kg.
Day 1: I did the work-out twice. It felt so good. I'm on a caloric deficit too because of PCOS. (But I had a night out later that day. LOL)
Day 2: My legs feel so sore. Pretty intense pain. HAHAHA
Day 3: My legs and back feel more sore than yesterday. But the workout became easier. (Also got my period today. So, YAY!)
Day 4: It's a Sunday and I had a street art gig all day (4 hours worth of squatting), so I was not able to do it.
*happy seal claps
Day 8: Didn't do it today. I lost against my emotions today.
Day 9: My back hurts so much but I did it anyways. We have to remind ourselves everyday that motivation is not the key to achieving things and building good habits, just always show up. Period.
Your comment really inspired me to start working out, thank you for sharing!
update?
Wowww you’re doing so amazing!!
So... How are you doing now? ☺
girl eating once or twice a day wtfff??? thats not healthy
This workout was surprisingly effective. I love how simple the moves are, perfect for someone just starting out.
Starting a calisthenics workout plan is better
This is a reminder to not push yourself too hard, this is a difficult workout especially if you haven't worked out in months. It's important to not give up but make sure you know your limits because I didn't and ended up passing out. I recommend taking a 5-10 minute break halfway through. you are strong and remember your body is beautiful no matter what :)
Thank you
Thank you.
Right. It says total beginner yet she is deep breathing, sweating.
I’m slightly overwheight for my age so I will probably do this everyday I hope I can get used to working out again 😓😊
After having a baby I lost 9kg in 6 months with this workout daily (no diet)… 70kg to 61 will keep going. It’s a daily routine now 👏🏻
Wow let me take it so serious
Very nice! You probably have built muscle too, which weighs more than fat.

this is the same as me girlll
2 mths every other day. Making progress. Finally no breaks during work out. Down 22 lbs from 256! Woohoo. I'm proof it can be done.
Keep going! 👏🏼❤️
Amazing!!! Keep it up
Please, reply. I will come back and read it.
did you make any changes to your eating habits or kept on eating what you would regularly eat everyday? 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Thanks:)
I agree! I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to do it & just quit (as I did the first one I tried). I loved this one
exactly!!! and that's how a beginner's workout should be lol!

I lost 17 pounds in 2 months from this workout combined with another one of her 20 minute full body workout rotating between them everyday with eating cleaner of course but thank you so much Madfit!!

just did this as my first work out in months... talking like MONTHS months! I’ve worked out only a handful of times since the pandemic so like 2 years ago :( It’s so hard to get back into it. Especially since now I am so out of shape that I get winded really easily. this workout seems good for beginners, but I’d be lying if I said I did the whole thing without more breaks. I took a minute break around the 7minute mark, and by the end of the last exercise my arms were so wobbly, but I still got through the video. not perfect but I’m happy I finally got a work out in after all this time. thanks :)
I feel you girl..im soo out of shape that i almost passed out haha but we can do thiss 💪
I'm also starting to work out after months of nothing. I've did the beginners 15min cardio 4 times last week and no I decided to do this one and I'm SWEATING 😅 but I did it!! And the 15 min one almost knocked me out the first time lol so I'm feeling better
Yay ! You can do it ! All of you ! It will become easier and you'll feel so much better with time !
First day : ✅ my arms are dying and so are my legs 😢 like my comment so I can come back
I’m not a beginner by any measure, but this week I’ve had the flu and wanted to keep to my workout routine without killing myself.

At first i felt like dying after i was done with it but one week and three days later I CAN BREATHE PRETTY NORMALLY AFTER FINISHING THIS IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF THANK YOU SM MADFIT MUAH MUAH MUAH♡♡♡
Honestly it has slowly shifted from "god why am i doing this i won't need a fit body I'll just die at 40 years old" to "..hm maybe I'll die looking fabulous at 40" and hopefully it'll end up being "lmao this is refreshing" in the near future HOPEFULLY because i am terrible at continuing things BUT Today currently im happy and really grateful for this workout thank you your highness. ☆3☆
Edit: minor spelling changes (i make a lot of typos :") )
so did u lose weight?
This but I'm 15 I haven't been to school this year or last year due to my insecurities but I'm finally done sitting around doing nothing last week I finally went outside after months of being in the house and it felt great 👍🏾

End l lave you ❤❤
Im not even kidding when I tell you that this work out gave me a little bit of abs!

Started yesterday, only did little over 5 minutes. This morning I was able to complete the entire exercise, I feel so great!!🙏
keep going! you got this!! 👏
same tbh
Me too and I'm ashamed about only lasting a little over 5 minutes
I'm battling severe anxiety, and this was perfect. Thank you.
I feel you on that. Anxiety is what brought me here, I'm going to use this every time it rears it's ugly head.
This hits real
Does this really help with your anxiety ?
I really enjoyed your video!!!!! thank you!!!!

you can do it!!!
Couldn't agree more! I'm 31 started this like a month ago and it's still hard to catch up
Not a beginner, but a beginner in postpartum. This is the perfect whole body routine for a busy mom with limited me time. Thank you!!!
I’m in the same boat! I felt so insecure about how hard my pre pregnancy workouts were on my post partum body.
This work out routine is great for someone getting back into it. Or someone just starting off all together.
