My best advise is have a solid less carbo n gd protein food. Lunch with minimum calories with lots of vegies n evening food before 7 or ,730 pm with fruits n vegetables eat night food two hrs before sleep esp snacks or eve food with cucumber n pomagranate daily
Yes, I agree 💯 to cucumber! I’ve been having it everyday since last September before my meals n it’s so filling that I take less food. Also, I’ve been doing IF and lost 21kg in a span of 10months. My journey still continues!🙏🏻❤️😊

Black coffee without sugar - I can’t imagine how to consume without sugar. I use jaggery instead of white sugar in black coffee. Is there any other alternative for sweetner in black coffee?

Nothing like that, you can eat 1 or 2 eggs daily but should have some physical activity..if we don't do any physical movement and eat eggs/meat., cholesterol will increase..

If you are at a place where you can't get everyday skip the days you don't get . Like I said for orange - the idea is to get citrus . Cucumber is a watery fruit low in calories / u can replace with zucchini or skip till you get again :)
