Look up the liver cleanse by Zen Cleanz!! I don’t love the word “cleanse” due to its trendy nature but this is something else. I’ve done it myself, it’s amazing
Your little sunshine is going to be see your efforts as acts of love for her ❤ not only that, but also as an inspiration! I wish both of you all the best!
It suits me that Mandy doesn’t give too many instructions, just short reminders about area focus. Short, strong movements with a little break. Best ever.
I’ve been watching you for years now, and I used to be able to do the high intensity workouts, but got out of staying active for a bit. I’m currently dealing with heart issues right now, and can’t do any kind of workouts that will make my heart go into palpitations. I started crying at the end of this, I was so happy I was able to make it through while getting a raise in heart rate, but not by too much. feels so good to sweat again, never knew how much I would miss it. Thank you so much for posting ❤
That sounds so similar to my story. I have a hormonal imbalance that restricts me from doing workouts that are too intense. I enjoyed this workout as I've been inactive for a few months
i'm 23 but embarrassingly unfit. besides the obvious goal of taking care of my health, i desperately want to learn to be disciplined, so i'll do my absolute best to commit to physical activity daily, no matter how busy i am. thank you for this video!
I love when you offer alternative moves for those of us that need them! Feels so much more inclusive but I still feel like I've pushed myself afterwards ❤

been on my health journey for just a little over a month now and discovering you/your channel this week has already changed my routine! thanks for being awesome
Been following your workouts since I was 20 weeks pregnant. I’m now two weeks postpartum & this was a great workout to ease back in with! Only needed a break on the last superset & short enough to do while baby is sleeping!
Hi Maddie! Letting you know that I tried one of your other beginner exercises after 2 years of not exercising, and it was super effective. It was very hard for me to do as is without taking longer breaks, so I took longer breaks than the ones in the video and I was so proud to finish all of it. It took me 3 days to recover from the muscle soreness in my hamstrings, but I knew that meant it was a great and effective exercise. Your beginner workouts are not easy but they allow us to become our best selves. You're the home workout TH-cam channel that I TRUST! Thank you so much for your videos
Maddie you never cease to amaze with these workouts. These 20 minute workouts are considered a part of my weekly routines mixed in with other movements and we now have multiple versions to use. Thank you!
i am from Indonesia, and i was looking for a cardio work out and i love it soo much, i dont feel rush or to be perfect, rather build a good practice at first. thanks a lot for sharing your knowledge!
I got so excited seeing a new beginner workout! They have been my go-to all year and it’s been making me so much stronger! Thank you for always looking out for us!❤️
i absolutely loved it! it makes any beginner sweat like they're training in hell, yet it is very achievable! i think that the combo of 20 minute length workout + short, straightfoward instructions WHILE doing the exercise really motivates me to get through the end of it, thanks maddie
Love this workout! im a type one diabetic and i found it hard to do long cardio workouts with drops in blood sugar. But this is perfect! Thank you for helping me get stronger!
I love all your workouts! I do have a suggestion though, have you considered having an additional timer show how much of the workout has been completed. example.. 20% complete.
Hey Maddie! I injured my hip(stress fracture) during a cross-country race a week ago and am not allowed to be running or playing sports during this time of recovery (4-6 weeks). I love staying active though since it is my therapy. This workout was easy on my hip (although I did have to skip a few exercises) and is the first full workout I have done during my recovery. Thank you for posting this, it really made me feel more accomplished and allowed me to be active without hurting myself further. ❤
This is good even if you’re not a beginner! I’m not a beginner and Sometimes we need to reset ourselves and do simple movements but yet get a good workout in! Thank you Maddie for posting this! 😊
This is such a good format for beginners!! It is doable and once we complete it,, we feel accomplished and encouraged to workout again ! which is exactly what we beginners need to be motivated and continue working out!!! thank you soo soo much!!
Loved the moment where we missed the knee tap exercise and realized... Damn.. I love this community! Cheers to everyone here. Thanks for motivating us everyday to get fit.. ❤
First time I felt completely comfortable with a workout, definitely beginner friendly. I guess I'm starting to improve hehe. This will be good for light days when I don't really want to move but still want to get my sweat on.
I haven’t worked out in a while so I thought in would do one of you beginner videos. This was perfect. Really had to push myself to make it through but was able to do the whole thing!
I did this as a beginner and this one was okay for me. I think I'll try doing these beginner workouts for the next week (I'll try 4x a week) and then maybe I'll do one of the harder ones to see if I can even manage it. Thank you so much for making these. Hopefully, I will be able to stick with a workout plan.
Just finished this workout and it's the perfect work out to do if you want some slight cardio and low impact! Or even if you feel like a slump and want to get your body moving. Love love loveeeed this workout Maddie 🥰💓
Hi Maddie, thank you for your wonderful workouts. I found you during Covid and so appreciate your offerings. Congratulations on your continued success as well ❤🎉
I am a postpartum mom of twins and have no extra money for the gym so thank you so much. I am trying to live a healthy life so I can be here a long time for my babies. So thank you.
I started looking up beginner workouts cause i been pushing myself lately, gosh, i nearly passed out! I just started this fitness journey. 🤦🏻♀️ but glad i going a video i can actually keep up with. Working a sweat, but at least I'll be ok after 😆
thank you I just started working out a few days ago and I was looking for a beginner workout that has been posted recently. I was following your beginner workout from 2 years ago. Will definitely try this one out next :)
Love your videos. Wife uses them everyday. Great explanation and peace for beginners. The only thing i can advise is breathing instructing. Just by saying simply "in" "out" would help tremendously. I strongly feel that people lose our on the benifits of working out cause they aren't tought how to breath correctly.
Thanks for making this TH-cam exercise video today I wondered what I was going to do today what exercise then my notification came up I like this full body workout beginners thanks for sharing this one I really appreciate it the last one you did was 1,000 reps I did it but it was kind of hard you have a blessed day from Terry
These are really great workouts for rebuilding strength , agility and endurance. I did my first weekend of years over the weekend and felt a major difference all through the day yesterday. So I am back again today! And will be committing to doing at least four or five of these per week. Thank you! This is just what I needed to get me back on track!
