    My friend recommending me this channel is the best thing that happened this pandemic. Though I had a couple breaks I’ve been following it since March and this inspired me not only to do more exercise but also to eat healthier, sleep better and take better care of myself.     i dont usually write comments in pilates or workout videos. but i have to thank you how much ur moves really calm my heart and mind everyday. after doing it my body feels more stronger and energised but at the same time very calm with all the tensions going away. i bet lots of people who follow ur moves feel that way too ❤💜🧡💚

      Hey mallori! I am trying to get back into trusting my physical capabilities too. Along with this august plan - There is a 30 day meditation program i am doing also. Its by Arianna Elizabeth on TH-cam. Everyday is a different meditation. *i swear this isnt an ad*. Yesterday was “inner strength” today is “self acceptance”

    I love these workouts! I have been starting my day with these routines and it has definitely helped with stress management. I totally recommend this to everyone and if you are more athletic you can always add some jump rope at beginning or end!

    This seriously saved me! I had the worst pain in the left side of my lower back and it was pulling down to my leg. As soon as I finished I felt normal again! Thank you! Never stop posting!!

    Went horse riding yesterday after many years and I fell off when cantering and really bruised and pulled my inner thigh muscle. This was such a perfect series of stretches not just for my thigh but also for my back and core!! I forgot how much horseriding really requires that strong back and core LOL Thank you Nicole you have been my favourite on TH-cam.

    This stretch routine was so amazing. My muscles were really sore from my workout yesterday and now they feel so much more relaxed and not as tensed up. Absolutely loved it❤️

    I have sensory sensitivity and I really enjoy your voice, music choice, and natural or water backgrounds. I would love to see more gentle yoga practises by you, as these feel more balancing for me a lot of the time. Thanks for your wonderful videos.

    Practicing with some yoga teachers can feel like I wasted my time because I won’t feel any better after. This is my first class with you and it was perfect! I can’t imagine a class more perfect for my body’s needs. Not too challenging, and not too beginner-feeling. I feel brand new! My body has a lot of tension from holding my toddler all of the time…after this class with you all of the tension has melted! I just held him and it felt COMPLETELY different :)
    I also feel energy flowing throughout my body! I feel euphoric while just sitting or standing, because I can feel the energy circulating.
    I look forward to practicing with you every day now! Thank you for your generosity in sharing your classes with us.

    Thank you. The last part was just wonderful. The begining was to quick for me. Especialy in the morning. Very confusing configurations, I felt like I needed some slower rythm for that. and stress was coming to me, not leaving my body. :) I guess we all are different. I'm grateful for this experiences. I guess your HIT workouts are more for me.

Recently I've been feeling some strain on my wrist and it's been hard to work out as I have been having a hard time finding workouts that are enjoyable and challenging but at the same time wrist friendly.
