    Towards the end of 2022, i was going through a tough transition in my life. I remember working out with your videos everyday. It helped me a lot mentally !!! It's really true that exercising and moving your body daily is good for your overall health. The cherry on top is i was in great shape!!!! How often would you recommend doing Pilates per week? Also is your routine all you do to stay looking so fit and toned?     I loved it! I am a new follower and doing pilates too. 🤭 Before I exercised a lot of cardio, and a little weights. A little heavy exercises. 😅 Does anyone know if pilates also helps burn calories? ☺️I want to try something different now and Pilates really caught my attention. ❤ And her videos relax me 😊 But I would appreciate if someone could answer my question. 🥰

      yes, pilates burns calories too - especially with an higher impact like here with the weights.
      of course not as much as hiit, but you would still have the opportunity to do a hiit-pilates or cardio-pilates workout sometimes, which Nicole also offers on her channel and trust me - you will be in sweat. 😌✨️
      and btw pilates is always a good choice of movement - and it's not just about burning calories but feeling your deep muscles working, because this leads to muscle activation and growth as well, so you have the chance to look leaner if you stay consistent. ♡

      @@minax3105 Thank you so much! I really liked pilates, before when I did it with weights I would hurt myself and end up without energy for the day.
      But when I did pilates it didn't leave me without energy and it made me sleep like a baby 🤭
      My husband and I will now start doing pilates 🥰 We are going to change weights for pilates now

    My one year old was up early and I was so excited to see a new video! I was sweating and shaking during that lunge series as he crawled around my legs.
    I haven't commented before but I want to thank you so much for making these videos! I've been working out with you four times a week since November and I can feel myself getting stronger. I feel energized each morning and ready to chase around my four little kids. And if they are awake when I'm still exercising, they watching for your cat!

    hello, a 17 year old here. I started my at home workout journey this year in January from your videos. Started with your beginner pilates routine and I decided to try this one today. I stopped working out in the middle because of health but this one was great to help me get back to it. Could only survive 20 min though😅. Hoping to complete the entire workout next time.
