I've never really exercised in my life, I'm 26 and age is starting to show me that I can't keep living the way I have been without any consequences on my health and body... I'm in such terrible shape but progress takes time, I've used this routine for a bit now, the first few times I couldn't make it past the first five minutes, then it was ten minutes taking longer breaks in between, then ten minutes following at the video's pace... Today I finally made it through the whole routine! It may be a small victory but I'm so happy
I am a 67-year-old beginner, again. I used to be so fit, but after two transplants, a small bout of cancer, and a virus that has lasted two years, I am waisted. Starting again is going to be slow but I am committed, your workout just killed me:)
I'm a 16-year-old who has been labeled as 'overweight' my whole life. And being called like that took a toll on my mental health, and I ended up feeling very insecure about my physical appearance. If I want a happier life, then I can't let my laziness take over. So I'm challenging myself to be consistent in working out this summer break, and I'm starting today with this workout. I was sweating, but I also felt good while doing the workout. I'm excited for my workout tomorrow!
BRO ME TOO. Im a 16 yr old girl and I feel so uncomfortable and unhappy with my life style! I wanna feel good, and be more active since im an antisocial couch potato. We GOT THIS!! HOT GIRL SUMMER WILL BE POSSIBLE ONE DAY RAHHHHHH 👹
I’ve been loving the beginner 20 minute workouts. They are perfect for me. Achievable but still a challenge right now. Please keep making beginner friendly videos. I so appreciate them. This will be my workout today after work!
Im a 13 year old who used to avoid sports and workouts of any kind. I started your ab workouts when i was insecure, but now have realized i really love fitness, still a beginner but wanting to get better. Because of you, ive started hiking, and volleyball, and love fitness in general! My mental health is at an all time high!
I'd love to see an ABBA themed dance party! 🤩 Your workouts, especially the dance parties are so much fun! Thank you for encouraging us to work out and offering everything for free! 🥰
I’m 48 and fat…. I’ve been trying to get healthy and fit for over a year. I could not find a truly fat girl friendly workout until now. I’ve been doing this workout for two weeks now. For the first time in YEARS, I can get off the floor by myself. I don’t need assistance. Thanks for creating this video. I’ve also started venturing to your other 20 minute videos and soon I’ll be moving to 30 minutes. Thanks again, I am so grateful.
Started at 198.6 lbs a few weeks ago and now im down to 185.4 lbs! Thank you so much for your videos. They were SO hard in the beginning but now im actually starting to take control of my life back and feel stronger while I work out along with your guidance. Being an overweight teenager has taken a HUGE toll on me, my self esteem, and mental health. Seeing the numbers go down on the scale is truly the most rewarding part of this journey. Thank you for everything. You have no idea how much you have been changing my life ❤
Congrats honey you’re doing great !! How are you doing now ? Did you stick with it ? I’m gonna start this tomorrow. I have been walking every day for over a month and that’s helping a lot but this seems like the perfect low impact video to go along with what I’m already doing.
I'm 16 years old beginner and after few minutes I wanted to give up but I told myself that I'm doing it for myself to be healthy and strong. I was sweating and feeling weak but I believe that If I'll do this workout every day It'll get better. So I'm telling you DON'T GIVE UP! YOU CAN DO IT! I BELIEVE IN YOU!❤️💪
I am 14 yrs old 5’7” and 195lbs. This was the first work out I’ve ever done in my life. I do not move enough, and I couldn’t get through the whole workout. I only got through the first 9min, but I just want to say thank you for doing this you are an inspiration. Because of your videos I’ve seen, I was motivated to actually do something active. My goal is to do this everyday this week and see how far I can get each day, and it’s all because of you. Thank you 🙏 😊
I'm a 49yo beginner. I started with your stretches a few weeks ago and I'm making my way through your page. I feel like I'm dying, but I'm pretty sure you're saving my life, both the quality of it and the longevity. Appreciate this channel so, so much.
I have done them 3X this week already! I haven't been working out since August 2023, so after 6 months I really needed to be motivated! Thank you all the way from the Middle East!
Just came here to say, as someone who has never been athletic or worked out regularly, and have been limited to activity for the last 6 months. (I've put on a fair bit of weight) I was actually able to finish this video feeling accomplished when I usually have to quit as I am a beginner beginner... thank you for being inclusive and understanding that some people do not have stamina and being able to complete a 20 min work out feels huge.
My 26 year old daughter & I (53) did your workout today. We have decided to start yoga at the YMCA & days when we cant make it there we will do your workouts at home. It was such a good workout. I am so out of shape so it was really challenging for me, but I know with time I will start feeling better. 😊 Thank you!
As someone with tight achilles tendons who struggles with balance, this beginner workout was perfect! I often get discouraged with workout videos because I have a hard time keeping up with the moves and fall behind. Your workouts made me feel successful and strong! Thank you!
Just finished my first Session ever. It's great and i survived. 42 years old. Avoided sports my whole life and i want more. Thank you so much for this.
70yrs old, recovering from two total knee replacements in the last 7 months. I am glad I found a workout I can do to get back in shape after almost no activity for the last couple years due to arthritis.
First time trying this. I'm a 21 year old who gained weight during the pandemic and have been trying to lose it ever since. Aside from walking, I recently added beginner workouts to my routine. Tried this and my body felt so good after (granted I felt like dying) but it's so so worth it. Thank you so much for an actual beginner-friendly workout 🥺🔥 finally feel good about exercising
I'm not a beginner either, Maddie - it is a great workout. You are an amazing instructor. Your instructions and advisory comments are perfect! Thank you
I’m 10 months postpartum and I used to follow the madfit programs before getting pregnant and now that I’m gearing up to get back into working out again to lose all this baby weight and regain my strength, I’m so glad there’s something like this that’s totally doable and low impact.
not a complete beginner but found HIIT stressful/too intense to be enjoyable. this slightly gentler/slower vid is absolutely perfect when i want to fit in a full body workout, thank you!!!
I'm the heaviest I've ever been. Scared to go to the gym alone and not know what I'm doing. Working out at home is just more comfortable for me. This workout has me sweating and I was able to make it to the end. Loved it!
Your instruction is calm and clear. No cheesy cliches and fake smiles I’ve seen with other videos. The music is great - upbeat but not distracting. Thank you and I’ll be back!
Im a momma of 3 small kids, i started with your 15 minute workout a couple weeks ago and just stated this one today. The fact that you have theses shorter 15-20 minute workouts is perfect and showed me i dont have to have life together for an hour to be able to loose weight. Im already seeing results. From the bottom of my heart thank you 🙏❤️
I’ve recently started working out and I’m using your videos to do so! Today will be day 3 and let me tell you…you kicked my ass in the first session!! I’m so sore but I’m looking forward to my goals and results! ❤
A day of stress, anxiety I’ll do it rn 🔥💕it will help to reduce the negativity , laziness as well . Thanks as usual impressed by your improvement 🔥💕🥹you’re really talented
trying to get more into my health and fitness for 26, after a two mile walk I felt like I needed a little extra push and this was absolutely it. A little sore but feeling energized afterwards, excited to be on this journey
Just finished this workout. I've done about 5 of your beginner videos (15 and 20min). They're great. I'm super lazy so I still have to force myself to actually do the workout but yours are very doable and hopefully I can form a habit of exercising 20min a few times a week.
I want to say thankyou for doing this video. I avoid exercising, it’s just something I’ve always perceived as massive effort and this workout is achievable and friendly and makes me feel strong and motivated to exercise and look after myself. Keep up the good videos ❤
i came across you by accident, Im 65 yrs old, I use to love exercise, but after a couple of years of illness and putting on weight and feeling sorry for myself I decided its time for me to do something about it, rather and sit wallowing in self pity, I did this one today and determined not to give up I pushed myself to the end, I also suffer from asthma but inhaler to hand I kept going although a bit slower than you, I did it, this is the 2nd video of yours I have done, I did 20min fullbody no equipment yesterday. my belly is my main problem (to many adominal surgerys I know it will never be flat again but I can improve it ) and my legs and arms need toning up. Im determined to do something about it and feel better and whole again. thankyou for not making these to stressfull , I push myself to my own abbility.
i got out of shape the past 6ish months due to life and just started getting back into working out a couple weeks ago with Madi’s vids. I’m not new to her channel, I’ve been following her for years atp which feels wild. Anyway even though this workout says beginner, I feel that the meaning of that more so refers to how the correct forms of the exercises are more simple and aren’t difficult to achieve. That doesn’t mean the workout won’t make you sore or knock you out of breath! If you find this workout challenging, good!! You’re working hard, putting in effort, and will reap the benefits! Just because it says “beginner” doesn’t mean it’s supposed to be super easy for everyone or that you won’t break a sweat. happy exercising! :)
i found this really easy to follow and doable for a complete beginner like me. After the workout, it left me feeling energized to continue the day, instead of being completely burn out. Thanks a lot, Mizi!
Day 3 of working out for me and I finished the entire video with only a few second break towards the end. So proud of myself! I still have bad leg pain from doing squats on day one from a trainer from a different channel. I skipped the squats section because it hurt too much, but I did the half squats with the arm exercises and those I was able to do. I like Mad Fit much better than the channel I used on day one. Her talking throughout and motivation really helps guide me through.
Loved it! I don't consider myself a beginner, but I'm not crazy about cardio workouts, so I always appreciate the beginner ones. They feel more achievable to me. This was perfect - thank you, Maddie!
This was an oldie but such a goodie. I've been having lots of joint issues and needing to exercise everyday and this was perfect with the balance between cardio and what my joints can handle. Thanks Maddie.
I did this workout on my second day, and it kicked my rear end. After 6 weeks of daily Madfit workouts, I'm still sweating, but I keep up and feel so much stronger throughout. Such good workouts thank you!
I’m so glad I found you! Next year I turn the big 50 and when the big M hit me this year with my work schedule and life going crazy, I gained that horrible weight around my middle, the back of my arms and my upper legs. So I found this and thought, what do I have to lose? Let’s do it. I was literally a sweat ball at the end. I pushed myself to get it done and only died off right before the last 30 second workout. I just couldn’t get my legs to do it anymore. Lifting my arms in the air really showed me how bad my arms are out of shape because that really tired my arms out. I keep this in my rotation as I’ve got to get back in shape
I’ve been working out for three weeks solid, I used to consider my self a beginner but now I’m more comfortable with the term intermediate; I loved this workout and it made me sweat. Thank you! I’d love a dance cardio workout about 15 minutes that is upbeat…. With normal moves modified to be more peppy and fun. Love you!
Just completed this workout and loved it! I haven't worked out in over a year due to health issues. I'm doing much better, but now I'm out of shape. Thank you for the this achievable workout Maddie! ❤ It got me sweating and my heart racing. ❤️
Thank you so much for these videos! I am just 21 yet I don't have a lot of resistance and was never capable of finishing a normal workout. I feel really good after finishing the beginners workouts!
This is the first workout that's labeled for beginners and it's truly for them. This was the first time i kept up with a workout video and didn't feel bored. Thank you so much, your channel is really one of a kind, i've never felt this way toward working out (in a good sense)
I'm 19 and consider myself a beginner since working out is difficult for me due to exercise-induced asthma. I did ballet from age 4 to 13. I was very healthy, but I started gaining weight my senior year of high school, and now as a sophomore in college I find working out more difficult than ever. This video was a great workout for me! I was able to get through it, although I needed a few breaks in between super sets because of my EIA. Please keep posting more videos like these they are so helpful for people like me who fear going to the gym due to inexperience and just need some place to start. keep up the great work!!!
I’m 14 . My weight is about 70 KG And I actually couldn’t finish a video of workout in TH-cam and this is the first workout I completed it after more than a year I really loved it Thanks a lot 🌹
I'm 10 months postpartum after c-section. My diastasis recti is closed and my pelvic floor is healed so its time to get in shape for summer. This workout is perfect to start this journey and my plan is to do as many workouts from your apartment friendly playlist as i can. 🎉
I just started a weight loss journey 2 weeks ago. I have to get healthier to be a better role model for my children. Workouts like these are exactly what I need right now. Thank you!
I love your videos but they were hard to keep up with. This video is EXACTLY my level and what I've been looking for. Not trying to lose weight, not trying to bulk up, just looking to get some more movement into my day. Thank you for the gentle reminders throughout the video (just keep moving, do it at your own pace, maybe speed it up here) as they are the encouragement I need. More like this please!
Thanks for creating this video..IM 40 and fat..i try to fight my lazy behavior ,this my 2nd weeks following your workout..n i try to live healthy starting now..wish me luck..
I love it!!! I’m a heart & double lung transplant patient…2 1/2 yrs out, so I’m BARELY starting to be able to workout like this. I feel like I have accomplished soooo much right now doing your workout!!! I will definitely subscribe!! And look forward to continue with you on my fitness journey as a transplant warrior 💪🏼🫶🏼🤍🙏🏽
I very recently started going to the gym and I need something I can do when going in won’t fit in my schedule that will keep me active or for when I get home and think I can still go harder! This year I will not give myself any excuses for not becoming my healthiest self!
Love your beginner workouts- although not a beginner I feel these are at the pace I need as so many videos have you jumping around mad and using weights, these excersizes are perfect for me. I have been doing them religiously for 1yr now and it's the first time I've never got fed up of excersizing. These 15/20mins are the perfect balance for me, keep them coming
I got up this morning to workout!!! Six months postpartum from my second baby. Proud of myself for actually waking up early to do this 😂 It feels good, thank you ❤
This is actually one of the first beginner workouts I have been able to complete without stopping, and I know that it still made me work and I will be sore in the morning! Thank you
I'm gonna save this video and do it every day. I noticed recently i had gained a few extra kg's from when I last weighed myself and Ive felt insecure about it since. Im planning to do this excercise alongside 10k of steps a day and an hour at the gym as well as eating healthier in general. Im hoping to lose 6kg by my holiday and feel better about myself so I can properly enjoy myself. Thank you for posting!
After many years without doing any exercise, I wanted to try a routine that wasn't too long but represented some challenge for me, without being sooo hard that I could faint (I suffer from that). And it was it. It was perfect. Thank you so much for all your efforts and kindness you serve to the world by doing the things you do. Thank you 🌷
Ok! Just getting back into working out! I turn 50 in June. I love your channel! This was a great workout, heart rate up, and was always reminded of keeping good form! Bravo!
This is a beginners workout in its true sense. I hope u get this as a compliment. Have seen various workout videos but none of then are truly beginners as they say. Big fan!
Well , I’ll be damned. I finished this ..as someone who literally never finishes anything I start, I’m so glad I finished this. I did this at 7am, bra-less , shoe-less , and while my toddler slept. Definitely tapped out of some of the exercises , but I kept going. Freaking proud. Hopefully I can check in , in about 30days or so.
loved this one! I don't consider myself a beginner but this was amazing to get back into exercise after almost a one-month break. Other workouts have been a bit too hard and i gave up early, but i was able to complete this one. Thank you, Maddie!!
i finally finished your workout video after months of inactivity 😭the first time i do i cant make the last 10 minutes. now eventhough i need longer break i can still finish it! im so thankful
Thank you so much for this video, I am sweating in a workout for the first time in years and it feels so good! I used to be more active and have a great workout routine...but a toxic marriage and divorced later left me feeling so worthless about my appearance. Thank you for making your videos with such guidance and encouragement. I need something like this to renew my physical health❤ sending love and appreciation from MN! ❤
I’m recovering from anorexia, and can’t to high intensity workouts as I used too. I’ve been three months with no exercise, and can finally start exercising a bit. This workout was great!
Amazing, love the way you explain how to engage in the best form. Done many videos but this one really showed how to properly do it. Best no pressure sweat ever!
as a little experienced beginner, this was a great workout, I am not terribly sweaty but still tired and warm, this balanced paired with an abs and arms workout every other day is perfect for me!
As a beginner again Thanks for this video ❤I enjoyed it so much this so perfect for me as beginner I have exerciseed so many videos that meant to be for beginners but it was so hard but this is very good❤
I very much appreciate the "mind to muscle" reminders🙏👌it really makes all the difference in the quality of what the work out does for me😅 thank you Maddie🤗🔥
I’m 6 month post Partum and finding time and energy to exercise again this workout is awesome! Feels like I can ease back in to pre pregnancy active life style!
I've never really exercised in my life, I'm 26 and age is starting to show me that I can't keep living the way I have been without any consequences on my health and body... I want to say thankyou for doing this video. I avoid exercising, it’s just something I’ve always perceived as massive effort and this workout is achievable and friendly and makes me feel strong and motivated to exercise and look after myself. Keep up the good videos ❤
I bet you're doing great! keep pushing lovely xx
i came across you by accident, Im 65 yrs old, I use to love exercise, but after a couple of years of illness and putting on weight and feeling sorry for myself I decided its time for me to do something about it, rather and sit wallowing in self pity, I did this one today and determined not to give up I pushed myself to the end, I also suffer from asthma but inhaler to hand I kept going although a bit slower than you, I did it,
this is the 2nd video of yours I have done, I did 20min fullbody no equipment yesterday. my belly is my main problem (to many adominal surgerys I know it will never be flat again but I can improve it ) and my legs and arms need toning up.
I’m a beginner and I LOVED this workout! Was able to push myself and sweat without feeling defeated from the difficulty!!
i found this really easy to follow and doable for a complete beginner like me. After the workout, it left me feeling energized to continue the day, instead of being completely burn out. Thanks a lot, Mizi!
i saw progress! its not only this workout its also being in a calorie deficit and a little bit of gym, but progress it is, so proud of myself!
I use this workout as a kind of re-start after being ill for a long time. Amazing. Great. Thank you so much
Day 3 of working out for me and I finished the entire video with only a few second break towards the end.
Doing it for mental health as a form of self love❤
I did this workout on my second day, and it kicked my rear end. After 6 weeks of daily Madfit workouts, I'm still sweating, but I keep up and feel so much stronger throughout. Such good workouts thank you!
How much weight have u lost so far?
Thanks so much. I’ve been looking for a beginner friendly video for someone who has been completely sedentary since 2020. This was awesome!
Okay I'm adding this to the mix. These 20 minute workouts rock.
It got me sweating and my heart racing. ❤️
I love how all of her movements are intentional and not just rushed through ! Form matter above all so thank you !
I’m 14 . My weight is about 70 KG
And I actually couldn’t finish a video of workout in TH-cam and this is the first workout I completed it after more than a year
I really loved it
Thanks a lot 🌹
I'm 10 months postpartum after c-section. My diastasis recti is closed and my pelvic floor is healed so its time to get in shape for summer. This workout is perfect to start this journey and my plan is to do as many workouts from your apartment friendly playlist as i can. 🎉
I just started a weight loss journey 2 weeks ago. I have to get healthier to be a better role model for my children. Workouts like these are exactly what I need right now. Thank you!
I'm a beginner and I enjoyed it! I've finished a couple of your videos at various levels and I really enjoyed them. Thanks for posting these!
This was a great workout for me to do at home (no equipment needed) when the person I live with is sleeping (no loud music or jumping). Thank you!
Loved this I’m 12 months post partum trying to get myself nice and healthy again for the summer
Just what I needed- a quick not too hard workout to re-energize after a very stressful day at the office. Thank you Madi!
Proud of myself for actually waking up early to do this 😂
It feels good, thank you ❤
This is actually one of the first beginner workouts I have been able to complete without stopping, and I know that it still made me work and I will be sore in the morning! Thank you
I'm gonna save this video and do it every day.
Thank you 🌷
I started this journey 4 days ago and I'm still enjoying, I workout in the morning and evening
Keep up the good work 💪🏼
Ok! Just getting back into working out! I turn 50 in June. I love your channel! This was a great workout, heart rate up, and was always reminded of keeping good form! Bravo!
Just had a baby, and got clearance to start working out again… this was the PERFECT one to start with!
Thank you Maddie for making this workout so achievable and beginner-friendly.
I’m recovering from anorexia, and can’t to high intensity workouts as I used too. I’ve been three months with no exercise, and can finally start exercising a bit. This workout was great!
as someone trying to lose weight this workout is amazing omggg
I am 50 yrs old and havent exercised the better part of 6 years. Literally. This workout was perfect to ease me back into my workouts. 🎉
I am drenched in sweat. Thanks Maddie ❤ Off to do a quick cooldown 🏃♀️
Amazing, love the way you explain how to engage in the best form. Done many videos but this one really showed how to properly do it. Best no pressure sweat ever!
I love this workout. I have fallen out of fitness. Some videos on TH-cam (most) just don’t feel good anymore. This one did. Thank you
as a little experienced beginner, this was a great workout, I am not terribly sweaty but still tired and warm, this balanced paired with an abs and arms workout every other day is perfect for me!
As a beginner again Thanks for this video ❤I enjoyed it so much this so perfect for me as beginner
I have exerciseed so many videos that meant to be for beginners but it was so hard but this is very good❤
Maddie thank you, please make some beginner workout videos knee, neck, back friendly for losing fat and being fit🙏
Uhhh 🤩 this was a nice one! Please more total beginner workouts, that would be great 😁 Thx Maddie, your videos are my favourites 🌺
Same!
After trying yoga for 3 months to help my balance, I am happy to get back to this kind of workout. It was great!!! Thanks Maddie!!
I very much appreciate the "mind to muscle" reminders🙏👌it really makes all the difference in the quality of what the work out does for me😅 thank you Maddie🤗🔥
I’m postpartum, and consider myself beginner for now.
This was perfect! ❤
I'm in the same boat!!
I’m 6 month post Partum and finding time and energy to exercise again this workout is awesome! Feels like I can ease back in to pre pregnancy active life style!
