      Low fat Paneer, Tofu, Soya chunks are the best options. If you are an eggetarian, you can have eggs as well.

    Ramya madam, we.come back home by 6 and need to go gym or exce rise , even if we try to fijish dinner by 6 then doing workput after dinner is not possible..so we need to shift all excercise in morning...?

      understand ur problem but dont think about more on weight loss now. just eat and try to sleep as when u can. eat healthy foods and not more carbs…

    Hi Ramya, I accept the food intake with your advice but don't you think this may differ from person to person, eating habits old days three times is a good way to maintain our body metabolism and mind to be balanced with our stress Breakfast, lunch and early dinner with including all the vitamins and minerals, doing proper exercise, walking, living life discipline way ..happiness is good lifestyle for overall maintain our body weight to live without much stress .
    In the eating part lot of persons concentrating in the weightloss and putting, forcing them to do unwanted ily getting more stress and tension out of this..... Hungry makes the person more angry 😡
    So people have a control mind ... don't force your mind ... respect your body and soul

      As She said it's not possible for everyone if u can't finish it by 7 extend to 8..over the period u will start adjusting the time I used to finish my dinner by 9 only I will have one idly or salad alone so it is not affecting my sleep so change ur priorities that fits in ur timeline

    Thank you , Thank you so much....Intial I started with 12 hrs , later 14 hrs and now 16/8 intermittent fasting...My age 51 just 8 days has gone with 16/8... I'm damm sure to maintain consistency... Now your tips are bonus for me ...I have to reduce 14 kgs... how long should i follow this intermittent fasting...Yeah of course concentrating with my calories ( intake )... Able to understand...Is there any duration which is danger to prolong ...pls clarify

    Intermittent fasting is a big flop for me. I have a baby and he usually sleeps around 12 A.M and I tried to finish dinner before sunset. My weight loss lagged so much.

      Drink more water
      Try to have a eating window less than 10 hours.
      I lost 15kg in 4months by fadt 16hour and eating 8 hours.
      Sometimes I extend my fasting 20 if I am not hungry .I was 78 and I am 62.9

      Sir, try to respect your body and thoughts,if you feel like taking milk it's very good to have added turmeric powder and pepper, little jaggery it will help you to get good sleep, and increase the immunity booster.
      not advice for the person having digestion issues
