I don't know if you would read this comment but I would like to thank you for all these practices because these have helped me with my anxiety a lot. I used to get a lot of panic attacks but these practices have helped me a lot.I just want to thank you a lot.

For some time this lesson is going to be the best one for me. I have found it super effective for myself, because it is usually difficult for me to wake up but doing heavy lifting exercise is too much for morning. So it is perfect, I love it, thank you, Charlie!

I didnt realize there was a dull pain in my fore arms while we stretched it out. I just started crying when I rotated to bend over my right side in the twist...wow good emotional release whatever that was. Much needed and much love to you ❤
Loved this gentle morning routine! I sometimes find myself too tired to do warrior stances and 3-legged dogs in the morning, so this was perfect for those mornings when I'm feeling a bit lower energy 💚

you are the best! thank you so much for this video . over one year ago i had a back injury , up to this point iv been practicing yoga daily..and then i had to stop..after the injury and 8 monts of constant pain i lost my drive for any exercise ..but my mind and body miss yoga ..your videos gave me the needed push and inspiration to start again. Love this yoga flow, I struggle with my shoulder, and the downward dog always is challenging and sometimes leaves my with stiffness in my neck and shoulder
