    Disclaimer: you may have researched on this already. but i wish you would address one thing.
    The low sugar options seems to be more western country based options like Avocado. if you notice Rujuta Diwekar's videos she promotes locally produced food options. I wish you would focus on finding options within things that grow in India more. This is the more sustainable approach because avocados can't be eaten by 1 billion people across the world just for an example. i am new to fitness and health and i live in the US so i know what is available here. but i wish you would focus health that is feasible for an indian with indian options that are more cost effective as well.

    I’m not a doctor but I don’t think you should compare the table sugar or any processed sugar with natural fruits as they are metobolised in a different way. Happy to see if there any research that backs up your statement 😊

      Yes right, I don’t know why she calls it sugar. Basically it’s fructose and processed sugar what we call is sucrose. Sucrose is complex to breakdown to convert to glucose and fructose is the simplest form. Anyways looks like she doesn’t know about nutrition in depth as I thought.

    What ever you Said is true. Because around last week of Jan 2024, for 3 weeks I completely stopped sugar in any form . I avoided artificial juice, biscuits, cakes , chocolates, carbonated drink everything that contained sugar . First 5 days it was easy to control because I was highly motivated , after 5th day where I had urge to eat sugar. But I was very self control. I didn't eat any sugar . God , I cannot believe how my body and mind changed. I had very good sleep for 7 hours straight, in the day time I was very energetic, my skins starts glowing. I couldn't believe myself, I swear. On 22th day, while I was traveling in the bus I felt dizziness due to hypoglycemia, so I had to eat one small chocolate . After that I didn't follow the same routine. Now my acne back, sleep schedule changed. Having high craving for sugar. I am going to start again My sugar quit journey, this time I'll not fail. Because I already saw the results , I know how it is , so will working towards that goal.

      Bro, our body transforms whatever we eat into glucose, that's the energy. So what she telling is don't take sugar/glucose directly especially from artificial sugars. ( white / brown /jaggery) You also have to limit natural sugars ( honey / fruits ) to regulate blood sugar/glucose levels.

    Evengthough all carbs spike the bloodsuger we can control the spike by adding some nuts or a leafy green vetables before eating the carbs .

      நாட்டு சர்க்கரையும் சர்க்கரையே. அதுவும் நல்லது அல்ல. பேரீச்சையும், உலர் திராட்சையும் இயற்கை இனிப்புகள்

    Fruit sugars are natural and wont constitute to daily sugar parameters according to World Health Organization (WHO). I do agree that the sugars are high in fruits and have to be mindful while consuming them depending on the goal we are trying to achieve. Please correct me if I am wrong.

    Hi ramya ur explanation s good… and I appreciate ur knowledge sharing.. but one question for u and for ur diet planers? Doctor’s and specialist in environmental science keep on saying it’s better to eat seasonal fruits that we got from our region instead of eating western fruits like berries and avacados…. Which contains lot of genetic modification and chemical fertilizers, preservatives specially when it is sold in high markets…which is not good for health at all..beacause of some diet planners who are constantly promoting foreign fruits and vegetables people in our country forget our land fruits and vegetables which is highly good for health which create social imbalance to small vendors in streets and markets which impact highly their livelihood and farmers… I request celebrity like u to promote our ancient fruits and vegetables, pls

    • @SrutiVarun
      @SrutiVarun ปีที่แล้ว

      I totally agree it's better to eat local ..but the part where u say genetically modified or fertilizers happen in our country also. And the same avocado and strawberries are grown in our country too. We just have to make sure where we buy it from , if we want to support our local farmers

  • @cyclopes968
    @cyclopes968 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Natural sugar in fruits is not same as added sugar. One medium sized apple has 20grams (4tsp) of sugar. But due to fiber present in fruits, insulin spike is not as much. I have seen many people avoiding fruits due to high sugar content, but that's absolutely wrong. The limit of 6tsp of sugar a day is for added sugar and not for natural sugar from whole fruits or vegetables or milk etc.
