So before I do a workout. I watch it all the way through first to make sure there is nothing too crazy in there first. Am I the only one who does that 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Just wanted to leave a note here. I’ve been exercising every day to this video for the past 2 weeks and I already lost 3 kilos from my starting weight. I did this before but only twice per week, then every other day then now every day until I can get to the last exercise. I eat normally and drink lots of water. This and the 5 minute arm workout with weights are my daily staples. I’m so thankful for madfit for creating an all standing workout, i love it so much. If you’ve been reading this far, dont give up! Results take time and it’s important to listen to your body- stop when you need to, eat when you’re hungry and rest rest rest.
There's no way in hell anyone can loose 3kg in 2 weeks. Unless they're on an extreme diet - barely eating,, no snacking and tracking everything they're eating/drinking. If you did lose 3kg in a 14 days, it's not going to be all fat. its mostly all water and food you've lost. U say you eat 'normally'- whats that exactly? Whats normal to u?
@@Ash21Scotland i’m pretty sure each body works differently. the effects on me may be different from yours- i just shared my experience and did not say it as a fact for everyone who does this. my normal meals are rice and meat+ vegetable stews or soups. I never starved myself and I eat when i’m hungry. The past weeks I was commited to moving more and NOT eating less and so I did just that. My metabolism works differently from others so I don’t think there’s a need to have such a hostile tone.

Great session, as usual!!! And to everyone, if you see this comment, I wish your workout was amazing and that you'll hit your goals soon! 🔥 Best wishes to everyone!❤️
After 6 months of not working this was a good way of getting back to it, I am sweaty, my legs are hurting but I am happy I finished the whole workout. Thank you Madfit.
Been doing this routine for about 6 months. At first I was so sore I could only do once a week. Now I can do every other day. Lost 9 lbs. The best part is how much stronger I am! I can load/unload several cases of water from Costco and into the house now without back pain next day (I could not do that before). I really needed those deep knee bends and lunges! Thank you so much!! It takes me about 30 minutes to finish, with pauses.
Day 7 and i can FINALLY do these without a stop! My stamina has always been low, and it's been years since I've done extensive sports or workouts. I can feel the difference, and my endurance has increased increadibly! Thank you!
If you want to lose weight, just follow the smoothie diet, and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish! th-cam.com/video/QCh6LUDgczs/w-d-xo.html To anyone who wants to lose weight as well: - Walking regularly helps you burn calories, which is essential for maintaining a healthy weight and improving overall fitness. It can also boost your mood and energy levels, leading to better well being in the long run. - Stay hydrated, sometimes feelings of hunger can actually be masked thirst. Aim to drink water consistently throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid mistaking thirst for hunger. See you guys when you reached your weight loss goals and feel amazing!
I wanted to lose weight but didn't know where to start so i thought fuck it, lemme just start somewhere so i clicked the first vid that popped up and i been doing this for the past 2 weeks. Already lost some weight! It's not easy so i had to make it a goal to last til the 20 minutes! so far i've made it to 17 minutes and i'm exhausted by the end of it. But at first i could only make it 3 minutes in then 6 then around 12 minutes. It's keeping me motivated!
I have to leave a comment this time because I'm so grateful that you keep on making SLOW but EFFECTIVE workouts!! My body can't keep up fast and intense workout anymore as I'm getting older lol So I really really appreciate to you for these series of workouts that are much less fast but still making me out of breath! Thank you so much!!
Love these standing workouts! As a mother of a 2 year old, I find it so hard to find time to workout and whenever I’m doing floor exercises my son climbs all over me! 20 minutes is ideal for me each morning and I’m seeing so much progress since I first started. I feel strong and full of energy! Thank you!!! ❤
I have not been THIS SORE in a long time! I don’t know what it was about this workout but this was super effective and made me sweat like crazy! Thank you! More of these please 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Just what I needed today! My wrist is swollen from overuse and I still wanted a good sweaty workout before my walk. Thanks for making videos free to us still ❤
As someone with mild to moderate disabilities and lots of physical weakness, thanks for doing workouts like this that are still challenging without having to get on the floor.
finally I found the best daily workout for me! great point about your video is YOU TALK!!!! Its so great that you explain and talk as most of work out videos through out youtube, the instructor doesn't talk and just song and buzz! another point is its not too long so I can do it everyday but in the same time its tiring enough and make me sweat!
Just tried this workout and I’m pouring with sweat, this is a testament to the workout because I struggle to sweat like this 👏🏾👏🏾 will be doing this 4 days a week will be back in 4 weeks with a review
Been working out regularly for a year - 46 and was feeling great. I injured my hand, needed surgery and my usual workout was not going to work anymore. This is just what I was seeking. Something to get me sweaty and maintain my leg muscles. Thank you! I will be doing this on repeat while I heal.
It’s my second day today. I used to workout but I stopped and even before I tend to not be consistent with it. Because of that (and some other factors), I gained weight. I regret stopping because now that I’m starting again, it’s difficult again. I couldn’t find even finish this yesterday, but today, I did. My goal for now is to be consistent and really build a habit of exercising. I should really pace myself well too, because when I get back to it, I tend to push myself & then not wanting to do it tomorrow. Thank you for this routine, I really like the order & variations. The jumping is hard for me (for now) but hopefully I get to do the jump squats gracefully later.
This is perfect -- I dislocated my elbow recently and can't do floor work for a while so this is sooo good!!! Safely increasing my heartrate! Thank you :)
LOVED this. Sometimes I am just too lazy to want to get up and down on the floor - sad, I know. But I wondered if I could get the same workout just standing. I did and then some! I was surprised at how much it worked my abs with less effort on my part. Plus I got cardio and strengthening too. Would love more standing as you definitely know what you are doing and I know I will get an excellent workout no matter what. Thanks so much Madi - your videos are life changers!
Your videos are akways a challenge but always so rewarding at the end! Unrelated - I think the majority kf your viewers are probably women. I am not a woman and as a 187cm, 109kgs "male" these workouts kick my ass way more than weightlifting does sometimes! Hahaha love it!!
This might be the perfect workout! All standing so I can do it anywhere. Short intervals for my ADHD😂. A warmup of sorts built in. And intense tabata style rounds still gets the job done! No repeats! Cant get any better than that. Loved it!❤
I swear her workout are some type of scientific brilliance. Every single time i follow along to her videos im drenched in sweat my sweat is rolling down my head and neck right now! Amazing and its only 20 minutes i literally was on youtube shorts for an hour before i got up from bed to do this! 😅 Im so happy i did she just makes everything so simple and the results are so astonishingly worth it!!
Okay!! Imma put my results here!! (DISCLAIMER: I’m a person who gains and loses weight quickly so this is from my point of view!) Starting weight: 74kg Finish weight: Dream weight for this workout after a week: 73/72kg Day 1: OMG this got me SWEATING😭 I feel so good after this but my legs? I CAN’T feel them! -results: none -weight right after: 73,7kg (I lost water weight)
I love your standing workouts! I have neck issues that don’t allow me to get on the floor and do planks or sit ups. I’d love more of these standing workouts! Thank you!
Just did this for the first time, I loved it! Love it being standing, no repetition and you don’t waste any time which I love too, thank you for helping me feel better about myself!
I just completed this workout today, and today is my very first time doing this workout. It was not easy, and I had to pause the video in the middle of the workout to drink some water and to rest. I really feel my heart racing and sweat dripping while doing this workout, and I feel it's effective. I'm gonna stick to this workout for a while and change UP to the 30 minute HIIT workout with weights once I've gotten stronger and then I can begin to incorporate weights into my training.
