Millets having some micro and macro nutrients like potassium, selenium apart from there is no difference between white rice vs millets both are the same in terms of calories, and carbs and proteins all the same only (only price only differs)
This pattern will suis for who done a strengthen training every day or 45 minutes of cardio with in a week 4 to 5 days but most of South Indian girls don't have a time do a cardio or fullbody workouts so this will not suit for all South Indian womens so proper way is 10 % carbs 20% proteins 70% good fats this will suits perfectly for South India

In a family of 5 members for each one Two to three servings or more of each ingredient is possible unless you have home help or everyone of your family must help. What to do then? Even higher middle class people can't afford to buy all these items in sufficient quantity for everyone of the family .
